Been to this location a few times (it's closest to me) and have never had issues until recently, went on 12/26 and the drive thru girls had a lot of attitude, no where near the usual friendly Chick Fil A friendly demeanor. Girl who handed me my food at the window practically threw it at me, as I was grabbing the bag she legitimately shoved it in my car, I was shocked. When I got home I noticed several things were wrong with my order and also I only got 1 sauce for my order when I got two orders of the 4 piece strip, just seems to me like they'd throw a couple more sauces in there? Not to mention I got a sandwich on top of that with fries. Called and spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and kind, received a free voucher in the mail for a combo meal, I appreciate management trying to make this right and apologize but I went back today and ran into the same thing. The employees there have such an attitude and truly give you a side eye and don't seem to really care. Very disappointed because this is not what you typically get from chick fil a. Nothing against management or the owner, just their employees really lack customer service skills and it makes the whole place look bad. Do not recommend this location. Very typical Chick-fil-A in terms of the quality of food. They are usually packed at lunch time so be prepared to arrive early and don't think you can swing through the drive thru quickly! I was so pleased to order breakfast here and have them tell me they would brew me a fresh cup of decaf and explained how long it would take. I had the choice to decline due to the wait or order something else rather than have stale coffee! Thanks for that! Service and food were great! read more

Seems to almost always be busy... But the drive thru is fast and lines inside are fast. Friendly staff, clean, and good food. Pretty much the Chickfia standard that we all have become accustom too. Sweet tea is fresh and delicious, food fresh, and ice cream is amazing. I think lunch is so busy because of the location... But worth the line. read more

I absolutely love chick-fil-a. The Layton one always gives out mints and on holidays, will bring out a dressed up cow or person to hand out candy. So cute!!! The only downside is the good price for what you get, but that's not something the location can fix. read more

I like their food, but for the last three times I've gone, I have gone through the drive-through. They never seem to get the order right. This last time, I did not get the waffle fries for the kid's meals I ordered. Now, I am not going to sit there and check my order all the time. Going forward, I will. I hate driving back to the establishment once I get home. I called and Rob who identified himself as the manager, I do not know if that is true, offered to send someone out to my house and deliver the fries. I told him that wouldn't be necessary, damage was done. I just informed him that he needs to make sure that his employees pay attention to what they are doing. Most of the employees are teens and most of them don't care or are just being careless. Chick-fil-A has too many employees working at one time, and I can see how they mix up orders all of the time. It seems this is counter productive, especially when someone places an order and gets home only to find out that his order is incomplete. I do like their food and customer service, but their order accuracy is at a 1, and that is why I am giving them 2 stars. Food can be great, but if your service lacks order accuracy, that in itself can be a big negative, at least for me. read more

Good food and normally good service, only suggestion is when some one asks a question, actually listen.. Went through drive thru with a gift card, and when I got to the window I wanted to add something to my order, so I asked "can I add something to my order?" then the guy took the gift card, said yup there is enough on it, handed me my food and walked away while talking to someone on the phone..So, I didn't even get an answer to my questions. lol.. BTW on September 22nd 2011 at the time doors open , the staff at other chic fil a told me that First 100 It's always exciting when a new Chick-fil-A Restaurant opens. But it's especially rewarding for 100 people who will be chosen to participate in the Grand Opening. Great staff ! VERY fast service . Ordered our food and it came out within 2 minutes. We had to order again before we left to take it to go ! Would definitely come back again within the week . The food is ok but not great however way to pricy to feed a family....two simple meals, no extras, just sandwich fries and a soda not super sized was just under $18.00 with tax. If you have a family night out, this is not the place to go. read more

Went thru the drive thru to get a couple of breakfast meals. Requested condiments (creamer, ranch and ketchup). None of that was in the bag when we finally got to our destination. I know you're in a hurry to get everyone through drive thru as fast as you can but throwing a few items in the bag isn't that hard! Our hash browns were lukewarm and soggy! Biscuit and muffin were hard. I think they were way past their time limit under the heat lamp...and this is all @ 9AM. Just really disappointing when you specifically go through the drive through for the convenience. Let's just say we won't be returning for breakfast anytime soon. read more

I LOVE going here. Everybody is always so nice and polite. They are so helpful when I go in with my 3 kids. One day after a long week with my husband out of town, I went through the drive thru and my kids were fighting and crying in the back. They had a special event going on which provided dinner, a rose, two free movie passes, and chocolate. I love chick-fil-a but this one is an exception. You'll never get fresh fries and you'll never get salt on your fries here. The chicken is always old unless you come first thing in the morning. I won't take my kid back to the playland because you can come for breakfast and see slimy hand prints all over the playland glass at 7am. They don't clean and playland and it generally smells. The owner is an older heavy guy, Saxton I think. I watched him be super rude to a customer when she asked if they supported the anti-gay marriage funding. I was shocked that he told her, "I support traditional marriage and if that's anti-gay then I guess so". Tacky. I think this guy used to own the mall location and it was horrible, since he left, even the mall is better. Drive to Riverdale, they are a class act location and the food is always great and consistent. read more

Orders aren't right and when I called to complain about the service they said they would send some free coupon ( which I could care less about).
