Service was awful. Entire time we're waiting at the window the employees were sitting there yelling at each other but the craziest things that I won't repeat in order to keep this review up. We were handed the wrong order twice which was then taken from us and given to the proper people (I'd be furious if I was handed food which was given to other people first). We then asked for extra sauce because we ordered food for a group of people and was then yelled at by the window worker about the sauces we were given, she literally lied about the amount handed. I don't normally complain. I just wish that people who work would take a bit more pride on doing there jobs fully and complete. To pay $17 on one meal and a parfait, they could at least make sure you have your sauces, straw, and the granola on my parfait. I visited this location a few weeks ago, it was my first time at a Chick-fil-A. It was a request from a friend I was visiting at a nearby Rehabilitation Care Center. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. I was embarrassed that I presented a dry sandwich and no sauce for the nuggets either. My bad for not checking the bag. Is this typical and are you required to ask for sauce? I found this to be a disappointment especially for a first visit. Why wouldn't I think that their signature sauce came with the sandwich unless otherwise specified by the customer! I called Chick-fil-A's customer service number twice and was promised a call back from the store. Another disappointment as 3 weeks have passed and no call back. I saw this location on Las Vegas celiac as a safe location for celiac cross contamination. Last week sure enough they told me they have a separate fryer for gluten free fries etc they radio on the phone to ensure they started the process. Today I go back and the manager and the entire staff said they had no idea what I was talking about there is no separate frier. One of the staff members was very nice and said that training isn't good there . That's scary, they ended going it's okay they will be gluten free but at that point it wasn't safe for me to eat there. Beware that location . read more

When "fast food" comes to mind it's always the drive thru lane for us. We've frequented this Chick fil A location since it's opening with zero order mishaps. I finally ventured inside for lunch. Surprisingly, I left wowed! The dining area is super clean with a staff member continually wiping down tables and removing any trash. The staff checked on us, refilled on our drinks and offered to remove our trash when we finished! Making fast food nice again. First off, chick fila is great. Never had a problem with an order, and their customer service is usually great. However, seems they were way over the top at this location. They no joke had like 7 team members standing around the drive through, trying to take our order the moment we pull into the drive through. We don't come here super often, so we wanted to see a menu, and the guy had to like run to idk where to be able to give us a tiny menu that didn't have everything on it, so we just had to get up to the drivethrough menu anyway. The team member seemed super annoyed the whole time. The thing is, I get having all these team members outside, when it's really busy, but there were just a few cars there. Ordered tonight with door dash I was pleasantly surprised as to how well they packed it and how fresh and hot the food was when it arrived even though the guy got lost twice and delivered it to my neighbors!! We got 3 spicy chicken sandwiches 12 chicken nuggets and 2 orders of large waffle fries the sandwiches were spicy but not to spicy the fries were perfectly cooked soft on inside crispy on the outside the nuggets were amazing I don't know how they keep those little pieces of chicken so moist and they gave us extra ranch!!! I'm annoyed at her dismissive attitude and say I did not order from DoorDash, I ordered from the store app. I said had I known I would have had someone pick it up and said I'd never use the app again. The chicken are great as I remembered. Like you are getting mini chicken sandwiches so cute. Their hashbrowns were bite sized instead of 1 bar like others, so it is easy to eat them. I like their hashbrowns better because more surface of the crunchy outside. Dipped in sriracha sauce (my fave). I also tried Polynesian Sauce today - it was okay but would stick to Sriracha and maybe try different sauce next time. People: Amazing 5 stars! I called around 10:20 and Anahi answered. I had a strange strong cravings for those mini sandwiches but I won't make it in time (breakfast ends at 10:30 and I am 15 mins away). Out of all of the many visits to many different Chick-fil-A restaurants, this was the one location where I've had problems with my order on several occasions, all when I used the drive-thru to pick up my food. I was here in late April and mid May. Twice, they forgot to give me the standard ingredients for my salad. Once, they forgot to give me utensils for my salad. Thankfully, back at the timeshare where I was staying had them in the kitchen. However, when I did curbside pick-up, they didn't forget anything and actually got my order correctly. Maybe I'll skip the drive-thru at this location especially with COVID restrictions easing up. Even with the minor hiccups, all of their employees were all very nice, friendly, and courteous. The quality of their food minus the missing ingredients were all very good and the standard for Chick-fil-A food. read more

Great breakfast I hope this is the 9925 S eastern location - it's a good one. I'm not used to seeing bad reviews for Chick-fil-A at all. I guess when we have a complaint we're more likely to review. But, I always have good experiences here lunch or breakfast. I've been sick the past couple weeks and the chicken soup from here is what I crave. Another great day at Chick-fil-A... continuing my tour of multiple locations, I used the drive up window this time. It was a unique experience... no squawky speaker to talk to, but an actual human standing next to your car. A friendly, smiling, human who takes your order... answers your questions... and gently moves you down the line to the next human who takes your money and gives you your food. I really can't say enough about the service at each and every one of the Chick-fil-As I've been to. I'm sure they're not perfect, but the experience has always been different than the typical fast food service received elsewhere. I had to go back twice. I normally love this location , kids are a little impatient & unprofessional however they are just kids. I asked for a spicy deluxe well done combo , NO PICKLES NO CHEESE. It had extra pickles , didn't notice until I got to work. Had to come back but by then I was late for my break. I explained this to the supervisor or manger not sure her title. She didn't offer me accommodations or simple acts of kindness or offer replace my fries my now cold fries. CHICK FIL A took my money & didn't give me my food. I went to store location #03711 on Friday. SEVERAL things went wrong. I paid @ 1st window & employee never gave me a receipt. When I got to the 2nd window they told me my card didn't go thru & needed to charge me again. I IMMEDIATELY pulled up my bank account to show the manager that the charge had come out of my account. She asked if the transaction had posted fully, I told her no it's pending as I just paid 2 minutes prior. She said she couldn't see the transaction & refused me. Fast forward to 4 days later the refund never came & I never received my food. AFTER this terrible experience I just have so many questions... 1. Why didn't the 1st drive thru attendant give me a receipt. 2. Why did the manager proceed to REFUSE me a receipt, & also request to see my bank account if she wouldn't honor the charge 3.
