It's very clean and busy but they do a nice job of taking care of everyone quickly. The staff at this location is super friendly! I hit this up for breakfast on occaision. Chicken Mini's with Salsa are they way to start the day. The tots can be a bit on the salty side sometimes. Fruit cups available and always a good option. Coke Zero on tap=makes for a happy girl! Southwest chicken salad with Spicy dressing hits the spot for a quick lunch too! As a previous employee at CFA I understand trying to move as fast and efficient as possible. Liv took our order and didn't greet us just went straight into "what's the name for the order" and processed to take our order, she made all of our meals into entrees resulting to a total of $45, when we went over to the mobile cash cart a young man saw that the orders were meant to be meals and took the time to fix it, our total then was $39. It's the little things and details that CFA is known for. It's important to make your guest feel heard and making sure the order is properly taken. read more

I would give this location two stars because I ordered two cookies and found them hard as a rock. I did file a complaint and they gave me a free cookie, but the worker I talked to seemed agrivated. I am usually a happy camper when I come here, but today was disappointing. Any other day I would give them five stars but today was just a big bummer. I got in line and there really wasn't a huge wait yet. It was 11:50 am on a Monday and I was shocked to be able to drive in and get in line. Then there were a couple of cars who cut in front of the two designated lanes and I was annoyed but let it go. Then I got up to the drive thru and things got really messy. Apparently I chose the wrong lane because I sat there where everyone else in the other lane kept going. There seemed to be a change up in the order taking process with employees. I get it. Change of shift. Then this lady taking orders was surprised I hadn't had my order taken. No big deal. I gave it to her. She didn't know a lot about the menu but that was fine. Long story short, I ordered the lemon chicken kale Cesar salad and a Mac and cheese for the toddler. I asked for the dressing that was recommended to come with and I got the fat free honey mustard. I was offered no receipt to get credit for my visit on my app nor was I offered to scan my barcode on my app. This was the most disappointing visit here to date. Everyone seemed off their rocker. Review for Circle Mall Chick-fil-A. First time I went I liked the taste of the bruger. During the pandemic, second time I went (about a year ago), the chicken was inserted into a limp "budget" bun (the kind you can buy from the Dollar store) with nothing else, no lettuce, no tomatoes, nothing. Staff were like robots, not friendly at all. Presented coupon and manager refused to take them. I am just talking about the food and service here, not the political causes the founders are known to have supported. Based just on that the worst chicken burger I have ever eaten. Customers, please demand more of yourselves, there are much much better chicken burgers out there, with very good customer service and at a more reasonable price. Good, the only problem was we paid partially with a giftcard, but my wife's account was charged the full amount. The lady taking our order did not tell us the giftcard did not go through. We no longer have the giftcard or the receipt since we threw it out after eating. The people taking the orders should check and tell you when you need to re-slide a giftcard before you pay the remaining balance. I've never been to this location before, but I will probably stick to the IUPUI location when school eventually opens back up. I. Love. Chick-Fil-A. Obviously, like every fan of the company, I find myself craving it on a Sunday morning, but when they've been open I've never left unsatisfied. This location uses people instead of a two-way microphone system for drive-thru guests. I'm not sure why, and it doesn't seem like it's any faster, but I'm sure they have their reasons. For me, almost any time I go, I've found it way faster to walk in. I love getting and out in a couple minutes and beating a drive-thru car out of the parking lot. This particular location also seems to have an above average number of workers who genuinely mean it when they say "My pleasure." I know it's gotta be hard to say that all day long, but I always get a smile and eye contact. There's one woman who works mornings who is definitely the model Chick-Fil-A employee. I wish I knew her name, but management needs to do all they can to keep her, and her attitude and evident leadership, on their team. read more

This place is always packed - and I truly don't understand why. It's overpriced, overrated, and half the time the waffle fries are garbage.

They are so incredibly busy however they are handling it like a champ! When you staff because you know it's going to be busy instead of staffing when It's gets busy you have great outcomes. They have an entire crew on the outside of Chick-fil-A to help the drive-through be extraordinarily efficient. you pull into the drive through and there are about eight members taking orders. You keep going through the drive-through and they have a shed in the back so they can take payments from outside. By the time you get to the window your food is actually ready and off you go. All the staff members have Chick-fil-A winter coats on with reflectors. Not only do you get great food fast but they actually always take care of their staff and make safety is number one priority. The first time i came here, this older lady who was taking my order kept interrupting me never letting me finish. I get that she was probably trying to just be fast but i still feel like that was a little rude. The last time i came the woman who was taking my order would not talk. She looked at my all annoyed when i asked for her to confirm my order and shoved her hand at me so i could give her a type of payment without telling me how much it was.
