There are plenty of seats outside with some shade, but only a handful of tables inside. It's in a plaza with various other shops, so parking is very accessible. Food didn't take too long, I think we got our food after 10 minutes or so of waiting. Honestly the presentation is solid. I got The Bowl Bowl, and my friends ordered the chicken wrap, Newport Bowl, and we shared Za'atar and sweet potato fries. The bowls came with a citrus sauce, but we had to order extra garlic and chili sauce on the side for the wrap and fries. The fries with sauce were honestly sooo good. The sweet potato fries had this amazing soft texture and it melted in your mouth, the sweetness paired nicely with the sharp garlic sauce. The Za'atar fries were well seasoned and had a nice crisp. They give you a good amount for the price! I personally enjoyed The Bowl Bowl, the quinoa mixed with fresh corn, big chunks of sweet potato (I think they would have been better cut smaller), avocado, their grilled chicken, and chips. I mixed it with the sauce and additional toum and thought it was a perfect post-workout bowl. Hefty, nutritious, and good for the cost ($15). I tried a bit of the Newport Bowl and it was basically a regular salad bowl, nothing special and in my opinion - not worth the price. You're better off trying a more varied bowl or wrap. The chicken wrap was fine, there were some pickled veggies that added a good crunch. The main reason why I'm hesitant to come here again (besides the fries) is that the chicken was quite dry in all of these dishes, and it didn't really have a prominent char or flavor/smell that would indicate it's been charcoal grilled. I do want to try this place again when it's not as busy, basically to see if the chicken quality holds up to other reviews.

Yes, 4-starts. It is exactly what it says it is. A good chicken sandwich for a reasonable about of money. Great waffle fries and (almost always) great friendly service. I still like that they bring your food to your table and, if it's not too busy, will come back by to see if you need a refill on your drink or anything else. Nice to see that in a fast food place. Also great to see them take a few cents of my bill when I tell them I don't want a tomato on my sandwich. What would the world be like if other fast food restaurants lowered the cost when you asked them to hold something off of your order? They certainly charge you when you ask for something extra. Wow! What a concept! Other places should take note. Really not much more to say. If you like chicken sandwiches, like to experiment with different dips and sauces, like fries, go to Chick-fil-A! Ordered from Via DoorDash, delivery. They messed up the order, called me to advise, two shakes, spilled (no drinks now), order arrived late, person barely spoke Ken glish, so I spoke in Spanish. I asked for tip to be removed. We can't--call "Corporate??" I ask to speak to supervisor--refused, hung up on me. I open order, none ot 5 sauces we ordered either. We have no drinks, no sauces, I'm hung up on, blown off and now too late to even eat the damn food. Tree sandwiches..and I tipped my DoorDash person, Tyler. Done. This location is really slow and inefficient. I've been here on multiple occasions for breakfast at around 10:25am (when they stop serving breakfast at 10:30). There's 4-5 individuals standing around while one person is taking the order. It's called fast food so why aren't you attempting to help your customers get their food faster. I've been at the register (after waiting for 5+ minutes) that I can't order breakfast anymore because it's 10:31am and I've "missed" the deadline. This place is always such a disappointment. This location is located across street from the university. It's in the college town. Walked in today because I was told the franchises is offering Teachers a sandwich for the teacher appreciation week! It is very hard to believe they do not do Teacher appreciation day here in this location especially your directly across the campus. Here is what I see: 1. I visited on a Tuesday at 3:30, so not peak hours and the team members were efficient and friendly, just as you'd expect. What really impressed me though was the food. The fries were piping hot, crispy, and salty! I usually think Chick-fil-A fries are boring so I was very excited. The chicken sandwich was delicious and had lots of extra pickles, as requested.
