The good was great service and little wait time. The bad however is I came home, took a shower, and opened my bag to find... A box cutter placed gently stop my sandwich box. I inspected the sandwich and it didn't seem violated but a box cutter in the bag is wild. Edit: Improving this to 5 stars. Spoke with Gunner and he apologized profusely. He agreed to redo my order and let me know it was on the house. Absolutely astounding customer service and nothing short of what I would expect from Chick Fil A. I just wanted to leave a positive review for the amazing staff at this Chick-fil-A. First of all, this is one heck of an efficient operation at noon today. Tons of people inside and in the drive through. Despite that, we must have ordered and received our food within 5 minutes or less. After we were done eating, my son really enjoyed the giant outside playground with the other kids. When we were leaving, my son (5yo) dropped his frozen lemonade outside on the walkway. Obviously he was really bummed. One of the black shirt staff came out to my surprise and offered to replace his drink. I told her not a big deal since it was more than half way done. She insisted it would be no problem and I agreed. In the time it took me to grab a napkin she was already handing my son a new drink, which made his day!!!! Really thankful for the amazing team at this location today! read more

This chic fil a was really busy. They did a wonderful job of funneling traffic. The man who took our order walked with us as he talked so that the line kept moving. He was very friendly and good at what he does. We didn't have to sit and wait for our food. It was ready when we got to the end of the line and we were back on the highway. We have stopped here several times traveling through Jackson. I will never go back to this location. The ability to manage orders is not existent. We waited almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches after time spent waiting in line to order. That's not fast food when you are on a road trip. It was clear when curbside, door dash and countless orders came out but no one standing in the restaurant got an order that they don't care about the people who come inside. Chick fila mostly has nice workers , but the drive through people at this location were exceptionally nice ... the food pick up was alittle slow , we had to pull up and wait . But they had napkins , plenty of sauce , and food was hot . This was a good chick fila . read more

I like the place, it's unfortunate that when you wait in line after getting inside the store before 10:30 and have to wait over 10 minutes in line and they tell you that you can't order breakfast, which is what I came in for. This ChikFilA is in a very busy spot, just off I40. As usual for this restaurant, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was hot and fresh. We got all of our requested sauces, enjoyed the perfectly salted waffle fries, and sipped sweet lemonade with our chicken sandwiches. With mobile ordering, the food and drinks were out in about five minutes. Highly recommend! read more

Really, the service is good and I have no problem with that. The employees are nice and I know a handful of them and they know me by name. But the reason why I give 4 start instead of 5, chick Fil a doesn't ever give me a tray. I don't like eating my food on the table and that is just a little unsanitary. Please, give us trays If we ask for dine in. I'd like to maybe know the reason why about that? I'm a pretty frequent customer, so I'd like a response maybe. Besides that, everything else is fine. We've been working on a massive solar project close to Jackson for about 10 days. I've come through the drive through every morning for spicy biscuits with pickles, because of Kelsie (orangish red hair ~ 5'6) She's been the one to greet me all but one time and she has remembered my name, my order, where I'm from (San Diego) etc. this would be remarkable customer service at a normal sit down restaurant but in my opinion, it is absolutely phenomenal for fast food. Give her the keys to a store as soon as possible. Spending some time eating your food (which is also better than it is in SD) and enjoying her customer service has truly been my pleasure. read more

When other clerk buzzed someone, no one answered her. One Employee would be extremely rude to me for no reason just because of my name. Had to change my name because he was rude to me. This is an awesome fast food restaurant!!! Not only are they fast even when the cars are wrapped around the block. The food tastes so good you decide to get in that long line but you get through quicker than you would if you were at McDonalds and they had two cars. I hope this location was having an off night because chic fil a is my all time fave place to eat. Noticed before I left the drive thru that it was the wrong drink so they fixed it but I got half a cup. I think she got upset she had to replace the drink because the drive thru was busy.
