Even though they're trained to say "my pleasure" at every turn, I still find it a lot more endearing than just about any other fast food chain. From nuggets to breakfast sandwiches, I've enjoyed almost everything I've ordered. On just food alone, I can see the appeal from the rest almost immediately. * The drive-thru is quick. Even if there's a line, the crew knows how to minimize it quickly. My only feedback for the drive-thru folks is that they should not assume every customer knows the menu well. The ordering process inside was hair pulling, with a cashier that didn't seem to listen, or pretend to. The staff was awkward and uninviting, which is unusual for Chick-fil-A. I've been coming here for years and the service is always friendly, but highly inconsistent. Individual dine in experiences are usually fine. Fresh hot food, served quickly and with accuracy. Well, unless you were using a promo card or one of those old calendar cards-- then all bets are off. To go orders, particularly with catering, are a completely different issue. I've regularly had incorrect drinks with drive thru orders, and one badly mangled catering order where we were shorted half the food we ordered. We ended up having to run to a local McDonald's to supplement the incomplete catering order and have enough food for everyone expected. I'd called the owner/operator requesting a partial refund due to the issue. Instead she offered a credit towards my next catering order. I asked for the credit as a gift card or letter since I normally don't host events in the area and it might be years before I order catering from this location again. She said she couldn't provide a gift card and wouldn't need to provide a letter because she'd remember. Sure enough, when I had my next event that would warrant ordering catering from this location, I went back and referenced the credit. The catering manager wouldn't honor the credit because there was nothing "on file" and the owner/operator didn't remember the previous conversation. read more

I guess they figure they already got the money. This location is disorganized and incompetent. There are two drive-thru lanes outside, and there usually is a line circling around the the store-- must mean something! It's a nice place to grab a quick meal or when your chicken cravings kick in :) Love their mobile app-- you can press the "I'm here" app once you arrive so they prepare your order super fresh! The tenders were smaller than imagined them to be (first time getting them so can't compare), but they were yummy :D There were a lot of families with kids inside enjoying the playground area. Some of the sauces were available near the napkins, otherwise you can get 2 sauces per order. This is one of the few locations near the med center that isn't inside a hospital-- thank goodness~ I predict that I'll be coming for takeout more often this year! ^_^ read more

This location is usually fine, but today I had two kale crunch salads where the leaves were wilted, and old and yellowing. It had lots of black marks on them where it didn't look completely washed or it was just bad quality kale, unappetizing to eat. I took the second one back to the register for a refund and I said the kale was old, but I overheard the other cashier say it's not old underneath his breath, and they said they make it every morning. Yes you make it every morning, possibly, but are you looking at the quality of the product you are putting out? They did refund my salad crunch, I just think Chick fil a can DO BETTER. I have reviewed this before and it pains me to do this again. Everyone knows when they go to CFA they pay a premium for higher quality food and customer service. I ordered from here tonight and it clearly states on my order that I am to receive 4 hot sauces and 1 Buffalo sauce, amongst other items. The food was of excellent quality but I received ZERO hot sauce and ZERO buffalo sauce but instead received one barbecue sauce in place of all of that. Come on CFA. I LOVE YOU. My love/hate relationship lives strong for this location. I have to agree with another reviewer that this location is notorious for missing an item when you receive your order. Since, Covid has been happening, I've taking advantage of ordering through their mobile app. I have been choosing to pick up my food by coming into the store. Twice an item has been missing. The first order I included lemons in my iced tea. Just recently they had forgotten the salad dressing. Yes, it sounds petty, but I find it ironic that when I order via the app, and choose to pick it up from the drive-through, the order is always correct.
