I was In the drive thru placing an order 5 minutes after 6 and had happened to see 2 police officers waiting for the dining room to open which is supposed to open at 6. I placed my order and received my order and left. The officers were still waiting 10 minutes after 6 and the employees were ignoring them just walking around inside. I thought chick fila supported cops and I'm surprised they were ignored. The officers just got in their car and left without service. I'm avoiding this location and maybe all of them now. read more

Recently the service has become unbearable. Sitting at the drive through waiting to for someone to answer while the other lane keeps letting people go, getting the wrong food frequently, need to find a new location or their employees need to be drug tested with how competent they are read more

This location used to be exceptional. Since they are under new ownership the quality of food and service have consistently been poor. The wait time for the drive they is ridiculous. They have a ton of people working at peak times but it does not improve anything. I have come home numerous times missing salad dressing, condiments or received wrong item. This location is more convenient for me but if I have the time I will gladly drive to the Richmond or Silber location. This location is not up to Chik-Fil-A standards. read more

manager at this location please put someone who speaks and understands ENGLISH taking orders for the drive though. Also it might help if they pay attention instead of clowning around with there coworkers while taking orders.Half the time they say my order right on the speaker but you get up there and they missed something. Went through the busy drive thru. Many workers running around to get people through the line fast. However I ordered a market salad which I guess through them off. They told me to pull up to some yellow line and everyone else behind me had their food. Another runner ran up and said pull in that parking space and ran off. Well another car swooped in and took it as it was a Wells Fargo space, he was yelling at me about holding up the food line. What business is it of his! He was going to the bank and I was just doing what they told me. Another car had to get out, by that time I was livid. I honked at the mean man and drove all the way around the parking lot back to get my food I'd paid for earlier. I talked with an employee working as a runner for the food and he was very nice and apologetic. They should not tell customers to park in the bank's marked spaces! He finally retrieved my food that I did not even want by then. I so should have given a small gift card for my embarrassing inconvenience! Don't move so many through the line without a set plan or designated space for delayed meals! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I have never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A until I came to this one. First of all, the girl who took our order (the only one wearing a white shirt, guess she's new. Our receipt said her name was MORGAN) looked like she had no clue what she was doing. She had the hardest time taking the simplest order and I had to repeat my self several times. After we got our order, what do you know, it's wrong. Go figure. I POLITELY went up to her and said I didn't order this and she proceeded to argue with me that I did. Then she gave me this rude look, rolled her eyes and just walked away and didn't even get me my right order. Some other lady came up to me and got it for me (after she also didn't bring me the right salad dressing at first). So finally I get my salads and as my fiancé is eating his he is mid bite and sees A DEAD LADYBUG! Disgusting!! A lady bug??? We showed one of the workers and she said "oh sorry" and then brought us another salad....why would I want another ladybug infested salad?? Did not offer me a refund or anything, but did also bring me free chicken strips. Rude people, terrible service, bugs in food, worst chick fil a ever! The worst of the worst experience ever! First experience had was with the employee who works the drive thru outside under the umbrella with him being extremely rude to me! This was a moth ago.. Brought it to the manager Coby attention.. He assure me he would fix the issue.. Went back today.. not the least I've been doing business with this location for multiple years.. Also my clients that I send there and my employees... Never had this experience until this guy came alone.. Today and the same rude guy who hates me there takes my money.. I went with my coupon from taking there survey on they reciepts that I have a million of from doing so much business with them. However I was never informed we can no longer use the receipt.. I told him can you please get your manager.. He brought back his GM Brandon, Brandon came in offense mode.. told me the guy who hates my guts inform me before about the receipt of course he would lie!! Hahaha! I told him don't worry about this will be my last time doing business at this location! How as the GM/ Owner you come and attack a loyal customer or any customer.. I received absolutely horrible customer service on my last visit. To top it off, I was already using a BOG for having bad service the time before that I visited. I arrived at 9pm and went through the first lane. The speaker said they were closed, however, closing was at 10pm. I had already waited 10 minutes to place my order. I proceeded to the window to explain what happened and was met with not an apology but a very crude attitude. I stated that someone may want to put a cone in the first lane since the speaker is not working and she cut me off and said that's not important, whats your order while rolling her eyes? I am on a special diet for my diabetes and can't have bread. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun or condiments. It took 3 people to ask me to confirm my order which is an embarrassment as if I was crazy for not ordering bread. I know its different but it should not be frowned upon. There were no smiling faces this particular evening. When they did finally call the manager to confirm that it was OK for me not to get a bun, they just handed me my sandwich. No thank you for your patience, no apologies for the misunderstandings. Just utter incompetence all the way around. Very disappointing and it should not have happened. read more

Two years ago I would have said this place has awesome food and service, but since they changed staff, I have been dealing with many issues. They have extremely horrible service, are slow to greet you and take your order which is weird since they have a large staff behind the counter. My order continues to be messed up, which is weird considering they have a small menu compared to other fast food chains. Today was the icing on top of the cake. Not only did the lady at the register charge me twice, once for my order and once for someone else's order, but she argued with me until I asked to speak to the manager. He said he completely agrees with me, but kept rolling his eyes. I know the customer is not always right, but if you see you made a mistake, take responsibility for it and make it right. The difference was only $1! I would have been okay paying $1 more than paying twice what the food was worth. To make matters worse, they still gave me the wrong chicken sandwich and the fries were cold. I've never experienced bad service anywhere! read more
