The food and consistency along with the speed are usually pretty excellent here and the staff is great, however navigating the parking lot is difficult to do without taking damage to your vehicle. I've seen many wheels scraped and have to avoid the new speed bumps they put in altogether. Even going 5mph is too fast. Peach shakes for the WIN!! We love this time of year when we can get our favorite shakes. Honestly, you need to try them! So refreshing. We got the kale salad & I was surprised at how good it was! Normally that would not have sounded appealing, but I've heard good things about it, so I figured I should try it for myself. Always go with the nuggets & waffle fries too! I always order on the app, it saves me a lot of time. This time the drive thru was really long, so I chose the 'curbside' option. It was so fast!! I pulled into the correct stall, but in my vehicle info (just size & color) and they were out within minutes with my order! **when you order on the app you can put special requests-ie: extra napkins, or no cheese, ext. As always, the food and service were good. One thing about this facility I absolutely hate though: often it's quicker to go inside for take-out orders rather than slugging through the drive-through. The area they ask you to wait for your order is in the worst possible place. There is literally nowhere to stand where you're not in everyone's way. Clean, friendly and so yummy! I love their grilled nuggets with the superfood salad. It is so good and filling. Also- did you know you can order one chicken nugget? It's doesn't matter how busy this place is or how slow they are you WILL get your food fresh and with speed and precision. I've been coming here for 6 years now and EVERY single time the food is fresh and the service is as good as it can possibly get. Whoever manages this place needs a raise and they need it NOW! We all know Chick-fil-A is the GOAT. Amazing food, every time. I don't need to convince anyone. What sets this location apart is the incredible service! It was LOVELY to eat lunch here. It genuinely felt like a family reunion. Food came before we were even done paying, employees were so courteous and attentive. They grabbed a high chair without us asking and followed us to our table to cater to my niece, and we even saw one elderly employee help an overwhelmed mother with her children. It was SO pleasant. Hands down, chick fil a is my most favorite fast food restaurant. Their employees treat patrons like they're dining at a 5-star restaurant. Every November we purchase one of the chick fil a calendars. So, we stop by at least once a month to redeem the complimentary item that is that months' accompaniment. Today I ordered off the app and ordered a 4 piece strip meal and when I got home there were only 3 pieces. I called the store & spoke to Betty & she was willing to drive to my home and deliver the correct amount. I told her not to worry about it since I had at least the 3 piece so she said she would mail me a certificate so I could get a free 4 piece on my next visit. This is what I call customer service! Personally, I'm a huge fan of Chik-fil-a's. They always seem to be busy. I've never been in a Chik-Fil-A where there weren't at least 25 other customers. There are a couple things that make Chik-Fil-A so great: 1. The service is always top-notch. You will always find the nicest servers and waiters. The company clearly prides themselves on this factor because they really drill into the workers heads. 2. The Chicken is great! The way they cook their chicken is the best in the fast food business. 3. They're fast. Yes, this deserves a separate number on my list. Despite the fact that there are tons of people every time I go, I never wait long for my food. I'm a huge fan. If you're in Layton, there are many fast food options around this location, Chik-Fil-A is clearly one of the better ones. read more

If I could give Craig 100 stars I would Craig is the owner operator of this specific location I've been dealing with him for 10+ years there has been many times that I seen him behind the counter helping out the employees that is completely awesome especially he is an older guy a lot of owner operators usually don't like getting their hands dirty but Craig on the other hand he is such a great team player has a customer that is why I support his location and I still come back at least three times a week I am a diabetic and it's probably why I have diabetes but it is so worth it for the service and the food is great thank you Craig for running an A+ establishment read more

Chick-Fil-A is a pretty good fast food joint, but is hit or miss on the flavor of their sandwiches. I do like the spicy chicken sandwich the most as well as the kids meals are pretty good. I have eaten here a few times and find the staff very good and quick with the orders through the drive through. My three year old really likes the kids meals here and as a parent I think they are well done with taste and options. As I have eaten many chicken sandwiches from many fast food places Chick-Fil-A does a good job on about half of what I have tasted, while the other half have been OK at best. You can get some better sandwiches elsewhere, but for overall variety Chick-Fil-A is your best bet for fast food with chicken. Overall not my favorite fast food place, but one that I will go to when needs occur. I do like their spicy chicken sandwiches which are well done, but the fries are a little light on flavor. read more

I went through the drive through tonight and I must say I am not impressed. Once I was done ordering the guy taking my order repeated it which is nice so I know they heard me right. He however did not say the iconic "My Pleasure" when I thanked him before pulling forward. While at the window I didnt experience the usually happy friendly workers. The lady helping at the window handed me my food and let me know she put a fork in the bag for me with the condiments. I am a condiment fiend so after seeing how many there were I asked for 3 more. The food is what it is, and the dining room is clean. This review is mainly for the front house staff, who were phenomenal today. To start, our cashier took pity on me with a baby in arms and another kiddo at my side and kindly offered to carry my drinks to our table while another fetched us a fork and straws. We were checked on and had mints brought and trash removed. And then an elderly couple sat down behind me, flagged someone down, and asked for help ordering. Out of the three times I have used this Chick-fil-A they have all been bad. First and second visits my chicken was undercooked along with wrong or missing items. Last time asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and received one pickle total. Just a mess through the drive thru and the trash cans never are emptied before they overflow. read more

Chic Fil A always exceeds my expectations. This one in particular made my day. It's so incredible to see the love and serving attitude of Christ in the atmosphere as well as the employees. I'm a construction worker and came in for a sandwich after a cold and rainy day of work and an older man by the name of David personally brought me sanitizing hand wipes, napkins and some mint candies. All with a smile that brightened my day. The cow came up and gave me a high 5. For coming in for a sandwich i left with much more, a sense of Gods love and blessing.
