We love their food. The chicken is moist and fresh. They are fast at processing my order and then getting the food to me (even when there is a line). Most people take the food to go as it is a great meal to take home, camping, potluck etc. The potato salad is bomb. I don't know what the secret ingredient is but my non-potato salad eating friends will eat Juan's potato salad. I personally love the beans to which I add jalapeños. The meals also come with rice, tortillas (flour or corn) and salsa. If you're in a pinch for time but want a healthy dinner this is your place. It's a pretty fair value as well. read more

This Juan's Rotisserie Chicken is located on Lakeshore, by the Four Corners area of Lake Elsinore. There are only a few parking spots so unless you're eating here it shouldn't really be a problem since most people I've seen are in and out right away. This was dinner tonight. Poor customer service but good food... We are long time Frequent customers But the last 2 times I went in the customer service stinks.. A 2 occasions now they've been out of tortillas Which are part of the packag. I walked in there was absolutely nobody in the restaurant working I waited a couple minutes before ringing the bell.. She took my order and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of tortillas and they could give me larger salsa . I was really disappointed and said no thank you and Walk out the door. When I ordered I asked for large sides I decided to walk back in and ask okay instead of salsa because I don't eat it can you give me one upgrade to a large side she said no... It's a $3 upcharge and you don't have tortillas you do anything to make up for the mistake of miss ordering on 2 occasions now?? Our family regularly orders Juan polo bowls for take out from here and one member does not eat beans. Multiple time we've gone they either put beans in their order or no beans in any of ours. So I've visited Juan Rotisserie many times over the years. It's been over a year and today I decided to make the drive and pick up a family meal pack. Fast service, my meal was given to me within minutes. The cashier did give me the wrong salsas. I asked for hot and I was given mild, which is not a big deal. The flavor and quality is still there, but the 3 sides (rice, beans and potatoe salad) have shrunk in size (shrinkflation). They are really small. I understand with inflation affecting everything in this country, everything is more expensive nowadays. But if I'm going pay extra for a family meal pack, I think it's fair to keep the same size containers. Not sure if music was playing, but they did have the TV on. Cashier wished me goodbye with a smile. Small parking lot, so getting a spot is a hit or miss, depending on the time of day. Purchased a whole chicken in the middle of the day. Sadly the chicken was very dry. Only the skin had some flavor. In the warmer for way too long as the wings were crispy hard dry. Very unassuming place with still no indoor dining but majority of their business seems to be take away or catering orders anyway. I've been living in L.E. For 3 years now. I wish I visited sooner. We ordered the mini family for myself, wife and son. The chicken was hot and juicy, flour tortillas warm and enough for all of us. Even the potato salad was good. The beans were pretty good too. Our kitchen is unusable for the moment so the kind young woman gave us plates, forks and extra napkins. I wish I can give a 4.5. Ordered the Mini pack, when I got it home and opened the container the chicken was cut into two pieces! Normally, there are 6 pieces. Found this place in one of those coupon books they drop off on your doors. I love rotisserie chicken so I figured we'd try this place out. And I'm glad we did. The chicken is so flavorful. The potato salad was a little salty but I like salt so that was fine with me. The beans and rice were also good. And I'm especially happy to support local small business when I can. If you compare this chicken to El Pollo Loco or Cardenas it is just as good and I would even dare say better. The meat literally fell right off the bone it was so tender.
