The morning managers today of September 22nd were the rudest chic fil a employees I have ever come across. The one guy Ashton hung up in my face just because I wanted a replacement meal and not cold food. I really can't believe how bad the quality of the food they served me was. Then, after being hung up on I called back, and a lady manager answered and decided the best way to handle it is to argue and talk over me. I kept a calm tone the entire time and she kept having a terrible mean awful attitude. It amazes me they are managers because even hourly employees treat everyone with respect. This is the actual worst chic fil a location and I will never and I mean never go back after today. They told me on the phone after me being hung up on that they would remake my food. So I went to get it and the employee outside told me it's good to go and to pull up to the window with my receipt which was also mentioned on the phone and when I got there the lady had a smirk on her face and a rude tone and told me no she will not remake it. I wasted gas on top of not ever getting my order fixed. Any restaurant should value a customer enough to replace cold food especially since I had receipt in hand. She didn't even look at it when I mentioned it. I told her I was going to leave a terrible review on how bad they suck and she said she didn't care. I said of course you don't I can tell. How lovely and I still don't have food. I filed a complaint with corporate as well. You shouldn't be serving customers old food I'm so sorry. That's what the FDA is for and I will be reporting this to all sources possible. I had a nicer tone than the managers here did and didn't even raise my voice after being treated like this. So this yelp review is long overdue. If I could not leave a star THAT BE GREAT! This the absolute worst chick fil a IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I EVER BEEN TO. Today I went to this chick fil a. I ordered a Cobb salad. The salad was given to me just thrown together. A Cobb salad is supposed to be nice and neat with everything in sections, not in my case. I also ordered a unsweetened tea with lemonade. I was just given an unsweetened tea. I went inside and asked the manager if i could have a refund. The manger stated the store manager has a policy of no refunds, well what kind of nonsense is this? I ask to speak to another manager who told me she would give me a refund for my money. I just want to let it be known this CHICK FIL A IS TERRIBLE THEY CONSTANTLY HAVE COLD FOOD AND THE SERVICE SUCKS. Worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been too! Chicken nuggets and strips are always dry, literally every single time. Their chicken sandwiches are dry and way smaller than any other Chick-fil-A I've been too. I would recommend driving a little further and going to a different location. read more

Today I came in through the drive-thru, and the lady that attended us was very rude. I made one mistake ordering and she had no patience. If she doesn't know how to deal with customers she shouldn't be working at Chick-fil-A. Also very surprised that there was no hot coffee available in the morning. This is the second time in row where i had an issue with my fries. First time they forgot an order of my medium fries, and this time my order of large fries were barely half full!!! Also I asked for grilled chicken cob salad and got crispy chicken instead!!! I love chick Fil a and will always eat there. But I've now learned my lesson to stay away from this locations drive thru. They have 9 out of 10 times forgotten something from my order and I've only realized it once I've reached my destination and it's too late. I've experienced this on different days and times and unfortunately it's the same thing. Sadly, this is the closest location to where I live. My word of advice if going through the drive thru you have to be that annoying person that takes everything out of the bag and opens and checks your food to make sure everything is the way you ordered. They have forgotten cookies, sauces, fries, gave me the wrong drink. The receipt always has the right order so it's not that they take it down wrong it's just that they simply must not be able to read. Trust me check your bag! Has anyone ever experienced bad service or food at a CFA? I sure haven't. The food speaks for itself and the service is as always... Impeccable. I'm finding myself going to this particular CFA quite often for their delicious and fresh salads, they're sooo good. This location seems to always be quite busy and therefore parking and traffic can be problematic at times. But, be patient, in the end the food is always worth it! read more

Ordered a Large Tea at drive thru pulled around offered girl my card and she swiped it and gave it back.Then her parter not his fault handed me bag of food and some drinks. I stopped them and said all i ordered was a drink. She was like what I said all I ordered was a large sweet tea. She then called manager and told him to refund the difference of the charge. At the same time her partner pointed out on the screen yes look here it is large sweet tea. She then told me next time listen before you pay I was like what she said listen next time before you give payment. I don't frequent Chick-fil-A much. When I drove up, I was slightly intimidated by how extremely long both drive thru lanes were. So, we decided to go inside. The dining room wasn't even half filled. The staff is SUPER friendly. The good arrived quickly. The food was just as yummy as any other Chick-fil-A. I know this place is new, and this wonderful service could possibly be temporary. I hate going to this location but it is the closest one to my work, leaving me few other options. Not only is the line, no matter what time, wrapped around the entire building, the location and parking lot in general are a huge cluster ****! I've ordered lunch and got half an order of fries. The fry box was filled halfway. Today, I had a coworker place a mobile order and I went and picked it up. This being my first time, I went through the drive thru, skipping the order box, just went to the window. I now know not to do that. I felt like a child being scolded for acting out the way multiple employees seemed so inconvenienced and their reaction and tone with me not to do that again. Like really, call down. So I parked and was brought my food and coffee. The coffee was filled to the brim and didn't have any stopper, so of course spilled in my car. Out of the 10+ times this locations drive they has messed up my order, this was the time I decided to write a review. I hate arriving home to find out I have to nothing dry nuggets and fries to eat with no sauce. I advise someone from Chick-fil-A to check out this location and do something about it. Also when you call and ask for the manager, you will be hung up on as soon as you bring up the poor service they provide. i came to this chick fil a as a doordash driver and when i got here, somebody else has taken the order i was supposed to deliver. i called doordash support and they told me they contacted chick fil a to ask them to remake it. i went back inside and they said they wouldn't remake it. we then contacted the customer who said he hadn't received his order so we contacted doordash support again to tell them about this. i went back inside and saw the manager speaking to doordash and they still refused to make the order. it was a single meal. you guys remake things for customers all the time but wouldn't remake an order that i now am going to get my ratings messed up on my account for doordash, something i do as a side job, and mess it up for ME, not the customer. very unprofessional. i've been here for 30-40 minutes. a COMPLETE waste of my time a money. the manager is all the way wrong for messing with my time and money. read more

We go to this chick Fil A often in the morning. We decided to go today in the afternoon and after all the points we have saved up using the apps, we had enough to completely pay for the meal. We were new to actually redeeming the rewards and didn't know how to. The cashier was super duper nice. She took her time with us. My mom was feeling frantic because we took so long. The cashier noticed and told us, "were chillin, no ones behind y'all. We got as long as we need." She was super amazing. She walked us through everything and I wish I knew her name. The fries are HORRIBLE! Stale, hard and chewy with no flavor! There was an extremely long line (which is at every chick fila) but it moved so slow! Wednesday the drive thru was long so I went inside. The cashier helped me figure out my points to get a couple free items. When I was given my food by a young I think Hispanic Male, I asked him if he could help me. I was in shoulder pain with a possible tear. He did not hesitate and happily carried my meal to my car. I did not catch his name but wanted to say how thankful I was. This chickfila has never disappointed. I come very often, especially for family nights with my kids. They are great at everything! Got a complicated order with substitutions right and did not rush us through the drive through like other Chick-fil-A locations! Went on Friday night (drive-thru) 7/17/15 at 9:00 order a #2 w/sprite. The fries were hard look kind of burned, the chicken between the bun was really thin, (something I have never experienced at any chick fil a) and top it all off the sprite didn't even taste like sprite , tasted more like sparkling water. This chick fil a needs to get it together. I'll just keep going back the the chick fil a on hwy6 and west road.
