I'm never disappointed by Chick-fil-a and that streak continues. This restaurant does chicken right. It's always delicious, savory, and the waffle fries are the perfect vehicle for eating their amazing sauces. The chicken sandwich is just as I remember, pillowy, soft bread covering crispy, juicy chicken. Those pickles add a great sour crunchiness to the entire dish. The fries are also excellent. Pro tip is to get them without salt so that you're guaranteed to have a fresher batch.

The employees are amazing! I accidentally selected go inside to pick up but I have a broken foot. The guys in the drive through hot my order to me anyway despite the manager telling them to tell me to go in to get it.

From their yummy chicken nuggets and sandwiches to their signature service, Chick fil a has become a staple when I'm looking for something slightly better than typical fast food. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and lemonade, and I switch up my sauce depending on what I'm feeling that day. Their classic chick fil a sauce is creamy and tastes a little mustardy, the Buffalo sauce is nice if you're wanting a bit of tang and spice, and the Polynesian is a sweeter choice similar to Asian sweet and sour sauce. Their brownies are nice and fudgey too if you're wanting a sweet treat! This location of Chick fil a is usually pretty busy, and the drive through line can be long. It does have a great curbside pickup system, so I'd recommend ordering ahead to save some time.

Ordered and received quick as normal. Silent morning, music volume range is loud enough for most kids/parents to enjoy while eating at any point of the day!

Mold found on the bottom bun of a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Gross!

There was mold found on the bottom bun of my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Absolutely disgusting!! I called to speak to someone at the store to let them know about their mold issue, but no one was available to take my call. Someone needs to take a serious look into the lack of quality control at the Buffalo Speedway location to make sure this doesn't happen again.

After a busy morning, coffee and breakfast.

Recently she had an afternoon appointment and I was able to swing by and join her. When her appointments were completed, it was in the beginning of peak traffic time, so we decided to walk over to DS and have a bite to eat and catch up This space is so open as well as cozy. Soon as you enter, you head straight to the counter to order. From there, you're given a number and choose your seat. Booth and table options are available. On a Thursday afternoon, the place wasn't busy but not empty, which gave my Mom and I the opportunity to catch up without a noisy dining room. The food came out fresh and hot and for the price, we were surprised by the portion since its was the $10 HH burger and fries. The fountain drinks were interesring as well. DS does not have Coke or Pepsi products. They have similiar flavors you would find with those brands. I enjoyed the Mexican Coke. It seemed to not be as fizzy aa your own well know caffenated Compadres but still carried a great flavor. Let me not skip over the dessert! Mom LOVED the pecan pie which she states had whole pecans instead of pieces. I did not wven notice that she had been getting pieces of the pie as we talked. Half of it was gone when we left. That means is pretty scrumptous! I had enough willpower to eat my chocolate chip cookie when I got home and it was worth the wait! Not only is the cookie huge, but the semi sweet chocolate and sea salt is chef's kiss. Grat combo of both worlds. Combine that with the crunchy outisude and chewy, gooey interior and this is one of the best cookies I've tasted in a long time. So glad to dish all this goodness to Yelpers and remind them of another gem in West U that will not only give you a great place to get a bite but satisfy that sweet tooth.

I stopped by with my buddy on a Thursday evening close to 9 p.m. Free parking was a cinch in the parking lot they share with several other businesses. Service (4.5/5): You order at the counter and then they bring your food out to you. The lady who brought me my food checked on me twice and was super nice. She called me "sweetheart," a little Southern hospitality goes a long way. Ambiance (4/5): Modern, clean, and comfortable. In line with other Dish Society locations I've been to. We sat at a booth/table combo. Drinks (4.5/5): I love when a restaurant has more than your standard selection of soft drinks. You'll find that at Dish Society. They have "craft" sodas and a nice selection of juice blends. Plus sweet and unsweet tea. Food (4/5): I went with a cup of the tomato bisque soup and the Nutella French toast. The soup tasted as good as it looked. Some croutons or a piece of garlic bread would have been nice, but outside of that, this starter couldn't have been better. The Nutella French Toast was similarly well done. I love French Toast and I love Nutella. So this was a match made in heaven. Along with some sliced strawberries and some blackberries, I was happy I went with a breakfast dish for dinner (they serve brunch all day). The prices are affordable for the quality of the food. My only complaint? The portion sizes are pretty small. Case in point: two slices of French toast when most places will give you four. Pro tip: Join their club for discounts.

However, I haven't found myself wanting to come back even though I drive past this area pretty frequently. If I did come back, I'd probably just order the same flavor again because it was that good. The Zeppelin is very filling though and kept me good for 2 meals, I just think nothing else on the menu appealed to me (other than the Spicy Tejano) enough to steer away from my go-to sandwich/bowl places if the craving for that type of food ever came. The staff were super friendly though and parking wasn't terrible. It's not a large place, located in a strip mall, but there's plenty of seating for a fast moving lunch crowd. You walk in and instantly see a menu, and order at the counter. There's premade wraps and bowls to choose from, where you pick the protein and can add extra toppings at a cost. Or you can make your own custom bowl or wrap. Since it was my first time I decided not to be cute and stuck with a premade wrap- the Caesar Crunch, with Saffron chicken. I LOVED IT. There's so much flavor, but nothing overpowering the other spices. And the pita crisps and fries inside the wrap just take this to the next level! My friend got a custom bowl, and had saffron rice with a saffron kabob, and said it was too much saffron ha! Lessons were learned! Before their recent expansions to Austin, it all began here in Rice Village exactly 15 years ago. The vibes are contemporary and casual, with the kind of space that fits for just about any scenario. Whether it's a solo meal, a lunch date, or a group led affair, the experience is almost always an excellent one. Start by ordering at the counter and find a seat where the food will brought directly to the table. So much of their variety caters to all sorts of dietary restrictions from vegan to gluten free to nut free. Their spicy crispy brussels sprouts ($10) are a nice starter, as is the squash "onion" rings ($12). The local power bowl ($16) is a classic and I've always enjoyed the brown rice and quinoa combo. Their chicken "posolé" is solid, and I love the large hominy bits along with the clear but green tint of a broth. The chicken shawarma bowl ($20) is an interesting mix that includes pickled beets and strawberries, along with their market cheddar burger ($17) and fabulous twice cooked fries. The carrot cupcake is strangely addicting, and I think their gluten free brownie is a bit of a sleeper. Some of their items didn't jive with me previously, such as an underwhelming cashew queso ($9), a semi-laughable Vietnamese steak bowl ($22), and their semi-gringo version of a banh mi ($15). It's not that these items are bad per se, but they definitely don't live up to the same standard that I feel their other dishes do best. Where they hit the biggest home run is their customer service. Everyone working behind the counter does their best to deliver and they almost always do by staying on top of refills, cleanups, and customer greets. I've always enjoyed my experiences here and look forward to every visit.
