I don't know how anyone could rate this place anything less than 5 stars. For a fast food joint, this is as good as it can get! For starters, the service here is amazing! Yes, I used the word service at a fast food place! Their verbiage and professionalism is like none other! They always answer with "my pleasure," and are always super friendly. When I came through the drive thru the other day, they had a line around the building. At first I was going to drive off, but then I saw a few staff members, including a manager standing outside in the drive thru lane taking orders to speed the process up. I mean WOW! I was through the whole process in under 4 minutes. That's with prob 12 cars ahead of me. They also get everything right every time, and are very knowledgable about their menu. I almost wanna offer them a serving position at my restaurant, but they're prob too young to serve alcohol. Anyways, I'm just expressing my appreciation of their service. The food here is also awesome. It's chicken done right! That's the bottom line! Their salads are somewhat healthy options and also very tasty! The fact that they honor Sunday as a holy day is also a winner in my book, even though I catch myself accidentally driving to Chic Fil A on Sunday's just to realize they are closed. Lol. This is literally the only chain restaurant I frequent. The food is good (of course) and the service at this location is phenomenal, even if they all sound like they've been programmed as robots. "My pleasure" is the only response they'll give, regardless of your request. They used to offer brown cane sugar, which complemented the iced tea perfectly. Sadly, they no longer offer it. This is definitely my go-to place for cheap fast food and it's healthier than most other options. read more

Usual friendly service and tasty food that I expect from Chick-Fil-A at this location. I tried a salad for the first time here recently and was generally impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients, although the grilled chicken was cold and I think it would have been even more delicious hot. The only downside of this particular location is that the drive-through line goes around the parking lot, effectively blocking all parking spaces when the line is long. You have the wait in the drive-through line to park and then wait again for some kind soul to let you out again which is pretty frustrating. read more

You guys really don't need to read my review on this place. We all know it's amazing. My only complaint on this trip was that they were out of the soft mints they keep by the door. I always find those to be the perfect treat for myself as I leave. My girlfriend does this gross thing where she orders the nuggets and then shoves a mint in them. Then she makes mint chicken. There is no Chick-fil-A around where I live so when I'm somewhere else and see one I have to partake. So, when it came time for lunch there was no question where I was going. This location seemed a lot newer than other ones I've been in. It was large too. I think everyone can agree Chick-fil-A food is the same whichever location you visit so it's the space and the service that make or break the experience. Both were great. The guy taking my order was patient with me as I indulged my goofy excitement to be there. As I ate I noticed that they had one employee going around cleaning up any items left behind on tables and miscellaneous messes around the space. This person was very diligent in cleaning up which made me feel even better about dining there. All in all, I would definitely go back to this Chick-fil-A with no problem. read more

Let me preface this by saying I am a die-hard Chic-fil-A fan. The food is standard Chic-fil-A fare, but this location is an A+ in the CFA world specifically for their service. I have brought my 4 yr old and 18 mo old multiple times on my own, and the staff has always been extremely helpful: delivering our food to the table, exchanging toys if the kids already have that prize, etc. They also have a wonderful kids' night: free kids' combo with adult combo purchase, craft project, and balloon. My kids love the play area, too. The staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, and while there have been occasional stand out employees at other restaurants, there is not another fast food restaurant that has ever done that. read more

You can always count on fresh tasting chicken tenders here. I also like the fresh kale salad and fresh fruit salad when I don't want fries. Ordering online is so easy and speeds up the pickup process. Oh, yes, the lemonade is so real! We also tried their egg sandwiches recently and liked them. I've been going here for years and am always impressed by the quality of care I receive. During this particular visit, a man named Arturo was incredibly helpful and was working so hard to give us a good experience. He was upbeat and smiley when he gave us our food, then actually came back with mints and took our trash for us! It was so impressive, I just had to write a review to share my experience. This location has lost its culture of customer service and is beginning to resemble McDonald's. That's not a good thing. While it may be good for the owners and franchisor to make more money and push people thru the quick service line, you must not get too quick that you miss the details. They have been doing a poor job of accuracy and understanding customer needs. And their service recovery has become stagnant too. A one size fits all solution is not going to cut it when people are more attuned to value. The good news is that CFA seems to care about surveys and customer opinion. I love chic fil a. I think it's disgusting that the Employees are always on their cell phones as if they cannot put them away while working around food. I personally think it's disgusting and management should make no cell phone rules for employees. We all know most people take their cell to the restroom with them! Gross!!! This was my fist experience with Chick-Fil-A and it was fantastic! I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe (with Pepper-jack) and it was pleasantly spicy! Pretty simple, but yummy, hot and fresh. There packaged ranch doesn't have that scary taste that some self-stable ranch dressings do, and its super yummy to counter the spiciness of the sandwich. read more
