Lady: you didnt ask the girl taking the orders, but I will give you some. ***cashier inside tells the lady that I did ask for some, it shows on the receipt*** Lady: *didn't apologize for the mistake** Oh so you have two sauce already. Me: Can I get a total of 4? Lady: You already have two, so I will give you two more, okay? *with sarcasm* Me: Thank you. ***Cashier inside gives the lady only one more and smiles. The lady laughs and says this is why I love you and gives me the bag back*** Me: I checked the bag and only count 3 sauce. Lady: There is 4 sauce inside. Me: I know what I heard and saw and I think I can count to 4... Lady throws two extra sauce inside my bag and says thank you have a good day with an attitude. How can someone be so stingy and rude about one extra sauce. This is in Irvine, a wealthier neighborhood as well. She said all this with such an attitude and sarcasm. Didn't even try to hide it. I love this Chick-fil-A location! The staff is extremely friendly and nice, the food tastes amazing, and the app is so well-designed and easy to use! Also, I love the music that plays in the background, especially the Christian ones. The only thing that comes to mind when thinking about where Chick-fil-A can improve is its ingredients. If MSG, DATEM, and more were not used as often or at all, this would easily be a five-star review! But, overall, amazing experience and keeps me coming back. Definitely recommend! read more

Every year I'm always excited to go to chick fil a and get this lovely surprise of a heart shaped chicken biscuit! This particular chick fil a is the best one in Irvine for service and food quality. They don't charge you for a regular size cup of ice water and their sandwiches are always well made! Their spicy deluxe is probably the best option here and the ingredients are always great. I often compare this store to the one on Jamboree, the service over there is very different and less welcoming and their food quality is randomly inconsistent. The only downside is the cookies they serve here are always dry and hard, either second day cookies or over baked. Overall it's still the best one in Irvine! read more

Met a Karen employee tonight, a racist, I've waited for the customers who were whites before me and they took around 10 mins to order, for my turn that waitress obviously performed impatiently and kept urging me. After then I received an order to deliver when I was in my seat, I went up to take it, the Karen showed an unbelievable attitude on her face, then I came back to finish my food and ready to go deliver, not a long time just in few minutes. She suddenly came up to me and said she gonna block me because I made the customer to wait and I should immediately leave to deliver. I didn't entangle with her and walked out the store, and I noticed that she was after me and stared at my car until I drove away. I'm curious if she's the mom of the customer, however I just texted my customer and told him I would deliver after I finished my dinner, they said ok, no rush. May I ask what kind of rules or regulations Chick Fil A set up to make the drivers to deliver immediately? Once the drivers confirm pickup the food, whether or not the restaurant still got responsibility to make sure the food got delivered? I want to know how would she threat to block me? We used to come to this Chick Filet all the time. I always order the same thing, my favorite chicken cool wrap. Through the years it just got smaller and smaller with the price getting higher and higher. As of this year, I got a cool wrap that was so small I had to add grilled nuggets into my order. What was supposed to be a simple meal quickly became as expensive as if I ordered Kalbi ribs. When did chicken cost as much as beef ribs? The service is still good. Nothing wrong there. Using the chick fil a app and check "takeout" at this location is super efficient. The app remembers your favorite "hearted" past order (which you can edit in Order Details). You can click "I'm Here" when you're still at the light at Sand Canyon or Groveland (they don't start preparing your order until you're technically approaching the restaurant. By the time you maneuver into the ample takeout spaces, the arrow moves to "ready to go to the pick up area" inside! Every day, every single day I order the same thing in the drive thru (the drive thru people are the only positive thing about this place the ones on the drive thru regularly are pleasant), an egg white grill with an extra egg white. Today, I get the sandwich with one egg on it, not egg whites, not an extra egg. Yesterday, same thing, last week 4 out of 5 days it was wrong. 2 days they made it on a biscuit, one day was a fried piece of chicken and one day was missing the egg white. The manager couldn't care less just a vague "sorry" I'll talk to my kitchen and make sure they know. Of course they know, the ticket they put on the bag says "egg white grill + egg white". It does say muffin, it doesn't say sub-egg, it doesn't say fried. The problem is you either aren't training your people or you are just hiring back of house staff that do not care, that's it. This location does stuff like this all the time. Order fries? Be prepared for a half full order of fries, they don't think you are going to say anything so when they are backed up they just throw whatever they want in the bag knowing you have driven off in your way to work and probably won't say anything. I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A but unfortunately my experience here today was disappointing. I saw my order waiting on the counter for over 5 minutes. When I inquired about my order at the counter the lady politely gave it to me and said they still needed to make the Ice coffee. I asked about my food being cold from sitting there and she said it was just prepared. She bought my ice coffee to me but it was made with chocolate syrup in the bottom, not the typical ingredients. This Location needs some improvement on their process. Ordered via the drive through, when I got to the window they said the spicy chicken was cooking so they asked me to pull up to a parking spot. Took them about 15-20 mins to deliver my food. Drive through was not busy as there were no cars behind me. Overall a pretty disappointing experience as most chick fil a locations have the process down to a science and I don't think I have ever waited 20 mins when there were no cars behind me. This location is walkable from my house and we do hit it up regularly. It is always immaculate and the product speaks for itself. Their waffle fries are usually fresh and pretty tasty. Get it with the chick-fil-a sauce or the Buffalo sauce. You won't regret it. TLDR: Never cater from this location. Service is abysmal and will completely waste your time! I used to regularly dine-in/carry-out/cater from the Tustin Marketplace store as I lived closed by. After moving this year, the Woodbury Town Center store (6428 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, CA 92620) became the closest location to me. I've never visited the location before, but having catered from the Tustin Marketplace store close to 20+ times, I'm familiar with the process and the company's theme of consistency. After place my online catering order on Friday 11/26, I went to pick up my food tray yesterday 11/27 for promised pick up at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:55pm to talk with the cashier, who was definitely new, as she had to call her colleague over multiple times to input my order before handing me my receipt. Afterwards, she said the tray would take a couple minutes which made sense as I arrived early. At 6:10pm, I went to check with the same cashier who said my order was still in queue and would take another couple minutes. At 6:20pm (now 20 minutes overdue!), I checked with another cashier who seemed confused and went to talk with his manager. The manager came over and said my food was ready the whole time, but they were waiting for me to check-in and say I was present at the restaurant. I told him I had checked-in with the female cashier at 5:55pm and she repeatedly said the order was still in queue. He then bagged my food tray without any apology and told me to check-in more often next time. Lines may look long during peak hours like lunch but I've never waited over 10 minutes for my food. I come to this location when i absolutely am craving their fried chicken sandwich and seasoned waffle fries. There's always a long line (indoor as well as drive thru) at this location but it's totally worth it. Usually takes about 15 minutes sitting in drive thru before you can order and then another 10 minutes to get your meal. What I do is I park immediately into an open parking spot and dive right in to my chicken sandwich which is always delicious. Now they don't have condiments for you to grab inside so you have to ask a staff member for the specific flavor that you want and plus there's a limit on how many you can take. Oh well. I am a huge fan of Chick-Fil -A. I am Signature Status on my Chick-Fil-A app because I buy so many breakfast and lunch from there so much. I never had a bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A before as I did at this location. My girlfriend and I went in for breakfast and I ordered chicken and scrambled eggs in a bowl with an iced coffee. One of my favorite combinations. They told me that they would bring out the iced coffee for me. I gave it about 10 minutes and decided to go up to the employee and ask for my iced coffee. They said they will bring it out. Minutes later, I went back and they said "i forgot." It happens, I know. But it was too many times and I had finished my breakfast and my girlfriend finished her food too and i got my iced coffee at the end. I was so sad, because NOTHING is better than eating and drinking iced coffee at the same time. My girlfriend had ordered the Cobb Salad and they forgot to give us our little torilla chips that it usually comes with. We had also ordered ice cream and it was very watery and not as much as they usually put. As i was waiting for the ice cream, another guy next to me had complained that there was a hair in his sandwich. I saw it and it was long and stuck out of the sandwich. Please don't put the sauces inside the fries, it's unsanitary and not clean. I order all the time from this place and it has been ok. What I like about them is that they make sure the bag is sealed when they send it out for delivery. Most times they would even put the sauces in another bag inside the sealed bag, but this time they put the sauces deep inside the fries, like the Chick-fil-A sauce, was literally halfway through the fries.
