This Chick Fil A had one is the worst set ups for a drive thru. I went at 230 so it wasn't there so called "busy" time but it was still busy. There are the usual two lanes to pull up to order. However they atay in two lanes and if someone else's food is ready before yours they have to wait til everyone ahead of them has gotten their food. I guess it's the same thing as in one lane but this just seemed to take forever. It just didn't seem organized well. I went through the drive thru and the order takers showed no emotion, didn't ask how my day was, misspelled my name, I ordered a chocolate milkshake with no cherry. Didn't say my pleasure at the end of my order. The workers mainly paid attention to lane 1 and didn't provide a wait time. The guy didn't show emotion or say my pleasure. It took 15 minutes for me to receive my milkshake with no cheery. I will not be going to this Chick-fil-A again. This is not the service I was expecting from a Chick-fil-a. read more

Today I ordered SIX Chick Fil A sauces because I would hope a large number would draw attention to the fact that they should actually count what's going in the bag, but it wasn't. I got 2. And I wouldn't be mad, if it weren't for the fact they had forgotten to give me sauce at all twice before. One time I ordered a chick fil a wrap and Nuggets and they forgot the wrap entirely. This store is always slammed with cars but since covid closed the indoor seating they opened up curbside where you order on app and they bring it to your car in the marked spots. Now they have indoor open so you can park and go inside and eat. I have always loved chick fil a! No other fast food does it quite like them. It's the light breading, that buttery warm soft bun, those iconic waffle fries! It never fails that I get my worst craving for it on sundays when they are closed! At the Chick-fil-A on Western Boulevard, I made an honest mistake going forward past where you're supposed to order your food. There was no one out there and no one went on the intercom for about 10 minutes straight. So I went ahead and went forward and upon letting the lady know, I didn't know if I was supposed to wait longer. I thought maybe it was down I was supposed to come forward. I was genuinely so nice but felt so embarrassed. She at acted like she understood. She took my order and she proceeded to be very rude. laughing about me right in front of my face to another colleague. Not even trying to hide it. And I'm just really upset because this is my first bad experience with Chick-fil-A ever in my entire life. And I've been to so many because I was in the military. Whoever the blonde lady was with piercing bluish eyes who was working at the Chick-fil-A on Western Boulevard at 9 AM at the back window on December 17, 2025, needs retraining Immediately. On Saturday afternoon, 05-01-24, I had an exceptional experience with the overwhelmed Chick-Fil-A at Western Blvd in Jacksonville, NC. That location is holding down the fort due to the only other location being renovated. I'd forgotten our doggo's nuggets and after reaching out to one attendant to add them to my order with no luck, I happened to hail Jami down. Little did I know that Jami had just clocked in for the very first time ever! I asked if she could add my nuggets and without blinking an eye she said "Yes Mam', I can!" and confidently walked quickly towards who I found out at the pick-up door was her corporate trainer, Catie. Catie explained that Jami was in the midst of her first few minutes but you'd never be able to detect that by the way she handled my request with confidence and grace. Catie also quickly congratulated Jami for already receiving her first compliment! I had already noticed and admired Catie before advancing to the door for giving Jami an encouraging smile as she coached her quietly, that's a sign of an excellent leader! As a trainer, Catie didn't draw attention to herself nor did she make it obvious that Jami was brand new on the team! I admire that immensely! Please pass along my sincere appreciation and admiration for this excellent display of respectful and effective teamwork! This location staff was very friendly and quick. I've never been through a busy Chick-fil-A line so fast! One thing I noticed I like was they were bringing orders to the cars in the drive-thru line like Sonic. I LOVE CHICK FIL A!! the lines are sometimes veryyy long, but they go by very quickly. The people are very nice. The food is amazing.

I expect to have amazing customer service at chick fil a and what I got was McDonald's customer service. As soon as I pulled up the girl at the window made a face and was very short and seemed like she had an attitude. I'm disappointed in the service that I received. It was very unsatisfactory and left me not wanting to come back to this location. I understand that everyone has a bad day but you don't take it out on people who had nothing to do with it. read more

This Chick-fil-A is always busy, but we haven't had to wait too long to put in an order or get our foodies out to us. We haven't ordered through drive thru or done curbside pickup, so I can't comment on those experiences, but whenever we see drive thru it always seems like it's moving pretty quick. Whenever we order inside, we don't have too much of a wait (the lines can get a bit confusing when people walk in from different doors, but not too much). We can usually find an unoccupied table where we have our order taken to us with a pretty short wait time. The food is pretty good and has stayed consistent whenever we've eaten at this location. The service is always pretty consistent as well (we can put in an order fairly quick and the employees have been nice). The inside of the store has seating throughout and has a play area to take your kiddos. The restaurant stays pretty clean and organized and you'll see employees go out periodically to clean up. Overall, this is a nice Chick-fil-A that we, and a lot of others, like to frequent. read more

The lunch-rush line is still backed up far into the regular parking area, & the regular parking area has now been cut in half. I placed my order on the app just before entering the line at 12:58 PM. I received my food at 1:34. A lady who appeared to be a manager gave me a complimentary brownie for my troubles, but when I arrived to my destination, I noticed that I had both my kids' meals. My chicken tenders were nowhere to be found. So - I waited almost 40 minutes & didn't even get my lunch. The employees also seemed frazzled, confused, & uncharacteristically unfriendly. Ordered a curbside pick up and it took them 20 minutes to bring me an ice cream cone. When we got it, it was half melted, running down the server's hands. How hard is it to make another one?? I don't want that in my car. My husband ordered a large ice cream in a cup and an iced coffee. When they brought out our order, they didn't bring my husband's ice cream. He went inside to show them what he had ordered and they gave him a small lump of ice cream in a small soup container, even though he paid for a large. Very poor customer service. I went through the drive thru and placed my order of two meals, requesting one order of fries without salt. Mind you I had to pull up to wait for the fries, which wasn't a problem. It took me about 20 minutes through the line. Again, not a problem. When I get home my no salt fries were not in the bag but i did have 4 ketchups, 4 chick-full-a sauces, 4 mayos and 4 Polynesian sauces, so I drove back up to chick-fil-a and again it took me another 15 minutes through the line with pulling forward again.
