Worst subway ever. They do whatever they want to online orders .. they don't read the order placed and they never answer the phone. The manager even admitted to seeing my order being requested as a 12inch and still decided to send out a 6 inch as my order. And my bread was so hard it crumbles like chips and my order also came in a carryout bag not Subway. Dont go here they act clueless when confronted about orders being made wrong read more

I ordered just one foot long on the app. When I arrived at the store , I expected to eat it right away. But there is several customers already on the line. And my order looked not ready yet. And I sit and waited for 20 min and the customers got their order and left there and another several people came in and got the foods. And then I asked to the women , I have waited for my order. And she said are you delivery guy? I can't see nothin. So I would like show my phone and they can see my order number something like that. She said NOOOO , nothing for you. lol. And then another employee came to her and talked each other. And she look like making a sandwich. So I asked to her , did you find my order? The worst Subway ever! The ladies at the counter were clearly trying to feed a mouse because the only put a little bit of everything in the sandwich.. might as well starve. Aside from that they were terribly rude and judging what we put in our sandwiches. Ok...I understand trying to leave early on a Fri. However, if your signs says you close at 9:00 and it's 8:53 you can't be closed. I walk in and stand over a fully stocked food area only to be told they're closed, and close at 8:50 vs the advertised time of 9:00. I love Subway and this store broke my heart. Great sandwiches, salads, etc - friendly people, good sizes portions ... But then something happened. I feel like over the last year, all the local stores (Sterling and Great Falls) have gotten 'cheap' and try to short change you by putting less on each sandwich/salad. I used to go to this store at least twice a week and about 2 years, it changed. I think many of the stores are now owned by the same people and I assume they are training their staff to not put as many toppings on as the used too. For example I noticed that I used to get enough tomatoes, spinach or pickles on whatever sandwich or salad I wanted. Now - EVERY TIME I have to ask for more than the 4 leaves of spinach they add, or the 2 pickles they put on a six inch. Also - there have been times that my salad is barely half full and most of it is the shredded lettuce. I have seen this trend over the last year - and I feel it's time to say something. I am now voting with my feet and going else where for my lunches / dinners because there are a lot more competitors that now offer healthier food options. I do hope they change this trend .... This store started the trend of cutting back on toppings about 2 years ago so I started going to other stores - specially ones that weren't run by these owners. I went online to subway.com and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches. we waited an hour and no sandwiches came so I called the store. I was informed that they did not get an online order and there was nothing they could do. I explained that I had the charge on my account statement and they said that I needed to contact subway online. I have since emailed (because there is no phone number) every day and NO ONE is responding. I still don't know what happened I just want my money back. This is Ridiculous!!!!! read more

This really should be 1 star but the cookies were great! I decided to try the new Garlic steak and provolone served on the Ciabbata bread. DISAPPOINTING is generous in this case. The sandwhich I received was nothing like the advertisement. I did post pictures for comparison. Let me break it down. The add says Garlic Steak. In my mind I'm thinking Garlic flavored steak. Not even close! Steak Umm to the rescue or shall I say steak substitute and very little of it. The Garlic is Garlic ailoi.. best description slightly Garlic flavored mayonnaise. GROSS.. First bite, nothing but bread.. again, nothing like the advertisement. Same thing for second, third and fourth bite. Hard bread! Fifth bite was nothing but green peppers, onions and tomatoes. Good thing, no more bread flavor. Speaking of flavor- where's the meat? It wasnt until I has halfway did I run into anything resembling meat. Cheese did you say? What cheese! The saving grace was the cookies! They were Fantastic! This location no longer carries Watermelon Cucumber drink. That is the one thing that set Subway apart from other food chains.. I can get sweet tea anywhere else and for a lot cheaper and a lot more if it( Mickey D's comes to mind) 10 tables and half of them had remnants of the previous diner on them. I won't be back to this location.. VERY DISAPPOINTING for the price I paid! $10 bucks for a $2 worth of veggies and bread. read more

I love the service I received at this subway. They were very patient especially with my 6 year old making his order. Both Jose and Melanie were extremely nice and both had smiles on their faces. They paid careful attention to my order down to the quantity of each ingredient and didn't look frustrated like most subway employees do. I am very particular about my subs. My sub was prepped perfectly to my liking and wrapped carefully. The cookies I bought were put in the microwave for a perfect amount of time to give it that soft taste. The overall meal was enjoyable. The eating space as well as the entire restaurant was very clean. Even though they were about to close they didn't rush us or what I called "implied rush" where employees start to clean in front of you as you eat. They waited until we were done. This place is close to my work. I go here occasionally. They have never have messed up my order. Additionally, it has always been an in and out experience for me. No waiting. The food is average for a subway. Neither top of the line or subpar. The main reason for three stars are they employees. They seem really unhappy. I couldn't buy a smile. I had to engage the employee even though I was standing right in front of her. She seems like she hated being there. The cashier was a bit nicer, but still did not seem friendly. read more
