Finally decided to try this place. I was disappointed across the board. Staff was okay, but the place was dirty. Restrooms were also apparently out of order, which is not good when you need to wash hot sauce off your fingers. The chicken was mediocre (seemed a bit factory frozen) and the "Hot" flavor is which has two hotter sauces above it is WAY too hot. I like spicy food, but this was simply unenjoyable. The soda dispenser was out of Coke. The French fries were gross and had a frozen food vibe like the chicken. Considering how limited the menu is, there is no excuse for cutting corners on quality. Wait time was excessive for 2 tenders on toast with 1 fry. I don't see how this place lasts more than a year in its current state. Raising Canes is 4x farther for us but will continue to get our business due to a superior product. Update: After reading several other reviews mentioning food poisoning and being given the hottest sauce by accident, I wonder if the 2 shady looking dudes in the kitchen aren't doing inappropriate things purposefully. read more

If you are at all curious, try it now, cause it won't be around long (surprised if it makes the summer). Food: Wasn't horrible. Wasn't particularly good. Fries were definitely old. Limp. They also had so much dusting of spice I initially thought they were sweet potato fries (orange). I had to put them in the air fryer just to stiffen them up a bit. I had a slider. Might have had cole slaw on it as advertised....but if it did, it was a miniscule amount. By the way...'slider' is a misnomer. It was a fairly large sandwich. The chicken was good. Not terrific, but not half bad. I ordered a combo, because when you say slider I picture a White Castle size sandwich. My combo also came with a piece of Texas Toast with a chicken tender and pickles. I ate that later. It was okay. Nothing I would have cravings for. By the way, I like spicy food. However, I got the medium and that was probably the best option. Price: Well, the two piece combo I described above was $16. Not worth that much, but if you break it all down, two people could have split this portion size. Ambience: Place was nearly empty when I visited (two other patrons). The server took my order and retreated to the kitchen, where I could clearly hear her and the other employee arguing. In the meantime, I watched a 2021 replay of an NFL game on TV (why not play live golf or something with relevance?). Between the old football game and the employee battle I could not get out of there fast enough. I have seen several posts about this restaurant so when I found myself right by their door today, my friend and I decided to give it a try. It's very hard to read the choices above the registers. Fortunately there is a menu on the counter. It indicated several combinations choices and a graph for heat choice. It said sides were Cole slaw, pickles, and fries. We chose the 2 slider combo and decided on the mild heat choice. When the items came, the slaw and pickles were on the slides. While the sliders were tasty, the mild heat was more than mild. And the fries were covered with a dry mild seasoning which was also more than mild. We asked to return the fries for unseasoned ones. They were nice and agreed but it was about 12 minutes till we got them. I'm not sure we would return. The staff is nice and if you could get the slaw on the side, and no seasoning on the fries, we might try again. Happy 4th! read more

I really like this place! I was worried that I would be able to get the chicken tenders with no spice the first time I came but luckily I was!! I like the vibes of this place and how it's decorated, a whole corner that welcomes u to La Quinta and how they have a special seat called the hot seat, with a sign showing how much spice they offer. And luckily the food doesn't take too long to get! I really recommend also eating the bread that cones with the tenders, it's DELICIOUS, just like the tenders they serve. :D read more

There is a reason they call it Angry Chicken. If you go here to eat you will be the one who leaves angry. I placed my order on 4/25/2026 at 9:28 PM, order #200. The place was vacant. There were no pick up orders for Door Dash in the 30 minutes I waited for my food. There were 2 cooks, an Assistant Manager, a manager, and a person taking orders. When the guy said it was going to be another 15 minutes after already waiting 30 minutes, I had enough and asked for a refund. The assistant manager said that it would take 3-5 days and she "thinks" the refund went through. When I asked for a cash refund she refused. She went back to talk to her manager and the manger did not even have the courtesy to come out to apologize for the lack of service. Not sure what they were doing because it is not like they had tons of orders or customers to serve. Turns out I did not even get refunded, the assistant manager just "voided" my order. The few people that were eating in the restaurant looked very unimpressed. Was probably a good thing that I did not get served. In the long wait I noticed how filthy it was. Sticky floors, dirty tables not bussed, broken soda machine. Avoid this place at all costs. Complete joke!!!! read more

Service was great, the new staff is young, friendly and very professional. The wait time wasn't that bad, considering it was the 1st day open and very crowded. But the price is expensive! $19 for a meal (including drink). More expensive than $12.59 for Chic fil a or $13.39 for Canes. Granted they give you 2 sliders but they are huge sliders, and they really should offer only one. Then the price might be comparable. The spice (we ordered mild) was ok and not really spicy. My daughter ordered Country which was no spice and perfect for kids. But $59 for 3 people is too much. In and Out would be $30 for 3 people. Sorry, not going back. read more

Food was absolutely delicious. I hated Dave's hot chicken and this is miles better. Prices felt fair for the portions given in this economy and I got a boat load of fries to. Everything was fresh and made quick. The staff were very friendly and explained everything and I was actually going to get the hot but Marcello explained it was made with ghost pepper and to be cautious and so I just ordered medium which was plenty hot enough for me. Just opened so I had to try this place out! I let the lines die down a little so it's been about a month since they opened their doors but I prefer it this way so they can work out any kinks in their system. Guy behind the counter was very helpful with the spice levels, even letting me try some different levels on some sample fries which is super helpful if you're not used to their levels. Ordered the combo plate and tbh it could feed 2 people especially if you're adding fries on top of that. I ordered the medium which has a slight kick and I like the fries as they were nicely seasoned and crispy. I would try this place again for some of the other items on their menu. read more

This is the definition of social media food it's good to look at just lacks any resemblance of flavor. I tried the angry Mac and cheese and let's say if you can only taste the noodles then it bad Mac and cheese the cheese had no flavor and the noodles were completely mushy. The fries and the chicken were the only thing decent about this place and edible in the bowl. The combos don't come win drinks so when I paid 2$ more for one it shocked me that all the sodas from the fountain were extremely watered down and in the end every soda tasted like sparkling water.
