I've had good experiences here. Its one of my goto spots for breakfast and ordering through the app is easy and efficient. The food has been good fast food. It's been a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I some of the other reviews which is surprising, but that hasn't been my experience here.

YELP SHORT ANSWER: Yes, Just opened August 2025 and they are doing great. The planning and build process seemed to just add to the current property value for the community. LOCATION: Perfect 111 La Quinta easy access with lots of parking. A well thought out build with a double stack drive through. FACILITY: It is beautiful inside, all new and all clean. MENU: This was only my second visit to a Chik Fil A so not expert on the menu, but if you like it, here it is in La Quinta. FOOD PREP: Very professional for a franchise location which is not easy to obtain. FOOD QUALITY: Seemed pretty good. I had a breakfast chicken thing and it was pretty good. WAITSTAFF: I met one of the corporate people about some property issues prior to the opening and she was incredibly nice and professional : ) Then my visit to the store was impressive with a lot of staffing, training, and serving taking place. Everyone was very nice, happy, and providing excellent customer service! OVERALL VALUE: Excellent value for this type of franchise. TIP: I know they will get slammed so off peak hours most likely will make your visit more enjoyable.

It PAINS me to write this review about my favorite restaurant chain. I LOVE Chick-Fil-A and have eaten at locations all over the country. It was even my first job back in the 90s, and I know firsthand how important good customer service is to them. I was overjoyed when one opened in La Quinta, and have been many times since it opened. Every single time, whether it's the drive through or inside, there have been issues. By now kinks should be figured out and they should have figured out how to operate at the high standard other Chick Fil A restaurants do. Each time service is terribly slow and something ends up being wrong with my order. I have never seen a slower CFA in my life. The workers are kind, but don't seem to know how to efficiently do what they need to do. It is SO frustrating. I have so many stories about how bad my experiences have been. They need some leadership to give proper training and direction to the people they have working to get things running properly so that this location can be up to par with the other locations and uphold that golden CFA standard of service. I'm rooting for you, LQ CFA, but some things need to change... *update* I decided to try mobile ordering to see if it was faster. I placed my mobile order for a buttered biscuit 5 min before arriving. When I arrived, there was nobody in the drive through line which was exciting! Everything was quick and easy for once. Until I was driving away and opened my biscuit. It was not hot. It was not even warm. It was room temp-cool and tasted a little hard/stale. I was so disappointed! I was hoping for the warm melt in your mouth biscuit they're known for. It just seems impossible to get both quick service AND good, hot food here. :(

So happy I was able to make my way down here! I've seen a lot of reviews regarding the wait times and from what I experienced that's not at all an issue. I stopped in around 8:30am and opted to go inside the restaurant. The workers were kind and welcoming which is exactly what you want in a restaurant! I placed my order and in less than 5 minutes I was a happy camper, out the door with my food! I imagine the drive through line has a longer wait but given how many people choose drive through that is understandable. I would have to say if you choose the convenience of staying in your car you have to understand how many others do so and that that will impact wait times. If you're willing to take a step into the restaurant, from my experience, you will have an incredibly fast yet still amazing experience. So happy this new location opened and I wish it the best of luck!

I've tried this location 4 times and have had an issue every time. This visit I ordered grilled chicken nuggets with a side salad. They bought the salad, but no nuggets. The employee was nice and went to get them. When they came, they were covered in grease and tasted like pam. I asked about this and was told they just greased the grill. I was so happy to have a location near where I live, but now I'm still driving to Palm Desert, that store gets it right and is also a much better dinning room experience.

Drive through is so slow. I waited 15 min just to place my order and only 2 cars were ahead of me.

I suggest some training on speed and efficiency. You have a solid product, but the service is horrific.

The crepe wrap had this perfectly crisp netting surrounding the outer layer of the crepe. It completely won me over with the first bite as I'm someone that enjoys crispy and crunchy textures in my food. Everything down to the chicken, the fillings, and the crepe itself were just delicious. I came as a party of 3 and for the first half of our eating experience we were eating in complete silence because of how good our wraps tasted. That itself should be a testament to how great this place is. As an added plus, they had a water station & great music to vibe with. The contents can be a bit heavy though so if you're looking for a light breakfast, sharing one crepe wrap amongst two would be the way to go. Towards the end of my crepe I noticed that I was slowing down because of how heavy the flavor profiles were, so having something to contrast that, like a lighter side dish, would've been nice.

The wait staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing--my coffee and water were constantly refilled without even having to ask, which always makes a difference. I ordered the BLTA along with their German pancake. The BLTA was exactly what you want--crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, creamy avocado, all put together on toasted bread, and paired perfectly with seasoned fries. Now the standout: the German pancake. Just a heads up--it takes about 15-20 minutes to come out, but it's 100% worth the wait. It's served hot, puffed up, and finished with powdered sugar and lemon. Light, slightly crisp on the edges, and soft in the middle--really well done. Overall, great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. Definitely a place I'd come back to

Perfect for a couple like my husband & I, where he always prefers American food but I always want rice. Lots of parking. Not the prettiest inside, but everything was clean & the staff were very friendly. Although the boy at the register kept getting our order wrong. My hubby asked for the large 16" Philly, and even clarified twice, but was charged & given the small 8" one instead. He was also bummed that his Philly didn't come with fries, we thought it came with it since it wasn't clarified on the menu nor did the boy taking our order asked if we wanted fries with it. Nevertheless, my husband loved his Philly cheesesteak. Also, none of us asked for lumpia, but it was added to our order. It was a nice mistake tho because the pork lumpia was crispy & delicious. I also ordered both the lechon kawali & the tapsilog. The tapas in the tapsilog was delicious & had the perfect flavor. The lechon kawali could have been a little crisper, but my husband enjoyed that as well. We would definitely come back next time we're in town & craving Filipino & cheesesteaks.
