The food is still good, no drop in quality there but the portion sizes in terms of fries and sauces has dropped significantly while staying the same price. Not surprising but still disappointing after being a customer since ya'll opened. My primary issue is the staff claiming my pick up order was not ready when I arrived-- had me waiting 10+ minutes before I went up again and asked a different staff member on the status of my order. He grabbed the bag that had been sitting on the counter since I arrived. Lukewarm food is quite disappointing. At this point, I'd call myself a regular here. This Daves hot chicken Location is probably one of the best! Super consistent service every time, and our food comes out, reasonably fast for being freshly made. I love that they have the kiosk where we can sit in order on the touchscreen. Like any Dave's hot chicken it's a very casual joint filled with a unique Grafiti style mural in the dining room, as well as in the restroom. Speaking of restrooms they are very clean and stocked. No mirrors here but not a big deal, you're here to eat that chicken anyway. If you haven't tried a Dave's hot chicken do yourself a favor and get a slider! These things are massive and to call them. A slider is insane considering that each sandwich contains an entire chicken breast. Don't be deceived, though the chicken is super juicy and comes out extremely hot and fresh. My personal favorite is medium too hot spice level, but feel free to adjust to your taste buds. Their dry rub is insane and their sauce is better than canes in my opinion. Don't sleep on the pickles which are housemaid and super crunchy every time. Personally, I love their fries and whatever their seasoning is on it is 10 out of 10 Yum. The fries even stay crispy to the end of your meal! My personal favorite is the single slider meal with some honey on the side that I drizzle on my sandwich. Had the Top Loaded Fries Fries piled high with cheese sauce, pickles, kale slaw and topped with 6 Dave's Bites (medium) and drizzle of Dave's sauce, (had mine without the slaw and pickles, still good). The chicken was tender, the spice I'll get hotter than mild next time. The fries were good, could be better without the season salt added, since the chicken already has a seasoning on it, but still tasty. I also had the orange cream slushie (drinkable "dreamsicle ice cream"), delicious!! The atmosphere is very interesting. Dave's not chicken cauliflower slider was bomb surprisingly.. my expectations were very low I will for sure be back for that again . Killer fries as well . Only downside was takes a bit to get the food and the kid messed up the order gave me chicken I had a feeling so I checked then had to wait another 15 min . I finally got around to trying Dave's and I will say it did not disappoint. Chicken sliders were crispy and decent portion. Fries could be crisper. The cashier was friendly and doing like 3 jobs at one time--taking orders, handing out online orders through pick up window and giving out food. He was busy, but had a great attitude. The spice level from Medium to Hot is big. Medium tasted Mild to me, but Hot burns the first few bites until your mouth numbs up. I recommend paying the 50 cents for cheese on each slider since it adds a little creaminess to slider, but not very cheese flavorful since piece of melted cheese is on bottom slider bun. read more

I'm not a big fan of coleslaw, but the kale slaw in these sliders was delicious. I was glad to find they had honey and ketchup, but no ranch which is fine. Walked in to a very clean dining area. Ordered my food on the kiosk, which was easy. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and the bathroom was clean and had some type of deodorizer that smelled pleasant. My food was made within 10 minutes. -Gabriel (Gabby) introduced herself when I was coming to get my food and asked me if I needed any condiments. She was very kind and asked if I needed anything else. This kind of customer service always deserves recognition because this will keep me coming to Dave's chicken. Not to mention, she continued to clean when few customers were in the dining area. That explains why the dining area is impeccably clean. The chicken was just the right spice for "hot". The chicken was juicy with the outside bread just crisp enough. The food portion for a $13 meal is perfect for a 215 lb man like myself. Lastly, the music playing was great!
