Upsetting. My mom went in earlier today to order us food. She let me know that they had messed up the first drink, originally she had ordered a large powerade but got a medium one. Not a problem, She went back to get it fixed and was given a stank face and attitude by one of the employees. Okay cool, She gets home and i check the rest of the food and fries were messing. I'm impressed with the volume and how quickly they move vehicles in and out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There always seems to be a line of cars but, I use the Chick-fil-a app to order my food, then I park out front and my food is delivered in a timely manner. First off I'd like to say that I loved the organization here. The staff members worked together and were friendly. I ordered fruit, and I was very surprised. It's presentation was well thought out. I ate in, and my fruit was covered. When I ate my fruit, all of the fruits were fresh and you could tell it wasn't sitting in the container. I could still taste each individual fruit. In addition, the fruit was bite-size and there was no soggy ends. The apples were crunchy and the strawberries weren't soft and soggy. I also enjoyed that in the kids area, there were wipes for the kids to sanitize. At the very end I really enjoyed their trash cans. You do not have to touch the them, it has a sensor where it tells you when you can put in the trash. After every time trash is inserted, the trash can smashes and reduces the trash within to make room for more trash. Technology! Unfortunately, the only downside was the booths and tables. Today 11/10/2023 after work I ordered on the app and then picked up on curbside. I always order at this location and never had any problems. But today upon checking the bag I'm missing the chicken sandwich that is for my daughter's dinner so I called and if I can go back within the 30 days but I said I'm on my way. When I get there I told the young girl cashier that I am back for the missing chicken sandwich I even showed the picture of the food I got. She told one of the girl who were bagging orders about the situation but this girl said that " Their liars" in a loud voice and that's when I got pissed off. Girl I wouldn't go back for the f---- sandwich if I didn't pay. That girl is unprofessional and doesn't belong to work at a religious company with that barbaric attitude. I never understood what the hype was about this place. The food isn't bad, that's for sure but it's not amazing either. I recently came here because I happened to have a free meal coupon (free chicken sandwich and fries) and I also picked up some nuggets to try. I showed up around 12 on a Friday, the direst middle of lunchtime and thee drive through line was insane. When I saw it I knew I was in for a long wait. I was completely taken aback though at the efficiency and friendliness of the employees. I was in and out of that line, with my food, in about two minutes where I thought it would take about 20. I was incredibly impressed and felt really good about the experience. The food, as said earlier, was good but it just seemed like a fast food chicken sandwich to me and some nuggets. This Chick Fil A location in Henderson is basically on the other side of town from me. But we just happened to be in the area earlier today and decided that CFA sounded pretty good! (+) Food, as always, is great! I just can't get past that Chick Fil A Sandwich w/ cheese and waffle fries combo! So.frickin'.good. (+) Lines were not nearly what I have experienced at both other locations in town. Service was reasonably quick and friendly. They are always smiling! (-) parking situation sucks. Only space available for me was along the Stephanie Drive side. Unfortunately the drive thru line runs right along with Stephanie Drive as well, which means if there is a line for the drive thru then you are effectively blocked in your parking space until the line goes down. Not cool. Other than that, it's a pretty standard CFA location. Then again, that is a very good thing since you can almost always count on getting good service and great food at CFA! 4 stars. read more

Chick-fil-A is the most awesome fast food. It's so nice to have welcoming and friendly employees. The service and staff alone should get five stars. More places should follow their lead. I was once at this location and their were some foul mouthed men cursing up a storm while my child was sitting there. One of the employees asked them to leave because they were upsetting a lot of the families with small children. I really appreciated that. They also bring your food out and refill drinks. The food is great too! It's always so fresh and flavorful. My favorites are the chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich. All the fast food restaurants need to follow how Chick-fil-A runs its business. Every employee is very kind and quick when it comes to hustling and getting the customers food out. This place is so very organized especially in their drive thru. There could be a hundred cars in drive thru and they would be in and out in a matter of minutes. Not only are they fast. I always enjoy coming to Chick-fil-A because as previously stated, they truly provide genuine hospitals and customer service. One reason I continue to come is because everyone who works here is so nice, friendly and smiles! I've been thru the drive-thru and also dined in. Every time I've had a great and problem-free experience. My go to item is the hand-breaded spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a side of their waffle French fries! The spicy chicken is so filling and has the perfect kick to it. The sauces I would recommend for side dipping is: sweet and spicy sriracha, Polynesian mixed with the chick-fil-A sauce! What is it with the fast food joints here in Vegas? My first time at chickfila and the food is garbage! I asked for extra crispy fries, the girl gives me my bag with the fries in it, i look & see they are not crispy. I told her, I asked for extra crispy fries and she says, yes, they're extra crispy.
