This is by far the best and easiest location to get to. My order has always been fresh and pick up is easy. I like this one because the parking lot isn't too close to the other shops, and that makes for less traffic back ups. We order ahead which makes it easier. One word. WEST. This Man was single handedly running this entire restaurant. West saw we had a party of 6 and handled taking our order like a champ. When the coffee ran out... he made more. When the order got changed... he ADAPTED. When they needed help packing orders... he was there. We sat down to eat and I noticed that he began to operate the Drive-Thru with a safety vest. What can I say? You can't go wrong with chick fil a. I always know what I'm going to get and it's always on point. I did notice that some of the girls didn't say "my pleasure" during the last visit which totally threw me off! Also I ordered plain grilled chicken on regular bun and got it with tomato and lettuce. Had to have them take it back. This is maybe the third time someone messed up my order there. I love it but the workers need to consider allergies and need to be extra diligent before bagging the ordered items. Also, listen carefully. It's better to ask questions if not sure than to mess up an order and someone get sick. Not complaining, but just saying. YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 20 YEAR!! Stopped by this locate last night before heading back to Atlanta. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe combo on multi grain. The drive thru server hands me a bag of cold food!! Not Luke warm but cold! I proceed to park my car and entered the store and politely asked for the manager. 5 minutes later a very agitated young woman comes out the back and ask how could she help me?! I began to explain to her how my food was cold and presented her with my receipt. This where it gets interesting! She then proceeds to tell me that my receipt doesn't match my order?! Huh?! As the drive thru clerk comes over to explain to the manager I had just left her window...the manager abruptly says give him his money back?! I was so offended I left and didn't even argue with her! Three days prior to event I went into the restaurant and ordered a catering tray for delivery. The morning of my event they called to tell me they would not deliver it because it was not a large enough purchase - "per the Operator". Also said the front counter people should not be taking catering orders. I asked if I could pay extra to have someone deliver, but they would not do that either, although drivers were coming and going with small orders when I went to pickup. They really put me in a bind and if a mistake was made here, it was theirs. Certainly not what you expect from Chick-Fil-A. I recently finished Truett Cathy's book. I ordered a spicy deluxe from the drive thru on a Monday evening and came home with it, only to realize there was a hair on the sandwich. After my discovery, I called in and spoke with John Armstrong. He told me that he'd put my name in the system and if I'd like to come get a free meal within a month I can. This is the worst Chick-fil-a in Greenville and it is purely due to awful rude management. While the mostly teenage employees are held to a high standard of service and work incredibly hard (and do a great job!), the manager is rude, dismissive, and careless. I always order a spicy chicken deluxe meal. Sometimes, the chicken is very small about half the size of the bun. Sometimes it is soggy and falling apart. Sometimes the fries are cold and limp. None of this was enough to cause me to write a review until my health was put at risk. I ate my usual meal from this location. The next evening about 35 hours later I became extremely ill. I had barely eaten anything else except for prepackaged food in my home and the sandwich had tasted a little strange. So I was certain that it was the culprit for my food poisoning. After 4 days of violent illness I became so weak and dehydrated that I had to go to the hospital. The doctors told me to contact the restaurant and tell them what happened to me. When I contacted this Chick-fil-a I was actually really polite, I just wanted to let them know so they could make sure nobody else got sick. I did not demand a refund or anything! Nor did I place blame or threaten them. However, within a few hours I got a phone call from the manager. He began to chastise me and treat me like a child, saying I couldn't possibly have gotten sick from their food. I told him it wasn't a big deal to me but I was quite certain as I had prepared my other food myself. However, I told him it really did not matter enough to stay on this call while I was still so sick. He insisted on talking my ear off in a patronizing tone about how it was probably my "dirty countertops" and how dare I accuse Chick-fil-a. He talked for about 12 minutes about other stuff basically trying to get me to say "oh yeah it was my fault not yours". But I didn't back down. I know I got sick from this food. Everything else aside I was shocked to be treated this way. If any response I would have expected an apology, maybe to ask how I was feeling, if it were my location I would have comped the meal. But instead I was treated like I was stupid and a liar!! Do not eat at this dirty nasty restaurant or the Lauren's road location when there are so many other branches In Greenville with managers who DO uphold the standard of service. read more

I probably visit this location at least twice a week for lunch as my office is down the road. They are very good at getting your order placed during lunch but sometimes it takes a while to get your food. Even when I get things to go, I go inside as their drive thru seems to be slow. The inside is clean and they have very friendly staff. They could use some more seating area as it seems like there is never enough room for people to sit during lunch. read more

I did a mobile order tonight!!! I did a drive thru pick up. When I got there they said they ran out of ice cream and I needed to pull up. Now grant it they knew I ordered ice cream and they ran out? I waited for at least 10 minutes to get our mobile app order!!! I ordered the new Mac N cheese I got the medium size for 3.15. When I seen how little you got I went inside to order another one as that wasn't going to be enough!!! When we got home and unpacked our food my son had less then half of a container of fries let me mention they were on the bottom of the bag were they trying to hide it that they didn't fill it all the way up!!! I had to apologize to him for not having a full container of fries!!! I have pictures you can see the 2 orders of Mac n cheese the one with less was from the drive thru and the order of fries that looks like they ate half of them before they put them in our bag!!! Horrible experience! Have you ever been to a Chick-Fil-A where no one talked to you? I have...neither I nor anyone I know will ever be back to this location. Waited in line for my mobile order (that per the site was ready) for ten minutes. No one acknowledged me. No one!!! Emma finally gives me my food, and still does not say a word. As I'm leaving, I realize she hasn't given me drinks. In the meantime, my husband comes in to see what is taking so long. I tell him within earshot of the girl that they just now pulled my order from the screen, and she didn't give me drinks. So she and Aniya quickly make our drinks. My husband told the girls, "thank you for apologizing" since they didn't even say "my pleasure" Emma actually says, "For what?" In the car, I realize they did not completely put the lids on TWO of our drinks that were in the drink holder. The drink holder leaks all over me and our car. I go back in to get another drink holder, and I tell the girl that they didn't put lids on so it has spilled everywhere. Again, no apology. She tries to put a random drink in my drink holder???? And when I told her it wasn't mine, she snapped at me. I leave and then decide to come back in to speak to manager. Aniya is actually talking to the manager Neal about me, and he does.not.care. I ask him to talk to me, and he cuts me off while I am explaining how rude his employees are. When I am finally able to speak, he cuts me off again to tell me that I am too upset to talk. For the record, I am firmly speaking. Apparently, you cannot assert yourself anymore or it makes people sad. He did fakely apologize and said that he would coach his team. He continues to say that I am too upset to speak. I let him know that I will call the operator of the store, and he doesn't care. Just grins with a cocky smile and says, "Oh, I'll get you that number." Which, by the way, is the phone number to the store!!! Horrible excuse for Chick-Fil-a employees. If you are not going to run your store efficiently, at least teach your employees how to be kind and apologize about your wait. read more

Parents beware--there isn't a playground. The food quality was good and up to CFA's standards. The service tonight was sub-par & unusual for a CFA. 1-2 registers open with 10+ people in line.
