Wow! My first and last time here! We ordered the four strips and chicken sandwiches combo. Got home and my strips looked like four mini old strips. The chicken was like eating a chicken patty that had been sitting under a heat lamp since the morning shift! Chick! For you to be a faith based organization your staff needs to be put through cooking school. As many cars was it were in the drive through the food should be hot and fresh! Not lukewarm and stale. At have strips that look like the photo on the order board. I really hate throwing this much shade but it is what is it. My wife was so hungry she still ate that dry sandwiches with a lot of SAUCE that I didn't have a chance to take a picture! I haven't been to a chick in about fours years and what a sad return trip! I've tried to be patient, but this location has been missing the mark lately. My last three orders all had issues--items missing each time, and on the most recent order my drink cup had a hole in the bottom and leaked everywhere. When you're spending $40-$60 on a single order, it's frustrating to get home and realize food is missing, especially when you DoorDash from there where you can't just go back to fix it. The staff is friendly, but order accuracy and basic quality checks really need more attention. I just want to get what I paid for. read more

It's fast food but it is good fast food. This last Saturday we had a catering order for my daughter cheer team. Order was correct and ready at the time we'd selected. Girls were able to enjoy some good nuggets during their break from training. Lots of sauce was included as well so everyone got what they wanted. We also ordered ahead on the app for our own lunch and it was also ready quickly. The staff even helped carry the catering order to the car and was professional and polite like Chick-fil-a always is. read more

Review is for Landon, 5 stars for food. Stars for attention. I was there on 7/22 around 1pm. This is a teaching/learning moment for Landon. Not sure if anyone informed him that people give change. My total was $23.42. I gave Landon $30.45. He told me he didn't need the cents. I assumed he would cover the 0.42 cents in my total and give me back $7 but nope. He gave me $6.58 back. Landon, the reason I gave you 0.45 cents and $30 was so I would get back two pennies so I wouldn't get back a lot of change. Please management, let your employees know how change works. I know they must be young and not understand it. :) Also, he forgot to ask if I had a scan for points, which I did, and not I'm unable to add my points. I entered everything right as asked. I had my first negative experience with Chick-fil-a at this location. I picked up my family's usual order, drove ten minutes home, then found that our drinks were incorrect and that the chicken and fries were completely cold. While the rest of my family wouldn't finish their food, my 12 count nuggets seemed overdone but chewy, and I immediately started feeling ill after finishing them. I ended up very, very ill, vomiting blood with severe food poisoning that ended up admitting me to the ER that night. When I finally got in touch with the restaurant about this experience, the manager Kiara was incredibly dismissive and informed me that if I wanted a refund for the bad nuggets I would need to return the food... which, obviously, I couldn't do. I wouldn't have written this review if the restaurant was willing to resolve this situation, but Kiara's lack of empathy and unwillingness to find a solution was surprising and made me consider the safety of this location's food handling practices. If you want chicken in this area there's a Cane's just around the corner, and if you're set on Chick-fil-a, the Menifee and Murietta locations are close enough that you'll at least be taken seriously if something goes wrong. read more

The food was delicious as I have come to expect, however when I went to the usual condiment counter to get some ketchup I quickly discovered there was no condiment counter in this Chick-Fil-A. I don't usually leave reviews for fast food, but Ruben at the drive-thru window deserves a shoutout. He's super friendly, patient, and really makes the experience feel more personal. Even when the line is long, he greets you with a big smile and keeps things moving quickly without making you feel rushed. What stood out most was his attention to detail, he repeated my order back clearly, double-checked everything in the bag, and made sure we had all the sauces and napkins (which other places always seem to forget). I usually go to chick-fil-a for a 5lb bag of ice only, or a chocolate shake. I asked my hubby to stop by there and pick up Ice and get some grilled chicken nuggets to put in my salad at home. We already know they raised the price on ice for a 5lb bag, from 1.76 to 3.76 which is good for me, and it lasts a few weeks. Ron comes walking in the door and stated he will never buy food there again. For a 5lb bag of ice and 30 chicken grilled nuggets was $31.85. I asked him if he looked at the prices on the menu drive thru and of course he didn't, so why complain I said. But still, that's a lot. So, talking about the high cost of everything, Ron got out his handy dandy calculator (LOL,) and calculated per nugget it costs, and it turns out for a little 1/8" square chicken nugget is, including tax per bite is, 95 cent a bite. We started laughing at ourselves over calculating how much per bite they were and so silly me, open the container and started counting them to make sure we got 30 nuggets. Guess what? we were short 6 of them. LOL. Thats what pisses me off. You never get what you pay for, or they don't look like the nuggets in the commercials because now a days, nobody cares. I think I wouldn't of wrote this but since we got ripped off and they were cold and we live 5 minutes away, I gave them a score of 2. Christian owned stores & regular stores profit by ripping off customers in simple ways. 24 out of 30 nuggets is wrong. If they did that to every order, it would be a profit for them on top of their already profit. I'm cooking at home from now on and that is even getting expensive. Our family was so excited to learn that we would have one of these closer to us than having to travel to Murrieta, Temecula or Corona whenever we were craving a decent chicken sandwich or salad locally. We stopped at this new one @ 2001 hours. There were two orders before us before we were able to place our order @ 2008. Ours was a carry out order consisting of two Cobb salads ($8.99 each), two spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches only ($10.70), 12 piece Nugget meal w/fries and drinks ($9.49), 2 fries ($4.38), 2 beverages ($1.89 each) for a out the door total of $49.92. While waiting for our carry out order, I started reading the prior yelp reviews for this Chick-fil-A location There were several reviews advising of orders not being fulfilled correctly. Prior experience at all of the other Chick-fil-A's we have dined at , we have never, ever had an order that was incorrect. I warned my wife of these warnings. At 2023, we finally received our order despite other orders behind us being fulfilled before ours. My wife checked the bags and thought they were correct. When we got home, we learned that the one boxed spicy chicken sandwich at the very bottom of the bag was incorrectly filled with a drive-thru order for a Deluxe Sandwich w/American Cheese. I can understand if this restaurant was slammed with orders, which it was not. In fact, whenever we have eaten at other locations and it's prime lunch or dinner times, these other locations have always fulfilled our orders correctly. We are really disappointed with this location. I'm unsure if it is an employee training issue or lack of, lack of management oversight, just plain carelessness, lack of being detail oriented, lack of caring. SLAMMED! So Busy! Central Ave exit is one of the busier exits in Lake Elsinore. This location is brand new and they are just across the street from LA Fitness. If you know the area, you may be better off exiting the one exit past Central Ave. and take the side road that runs parallel to the freeway so you avoid those gas station intersections. Just a note- They're so efficient though. Consistently amazing service and so friendly. I opted for the drive thru this Saturday morning and they had two lanes set aside that merge into one. Similar to how In N Out has a staff member outside taking orders, there were two sets of employees and a couple seemed to be training as well. Nonetheless, friendly, professional, and quick. They are extremely thorough and I didn't have one error to my large order. Thanks so much! So glad this location has opened. read more

We went inside to order, since drive through was packed. There was no wait and the person who took our order was very customer friendly. We ordered 2 combos off of the lunch menu and since it was 9:45am, we also ordered a breakfast combo. The shakes here are delicious. We got everything that we ordered but forgot to show our Chick-Fil-A App Rewards to scan our points. The woman who took our order was able to print our receipt so that we could add the reward points after we left. Overall have had good experiences with Chick-fil-A here in Lake Elsinore. Yes, they have forgotten to give us something once, but this happens at pretty much every restaurant. The point is to double check your stuff before leaving. It does suck ordering to go and then not noticing until you get home. What a drag. The staff has always been pleasant and very helpful. Someone mentioned the level of the fries. I do notice that there are times you get less fries than others, but I've noticed that at other restaurants as well. Not saying it's correct, but it is happening all around. The food is good so as long as that keeps happening, I'll be returning. read more

Wow! What a contradicting experience visiting this Chick-Gil-A location. This place is ill managed! I love Chick-fil-A's where I live. The customer service fell very far short of any experience I have ever had at a Chck-Fil-A in my lifetime. What a poor representation of the brand. I know how the people are suppose to take your order and it seems that the typical protocol has been thrown out the door at this location. I had to make numerous trips back to the counter to get all the condiments/napkins/utensils etc -As who I was with was not given the proper food and condiments ordered. The bathrooms were flooded with water - puddles that seemed to be an attempt to mop something up. When exiting the bathroom area I saw in the kitchen floor was much trash and food spilled in the middle and under the shelves. The kids cleaning the tables were ill equipped nit even wiping the tables down appropriately- sloshing food on the floor and only wiping the edges. So sad for the owner - it needs a lot of help. Based on the company's reputation, I gave this location MORE than a few times of them getting the order wrong; giving me distasteful tatter totts again and again instead of cris-cut fries (even after paying the upgraded charges).. small issue, but a consistent problem for this location. There are NO effective checks and balances at this restaurant. It's more of a crap-shoot if you get young worker with good eye for detail. It's run primarily by young kids that cannot follow what the order screen says or even do arithmetic. It's sad. Management is inept (even admitted to me he had anger issues!) Don't bother calling in a complaint to corporate.. There is a central complaint department, but after looking into that - it's a central call facility where they take the complaint, but it circles back to the SAME LOCATION for resolution! Complete waste of time and if the company relies on this system, I won't be coming back if that's what they rely on for quality control checks. I have been to far better run facilities.
