Who hasn't been to a Chick-fil-A at this point? I won't go through everything Chick-fil-A has to offer but I will touch on how this location differs from others. It's located right next to Krispy Kreme if you want to do a chicken sandwich and hot donut one-two punch. I visited on a Tuesday to take advantage of a promotion they have going on with the Houston Rockets. If you attend a Rockets game, and their opponent misses two consecutive free throws in the fourth quarter, then you can get a free chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A the next day. What a great idea! Sure enough, the Jazz missed two consecutive free throws in the fourth and the crowd went wild. One thing I didn't like is that they gave me my sandwich like 30 seconds after I ordered. That's not fresh. That means my sandwich had been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. I expect better from Chick-fil-A. Honestly what's not to love about cfa?! From Cali to Pennsylvania I've only come across ONE that wasn't on point and it's NOT this one. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The last time I went there, they didn't give me my granola or a spoon to eat my parfait. Shame on me, I didn't check my order and got home and was super disappointed but too lazy to go back to the restaurant. A little over a week later, I go back for the same order and this time they gave me the cookie parfait instead of the granola. Luckily, I checked the bag before I left and went back in for a replacement. However, they also completely forgot to give us my boyfriends fries. The cashier was basically stating that I was lying about what I ordered and didn't trust that they didn't give us the fries. When we finally got home to eat, my sandwich was cold and the bread was hard. The chicken looked like it had been bitten on and barely covered half the bread. Usually like this chick fil a for lunch or dinner. I live right across the street and I work two jobs. Usually on the weekends I sleep 3 hours due to work and I lack meels. Great service as expected for any CFA establishment. The nuggets, fries, and soup were all on par and I was offered a generous number of sauces when requested. The location is a bit dated but then again still looks pretty standard. They try to make it as efficient as possible with multiple people working the drive-thru, the large screen inside to notify mobile orders as well as an IKEA-type bookshelf for mobile pick-ups. read more

The people were friendly but my food was the issue the fries barely had any inside and I asked for Coke Zero and received a regular coke which I am not allowed to drink because of my disease just wish they would pay attention to the little things that matter. So obviously this review isn't about their food, products, etc. This was my first time at this location and the first thing I noticed was they had topiaries in the middle of the two drive-thru lines. Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A I've ever had. I will go out of my way to go to another location and not come back here. First of all, the staff are SO rude. They seemed so inconvenienced to do their jobs. I got to the window and the lady just stared at me until I finally handed her my debit card and a gift card I had. She didn't know how to use the gift card and asked another woman who I'm assuming also didn't know how to use the gift card and then just charged everything to my debit card without telling me and gave me the gift card back. I would have thrown the gift card away assuming it was empty but luckily I looked at my bank account and noticed the full charge. This Chick-fil-a and it's crew always come through for me on company breakfast orders. Some locations are managed better than others and this one for sure has a winning team behind the counter. 60 chicken biscuits total, always fast and they always have a smile and are super courteous and professional. They even put together a bag full of jelly and honey for me. Exactly what is needed at 6am. Yes the biscuits with cheese all look the same, nice and squared and centered, meaning they take the time on each one and don't suffer from the dreaded "Slapping the Cheese" syndrome. Worst customer service experience ever. I'm so surprised. I ordered a combo meal which was like $11.19. I handed the drive through lady $11. She said "ok they'll get you a receipt at window. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A location. Most of the time the staff are so polite and helpful. On 5/20, I had the most embarrassing experience ever. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Burrito with the hash browns on the side, and the order was repeated and confirmed before I pulled off however after getting to the window the hash browns was added on the burrito. I asked if they can remake my order and the manager (Kolby B) yelled over the cashier and told me NO because I would hold up his line and that he will issue me an refund. He attempted to issue me a refund but didn't know how to issue a refund through Apple Pay. So I asked if they can just correct the order and he continued to say NO (with anger) AND IF I DON'T MOVE FROM HIS LINE THAT HE WILL CALL THE POLICE ON ME. Setup: random lunch drive thru The good: food, of course. location The bad: Surprisingly, service. CFA is always known for having the best (even overly so) service, but this was mediocre at best. The dual lines were not being utilized properly so they actually had another employee standing outside to help direct, kind of defeating the purpose. The greeting and order taking was lackluster and McD's-ish. I don't think she even thanked me when I got my food. Worst of all, they still FORGOT MY SAUCE that was specifically requested. Observations: I get that this is "just a fast food establishment" but ppl have expectations out of CFA and so does their corporate office. This is the first time I've had less than pleasant service. I loathe fast food, but this is a different fast food dining experience in my opinion. This is a place you can bring your kids and have a good time. A lot of fast food places don't have play grounds anymore, but this has an interior one. On certain days of the week, they also have a clown which will paint faces and make balloon figurines. Quite an entertaining experience for a kid and can aid in giving a parent a break. The food is good. If you are having a party and need last minute catering, then they have catering trays to choose from. Everyone loves their chicken nuggets and it will be a hit at your party. Besides the chicken nuggets, I enjoy their chicken salad sandwich, southwest chicken salad, and waffle fries. They are the best. Recently, I stopped in for breakfast. I tried their chicken burrito and wow, I wouldn't have guessed it was from a fast food restaurant. I will be back for one of those when I am on the run.
