Worse chick fil a I have ever been to. On one occasion I went inside at 8:45 and they wouldn't serve me inside because they stop serving inside at 9. It wasn't 9 but cashier had closed the register. Two recent occasions they don't have wraps as they sold out. Employe said it is because of demand and they only make so many per day. I asked why they wouldn't make more if demand is making them run out daily but employee had no answer. Also, they have 2 lanes but only one is usually open. This use to be a great store with great CS but now just pure trash. Not sure what happened but owner was a good guy and use to watch operations closely so maybe that is the change. Anyway call ahead to make sure they have food and are serving and check your order before leaving. They also tried to give me someone's kid's meals the other night but I refused them and that really messed them up. Dang sad. read more

What can I say but it's been a long time since I've had chick-fil-a !! So this morning was it! I swung by and ordered the mini chick -fil-a 4 piece meal and I was in total heaven! The line as always was full , however it moved briskly. I am not surprised by this because Chick-fil-a is just that good! So , if you see a long line don't let the deter you it moves along trust me ;) The young lady who took my order was very professional and just bubbly over the intercom. That made me just excited to order my food!! Lol I cannot say enough goodness about the employees who work at Chick -fil-a as I've never encountered a problem with my order here or any other Chick-fil-a chain. At the window when paying I am confronted with yet another bubbly , cheerful employee who is professional and made sure to recheck my order and ask if I needed any sauces,napkins etc! Now I appreciate this gesture because there is nothing worse than driving off to find your order is incorrect in the bag. This morning these employees where on par and I give them kudos!! When visiting, Chick Filet is my saving grace. In a neighborhood dominated by chain restaurants of the North, one has difficulty maneuvering through the area for healthy but tasty grub. The service here is mediocre. Be helpful, provide a service! This is the South right? Don't just hand me a paper bag without informing me of my options for sauces. McDonald's is #1 because of the speedy service they provide with a smile. Not because the food is healthy or tasty. I ordered the Spicy chicken sandwich. Very good here. With simple waffle fries. Dining room is now open, but I don't recommend you eat in. Ate here Saturday night. Ordered for dine in. Cashier kept cutting me off when I was trying to order. Waited about 20 min for a salad, sandwich meal, and two kids meals. Guy brought our food out in a to go bag that you would get if you ordered for curbside pickup. He also brought out the drinks we ordered (which we already had), so clearly the cashier didn't pay attention when we said dine in, and rang it up as carry out. Food was cold, fries were soggy. Only reason I didn't complain is because I didn't want to wait 20 more min for a new order. Table wasn't clean, high chair had nuggets and fries in it from the last people who used it. Pretty disappointing given that this was the last fast, clean chick fil a in the area. Food is hotter if you just wait in the drive thru. read more

Very disappointed in my experience tonight. Disclaimer: I love chick-Fil-A. I eat here often. I've been to many of their establishments around the country. The food is the same at this location, but the service is not. The staff is not very polite, or helpful. The food took a long time to come out. They don't have to, but it's nice when they come around and refill drinks. "My pleasure" isn't followed with "thank you." Little things, but that's what makes chick-Fil-a great. There isn't a lot of love or affection toward the kids. Believe it or not, we actually find ourselves eating at McDonalds down the road more often. Last complaint, they have an app, and none of the workers there at the time knew how it worked... I'll still come, but reluctantly... just as I frequently hesitate on eating cake and ice cream when I could use to lose a few. read more

What has happened to the signature Chick-fil-A sandwich chicken? I had one yesterday that was awful. They've started putting HEAVY coating. After eating as much as I could stand I tore off the coating. What was left was 1/4" thick chicken. The other side wasn't that thin, but it looked 3 times thicker before I did that. Didn't even taste the same! SO DISAPPOINTED! The healthy salad (kale) was very good. I haven't gotten over them taking away the carrot salad though. read more

This Chik-Fil-A does not disappoint! They get an A+ for customer service! I came in this morning for breakfast and Jordan took my order. He was friendly and genuine. Aside from being a specific customer, I'm pregnant. I ordered a 1/3 sweet tea, 1/3 unsweetened tea and 1/3 lemonade. He did not seem annoyed by my order and asked me if it was ok when he finished. I go here almost everyday for lunch. They are always super packed & the drive through line is super long, BUT they are super FAST and get your order correct every time! Upside is food was hot. The only reason I can appreciate that is that I was distracted from literally +30 min sit in the drive thru. We are just having a fun day so not in a big hurry and talking. With the continuous flow of this store, how reasonable is it to have a serviceman scrubbing the floors at 8 pm in the evening with a industrial buffer? Not to mention that there aren't any signs out and the path/entry isn't blocked either.
