I'm a huge pimento cheese fan. I've been seeing commercials for their Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. I was not disappointed! It was simply a filet, pimento cheese, jalapeños which I took off, and a nice soft bun. I was running some errands so I didn't eat it until I got home. This location has generally not deviated far from the high bar the brand has set for itself, however I have more frequently had issues here with getting the right order communicated to the employees. This Chick-fil-A location is near the Leesburg outlets and is super packed! As other locations, the menu offers their classic sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast items (chicken with a biscuit), and even desserts. My favorite item to get is the regular Chicken Sandwich, fried extra hard, with a request of extra pickles and more pickles on the side. The 1/2 and 1/2, which is the Sweet Tea and their regular Lemonade, is quite refreshing, and free re-fills are automatically included (just go up to the counter). What is neat about this particular location is that there's a woven basket by the trash where you can put in your unopened/unused condiments - what a great way to emit extra waste and regift for others to use! You can tell everyone here LOVES their job! They work so well as a team and they communicate to get the customers served ASAP. They're commited to serving you. Even when they are standing outside in the heat, they offer smiles and suggestions. I tried the chicken wrap meal with honey mustard and it's my new favorite fast food meal! It's so fresh and healthy! It only cost $8 for my Large Drink, Fried and a Wrap. I saved one half cause it was so filling!! Will be coming here for all my lunch breaks. The workers at this location have always been amazing with our students. I love seeing how they interact with our students, and how patient and kind they are when our students are having a hard time. 4 weeks ago I ordered lunch at the drive-thru and was given the wrong order. I ordered a spicy chicken delux with no pickles. I can't eat pickles and the sandwich I received had lots of pickles so I asked if I could have another sandwich. They said sure! One minute! I got my 'new' and 'fresh' sandwich and I was on my way. I arrived at my clients site and took a bite into the sandwich. Turns out that they simply removed the pickles and handed the sandwich back with pickle juice soaked bread. I called them to express my disappointment and the manager Danny apologized and said he'd send me by US mail, credit for 2 free spicy chicken delux sandwiches. Okay, I'm going into a meeting hungry but he is working to resolve my issue so I'm satisfied. Two week later and nothing received so I called back, he was out so I left a message for Danny. No response. I called back again and this time got Danny. Oh, sure he says what's your name and I'll post it as credit to the app. Two more weeks later and nothing. In the end, my visit to Chick-fil-A cost me more than $5 and the meal went into the garbage because they did not give me my order and I was unable to eat what they provided. I went to a meeting with an important client, hungry. I then wasted time by calling to resolve the issue and the resolution was to ignore their customer, twice. Super packed for a Saturday and it was hard to find a place to sit with my parents. The line was short when we came in which was nice but the cashier seemed to be in a rush asking us over and over again what we wanted even though we said we needed just a second. Interesting, I've never experienced that before considering there was no one in line behind us. Shortly after the line grew extremely long and was out the door but by that time we had our food and found a dirty little table to sit down at and we had to clean it off ourselves. I have never felt the need to rate a Chick-fil-a because all the locations I've been to have been more or less the same but AYYYYY this one deserves a special shoutout. One comes here to fuel up before the weekend craziness at Premium Outlets down the street, so it's always busy here but the staff is always nice. They even bring your food out to your table, which I don't think is typical of other locations. This lady walks around asking how our experience is and whether we need lemonade refills. Not happy with them today. I go once a week for breakfast on Saturday before my kids music lessons. They look forward to it because we all love the chicken biscuit. Every week I try to order a decaf coffee but they never have any brewed. Always the same answer, "oh not right now but we can brew some; its takes 10 min." Today my granddaughter and I were dropping off some used clothing to a donation bin right across from the Chick-fil-A restaurant when I noticed two employees cleaning up trash that people had discarded outside on the ground Both young men were friendly, with big smiles and not complaining about doing a job that they honestly, should not have had to do. It is important to note that this trash was not even on their property but across the street. Just another example of how this company cares about their community and are willing to go above and beyond caring for it. Great food, great staff and a great asset to our community. I have nothing bad to say about this CFA location. They have never messed up my order, given me soggy food (like the CFA in Sterling!) and have been so helpful and kind each visit. The reason I'm writing a review now is because during Cow Appreciation day this year my husband and I took the kids (2 y/o and 10 mos) to claim our free dinner. Unfortunately we didn't know that you had to go inside to claim this offer. After placing our orders through the drive thru we just said "okay no worries" and were going to pay for everything. Then a gentleman came up to us and asked us if there was a problem and we explained to him that we have two little people and didn't know you had to go inside for the promotion. He said, no problem just tell the kids at the window I said it was okay. This kind gesture made our day. He even heard us say that we would pay and still gave us the promotion. Not only has every visit to this CFA location been pleasant (drive thru, dine in & catering) but now we know that the owners are genuinely great folks. A bit more pricey but the quality of the food here is way much better than the MacDonalds and Burger kings of the world. In fact this is the only fast food joint we go to. Love their grilled chicken and fries; and their milk shakes are pretty decent too. Their spicy chicken sandwich (although a bit greasy) is pretty good too.
