I recently came to the Chick-fil-A. They messed up my order and the staff was incredibly rude. I also came around 9 PM at night I don't know if the night shift is different than the dayshift. But I will never be back to this location. This Chick-fil-A is a bit fancier than your average fast food restaurant (if you see the decor, you'll understand what I mean), but definitely still comes with all the perks of fast food. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, and the service is super fast. You'll get your usual lunch or dinner rushes, but the employees get through the lines very quickly. I've utilized their dine-in, carry out (both via restaurant and via app), drive thru, and curbside, and have been very satisfied with each experience. The perk about ordering via their app is that you can tell the restaurant when you want them to start making your food so that it'll be hot and fresh when you get there. My go-to order is the spicy chicken deluxe, which I think gives a bit more flavor than their regular chicken sandwich. The spicy level is veryyyyy mild, but works well for the sandwich. It seems that the staff is more interested in rushing customers through the line, rather than making sure each order is correct and cooked thoroughly. I've been coming to this location for a while since it's close to my office and my colleagues are also always disappointed with the service. The staff also runs across drive-thru lanes (where you order) and stands outside the drive-thru window (where you pick up food) on multiple occasions. I am SUPER happy that we live around the corner from here now. It seems they stay busy non-stop; I never seem them with a line. The drive-thru line here moves very fast though even with 2 lanes open at times. I have had 2 problems with drive-thru orders here, and both were rectified by management after a phone call. Ryan, a manager, is quick to take action and rectify the situation while being professional and courteous. They are very accommodating especially when I request a Chargrilled Chicken Biscuit; you heard that right. It is so much better than the regular. The Chargrilled Chicken breast is super tender, juicy flavorful and grilled to perfection; I can't seem to get enough of it. I also LOVE their Chargrilled Nuggets as well and of course the Chargrilled sandwhich. The fries are always crispy, never soggy. Condiments are always offered; and if you're specific about a quantity, they oblige and don't leave you out cold. Not being from Houston, I trekked out trying to find a good breakfast close to where I was staying. I had my heart set on pancakes or waffles and looked for a while to find some... then I stumbled across Chick-Fil-A and discovered that they (apparently) serve breakfast. Am I the last figure this out? I've loved Chick-Fil-A forever but somehow never knew that breakfast was an option. The place was packed and the service was blistering fast and friendly. I ordered the basic sausage biscuit meal that came with tator tots and a drink. The biscuit was wonderful while the tots were a bit cool and not the greatest thing. I kept my eyes open the rest of my trip to find a Chick-Fil-A close by for breakfast but never stumbled across one; so, I'm left with the fond memories of this place a handful of mints that I snagged before I left. read more

I usually get the kids meal: 6 nuggets, fries, and unsweetened iced tea. What's great is that instead of a toy, you can switch it for a kid sized ice cream! I am not here to write about the taste or quality of Chick-fil-a food as we all know it's the best in fast food industry. They also keep the premises pretty clean. However, this review is about their customer service. Today for the first time I tried their mobile order. I ordered for pick up and marked promptly that i was there. It showed my order was ready for pick up and when I went to the pick-up area the lady at the counter told me to go back in line. There were 15 people in line and it took about 15 mins for me to get to the counter. Then it turns out they have no record of my order. I showed them my order and that it shows that it was ready for pick up. Manager comes back after 5 mins and says they're preparing my order. After a total of 25 mins I get my food. I walk back to my car only to realize they didn't give me half the things I ordered, no sauce, no drink. I went back in again and nobody came to my assistance or even bothered to ask if I needed anything. Finally someone noticed my extremely disappointed face and came to assist. This place needs to get their act right. Im surprised I am saying this but they really need to learn something from how Mc Donald's functions Smoothly without making such blunders. It's a fast food and nobody has 40 mins to spare to pick up an order that they had already placed to be ready for pick-up. It was extremely disappointing experience from this location. Even though the place always looks really crowded, they seem to get through the line quickly (probably because they have 50 employees working behind the counter). Doesn't cost but a few cents more and the unsalted tomato and lettuce balances out the salt when you have them leave off the pickles. However, one single employee from this location rubbed me the wrong way so much that I am giving this location one star. The employee Teresa needs a severe attitude change. When I was placing my order, she was very short with me and essentially treated me like she didn't want to talk to me. I thought she may have been having a bad day, but I learned differently when I was sitting at a table where I could observe how she interacted with other customers. What I saw was disturbing. Essentially, she's a pleasant employee only to specific demographics of people. Whenever an ethnic minority was ordering, Teresa had a completely different personality. When I needed a refill, she completely ignored me when I was standing at the counter holding my cup with the lid removed. But she openly acknowledged others who needed a refill. Wow, who would have imagined that the awesomeness of Chick-Fil-A's regular chicken sandwich could be multiplied and spicified? Not only is it make-my-temple-sweat hot, you can actually taste the chili powder applied, unlike a competitor's chicken sandwich that is just spicy but in a generic kind of way (hint: the place rhymes with Gwendy's).
