Chick-fil-A confirmed it's position today as the #1 customer service provider in the fast food industry! My son and I came in for lunch and we sat on the patio in the outdoor seating. It was about 90 degrees out. A CFA associate came by and asked my son if he'd like a drink. My son said "No" so he offered to get him a cup of water. How cool is that? Had an original chicken sandwich and fries--outstanding! Don't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce : )

I'm usually here for breakfast, just a timing thing when I am going through Crystal Lake. Variation today, hit at lunchtime, boy are they crazy busy. You can take out, dine-in, dine outside, or curbside pick up. Surprised they haven't added valet parking. I got the fingers meals, with the waffle fries, and a sugar-free lemonade. Chicken extremely crispy, juicy inside, love waffle fries if they are cooked thru (these weren't) and the lemonade was great. The chicken portions, however, are very small. Wish they'd make a change with that. Post the covid, they don't have the giant bins of condiments out for the public as they used to, very limited selection. I hope that will return, you can make some pretty interesting variations on your food with what they put out. These have to be the happiest and most pleasant fast-food workers in the industry. What's their secret?

The food was very good however I was very taken aback by the fact that there was no actual whole fries in the whole pack and i noted how there was a lot of crust in the mac and cheese and this made me feel many ways but i was mostly confused and hurt. I was very concerned with the fact that there was also a lot of oil on the nuggets but i believe this was due to the fact that it was freshly made so i don't have any major concerns with that it. the service was very quick and i noted how my food was ready by 2 min. I also noted how there was also a lot of ice in the drinks and this was very complicatedness.

On 2/28/24 I ordered a chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich and didn't get the sauce. I order 1 chocolate chunk cookie and got charged 2 chocolate fudge brownies. The cashier has a communication problem for I can't understand her with her heavy accent. She couldn't understand me.

I decided to follow his lead, and we both ordered the tender slider meal with fries. We also paid extra for the cheese sauce for the fries. One thing I really like is that you can customize the spice level on the chicken tenders. That's especially nice for my wife because she's not a big fan of spicy food. While we waited for our food, I had a chance to check out the atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and they also offer outdoor seating. I really liked the graffiti-style artwork throughout the walls, which gave the place a fun and energetic vibe. The service was good, and we didn't have to wait very long for our food. Now, let's talk about the chicken tender--it was huge! It was actually bigger than the soft potato bun, which really impressed me. The tender was fully coated in their spice seasoning, giving it a nice red color. We ordered it hot, and I'm glad we did because the spice level was just right for us. The tender was drizzled with their signature sauce, which was creamy with a slight sweetness that helped balance out the heat. The slider also came with coleslaw and a pickle. Overall, the sandwich had great presentation, flavor, and texture. The crinkle-cut fries were pretty basic but had a light Cajun seasoning. The cheese sauce was creamy with a mild flavor that reminded me of nacho cheese. One thing I noticed is that the meal doesn't come with a beverage, which was a little surprising. Overall, I was really satisfied with the chicken slider. I'd definitely come back again, especially with my wife. The closest location to us is in the Schaumburg area, so I'm looking forward to bringing her along next time.

The not-chicken (cauliflower) is really good, especially at a hot spice level. Employees are usually very friendly and the place is always clean (sometimes it's a little sticky by the pop machine, but that is to be expected). My only complaint is that they need to crank the a/c in the summer because it gets very hot in there. Eating hot wings in a sauna is crazy.

First time coming here. I've passed by for over 2.5 years and finally decided to grab dinner…read more I actually like this place - the menu is simple. The space and seating is large enough. I have no complaints. I ordered the beef tallow 10 piece wing which is automatically dry rub as seasoning - my fave! I upgraded to add in a fry and beverage. The wings and mild seasoning were great. The fries were hearty and not greasy at all. I would've asked for a more crisp fry but that's it. My only "complaint" would be to give two sauces for a 10 piece wing.

You can order different levels of spiciness. If you don't like spicy chicken, order the 1st level. It's not spicy at all. I order level 2. I've tried level 3 and it was too spicy for me. I find level 2 to be perfect, has the kick I enjoy, but not overly so and blow out my taste buds. We went when they had their $5 hot chicken sandwiches in honor of National Hot Chicken day. Not surprisingly, it was very busy. They still put out good food and EXCELLENT service. Everyone was so nice and they all handled the flow of people very well. I was so impressed. One of the managers, came around to the tables to tidy up and check in on all the guests. I have to remember to come more often!

One thing is for sure: a return visit is in the cards within a couple weeks. As soon as the soda…read moremachine (for the water cups!) is installed, and the Hot Chicken Shawarma Wrap makes a comeback. In the meantime, I ordered a Hot Chick (medium heat), with a side of fries, some extra pickles, and the garlic sauce to make my Slavic heart happy. The food came out fresh from the bubbling oil, it could be handled without burns, but clearly spent no time under a lamp. Both the chicken and the fries were fried to a delectable crunch. No twice-fried-as-an-excuse here, genuinely well done. My only note is that it feels as though the fries and chicken *may* have spent an extra 15 seconds in the fryer. While the innards were tender, it felt as though a tinge of moisture was sacrificed without need. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and other than the usual delight of dipping them into everything on the plate, they were perfect as they were. Fantastic amount too, not the starch overload of Five Guys, but not a skimpy serving either. The chicken sandwich was the real star. The medium contained some proper spice without having smoke come out the ears. It was well sauced, and had a great hit of acid from the pickles. Out of left field came the slaw: I was not expecting to like this to the point of almost leaving it out. However, it was fresh, felt homemade, and wasn't a mayonnaise bomb. Would order the again without complaints or reservations. I also had a chance to try their house-made lemonade. I appreciate that they use zero-calorie sweetener to cut down on sugars. However, it came out too sweet for my liking. It would be helpful to have options of level and type of sweet. Final notes: The server behind the counter was very welcoming and friendly, and the food came out in a reasonable time frame considering how fresh everything was. Final verdict: A case where I say it's a good thing Nash Bros is a little bit of a hike, otherwise I might visit too much for my health. Barring some minor notes, everything was scrumptious, and I'd happily order it all again (and likely will!)

I checked out this restaurant for the first time recently as we were in the area and wanted to grab…read moredinner. So we decided to give Nash Bros a try. We got here about 30 minutes before closing time. The restaurant was somewhat busy w/ dine-in and carry-out orders. I ordered their original Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich made Xtra Hot based on their heat level offerings (which was the highest heat level) and my wife ordered their Honey Butter fried chicken sandwich with mild heat level. I also got their House Fries that were seasoned crinkle cut fries. We asked for cups of water but were told that they were out of cups, so either buy water or can of pop. They did not have fountain drinks. The food came out shortly. My etra hot sandwich tray was tagged as 'Hot' w/ three symbols. I asked them if that meant the sandwich was just 'Hot' and not 'Xtra Hot' and I was told that if I ordered extra hot then it meant it was extra hot. My sandwich was really delicious. The flavor was good and the texture was nice. The Xtra Hot flavor was not overwhelming but also it did not seem like the extra hot they said I should be mindful of because it was going to be very spicy. My sandwich was decently crunchy and the pickles and coleslaw had a tad bit of sweetness that went well with the heat of the fried chicken. The Brioche bun was well toasted. The fried chicken patty was decent in size. The Honey Butter fried chicken was a major letdown. It's a sandwich in Brioche bun w/ fried chicken and only spicy honey butter (no pickles or slaw). The bun and the fried chicken were drenched in melted butter but there was no taste of sweet heat or just sweet honey. The fried chicken patty didn't have any flavor either. We mentioned it to the staff members and they apologized for the way it turned out for us. The crinkle cut fries were okay. They were soft and unevenly seasoned. The seasoning was decent in taste. Overall, we had a decent experience. The service was okay. My original Nashville hot chicken was delicious but the Honey Butter chicken sandwich was anything but delicious. The restaurant aesthetics were decent. They have a live band performance area. It's a nice, friendly restaurant with a decent menu variety. We weren't wowed by the food but I would say that the original Nashville Hot fried chicken sandwich was worth trying.
