The melted mix of meat, cheese, and onions is outstanding. The bread was soft and held the sandwich together nicely. Excellent. The fries are really good and you absolutely need these. As I approached the counter to order, I noticed one of the employees holding a large napkin or paper towel against the side of his head. He pulled it away, looked at it, and I could clearly see large red blotches all over it. He then placed it back against his head and began taking my order. I asked if it was blood, and he laughed and said his ear was bleeding from an issue involving his earring. I was honestly beyond disgusted. I immediately gathered my wife and left without ordering. An experienced employee thinking it okay to be openly bleeding in front of customers in a food prep area told me all I needed to know about this location. Needless to say, I turned around and walked out and will not return. This was not only unprofessional, but a serious hygiene and food safety concern.
