Very irritating that y'all continue to forget condiments in Uber eats orders. -1 star

I ordered 8 nuggets and two hot black coffees. Got to my location (10mins away)and went to sip on my coffee. Tell me why my coffee was cold. Called to see if they would refund me because I couldn't go back to get another one. The manager said I would have to bring the coffees back!!! LOL. In the middle of a pandemic this manager wants me to bring back my coffee that I sipped on . I have never had any issues with other places if the order isn't right it just isn't right and for maybe $2 no manger would want their customer upset. This is the best Chick-fil-A I've been to. The workers are always friendly and they've never gotten my order wrong. Since the pandemic started, they have ramped up their drive through service so it runs quickly and smoothly. It's obvious there is good management at this restaurant. read more

i've come to this location a few times and it's usually always busy, however today it became upsetting that they only offer drive-through service through their app and not curbside because of rain, when I know they have given their employees rain jackets and such before, and it's currently only sprinkling anyways, I shouldn't have to wait half an hour through the drive-through line for an order that's already in the system read more

Ordered breakfast online. Chose to pick up in drive thru. Drive thru line was too long, decided to go inside to pickup order. I showed my order to the lady at the register. She went and told whoever is in charge of the orders that i was here for my order. It's 10:28am. I tapped the app to "check in," and the app crashes. When it relaunches, my order doesn't show to be there, but since i already showed the lady my order i assumed they had it/ were working on it. 20 min later, still no order and i asked for an update on my order. They then tell me that they don't have the order due to me not hitting "check in" before 10:30. They then would not sell my breakfast since at that point or was 10:48. I ordered my breakfast at 10:11, was at the restaurant at 10:20am, was inside the restaurant and hit "check in" at 10:28am. Waited 20 minutes inside just making awkward eye contact with the employees only to be told they don't have my order and will not sell me breakfast. read more

I know right, one star at chic fil a? Well it did happen...I went thru the drive thru around 9:20pm after a long day and wanted a late dinner and they messed my order up so bad that I had to call them. It was about 9:35pm when I made it home and called. The manager (Yasmara) was so short with me and kinda accused me of lying about my order. I told her I can talk pictures and show you how the tag says one thing but the food is something else. She asked me to come back that night, I'm like y'all close at 10pm and will be closed when I get there. She agreed to replace the order. I come in the next day and it was kinda an issue to replace the food, she was rude again..,below the typically chic fil a service everyone is used to. They charged me for a drink when they messed up my order the night before, essentially messing up my dinner. Then I had to come back up there another day, wasting time and gas and they charge me for a drink? Yup, just go to the other chic fil a around the corner. read more

Drive Thru: I wasn't going to write one last time but this is the second occurrence within a few weeks of wrong/missing items. The drive thru seems more concerned of getting people out more than attention to detail of what orders consist of. There's nothing wrong with the politeness of the staff, it's only the consistency of getting your order correct is the issue. read more

My kids and I love coming to this Chick-Fil-A. It's always very clean and kid friendly. The staff is always welcoming and very happy to help you with anything you may need. This location has jungle gym for the kids and it's maintained clean at all times. Food wise I can eat breakfast and lunch here any day of the week. I love their chicken minis. The chicken is always juicy and the bread is cooked fresh. The breadand has sweet taste to it. I usually don't get hash browns just the minis. The MINIS are so delicious. For lunch or dinner I always get their #3 which is their 8 or 12 count nuggets with waffle fries and a sweet tea. Chick-Fil-A has the best sweet tea and lemonade. Always fresh!! I enjoy their different sauces which are free of charge. But I must say my favorite is the Chick-fil-A sauce. If you like honey mustard then you will probably love this one. I definitely recommend this location. The employees definitely make this place an awesome place to come and eat great food. read more

This Chickfila deserves an award. I hope those Chickfila big bosses are reading this - the employees at this location LOVE their job and LOVE their customers. If not, they put on a very good act but who cares. Food is always fresh, service is always with a smile and sometimes even a compliment, and although typically very busy, they move us through the lines apologizing for the wait even when the wait is minimal. I visit this location weekly and typically grab breakfast for my work team every other month. I love that I can order breakfast for 13 people, pick it up in 20 minutes, and get a complimentary drink for myself. Other locations could learn a few lessons from these people. read more

So the sole reason that I am leaving this review - because you already know what to expect in terms of food and environment at Chick-Fil-A, since every location is very much the same - is for the wonderful staff at this particular restaurant. This location is in a very busy area, and the restaurant is constantly packed. I'm sure the staff deal with their fair share of rude customers and people in a hurry, since it's located in the heart of Las Colinas (Irving's major business district). However, every time I have been here, the staff have been friendly, courteous and totally cool under pressure - No matter how busy it was or how many customers were pouring through the restaurant and drive-thru. Raj in particular is consistently one of the friendliest guys I've encountered in food service. He always has a smile on his face, regardless of how busy or stressful the lunch rush may be, and is always eager to take care of waiting customers. He definitely deserves some positive recognition! Kudos to the staff here. I am one of the many that works in Las Colinas and frequents this Chick-Fil-A during their very busy lunch hours. You all do a great job and are appreciated! ~ read more

I really like this place, employees at this location are very decent and the place itself Is well organized.  My son loves the play area and we can eat our meal without worrying about chasing him.  The food was a little late and the staff gave us a cookie and extra french fries.  I don't know if any fast food restaurant would do something like this.  I definitely recommend this place to everyone and this is my first 5 stars. read more

This place can seem a bit overwhelming when you first drive up and see the cars wrapped around the building but they have their system down to a science. There service is quick and efficient. And they food is always of the best quality. read more

This Chick-Fil-A location is my favorite. Very close to my job and the customer service here is excellent. It seems every time I come here they are always extremely busy, but are very quick to bring out the food to the customer. Same thing for drive in, it may be intimidating when you see the long lines, but they wait time is not long at all. Of course the food is excellent here and it is what I come to expect. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. This sandwich is very delicious but I do miss the brownies they use to serve. I am also glad at the same time they do not have brownies because I may break my diet to eat one of those. read more

ROACHES !!!!Avoid does chick-fil-a at all costs! they barely acknowledge me when they took my order and slam my orange juice on the counter not even letting me know if it was mine or one of the several people waiting. I had to ask if it was mine and even then just got a brief nod as I went back to talking amongst each other.
