Sorry, this place can rot in my opinion. I ended up getting food poisoning from this location, which lasted a lot longer than I ever expected, which in turn ended up costing me my job due to being out for awhile (even with a doctors note). I will never go back to a single one of these restaurants ever again. Rather go a block away and eat Taco Bell. Might be bad for you, but at least I won't be sick for two weeks. R.I.P. read more

They're always very nice at this Chick-fil-a, and although it does get busy, they move it along quickly in my experience. Today I got the Spicy Southwest salad, but with balsamic dressing, and without the chili pepitas. Just a caution, the chicken is really SPICY, lol...my mouth was on fire for a good 20 min after eating. I've had spicy soutwest salads at other restaurants, but never this 4-alarm hot. Even my dogs refused to eat little pieces of the chicken...highly unusual. But although I would not order that salad again, I'll def return to this Chick-fil-a, as the service is good, and the food is normally excellent. read more

Amazing!! All Chick-fil-A locations are good. It's a fantastic company- very well run and the hiring/vetting process is extraordinary. The store manager at the Leesburg location (Stephanie) is AMAZING. She is one of the nicest, most organized managers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I needed to place a large catering order and was having trouble ordering online. I called in and she was absolutely fantastic. Helpful, friendly, organized and made great suggestions about what to order and the amounts to order for my event. I would recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone & everyone. 5 stars without a doubt! I go to this Chick once or more per month. I always get the chicken strips, or a spicey chicken sandwich. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are all young, quick, and polite. The only downside is I only have the craving for this chicken almost every sunday- its like a sick joke. Other chick-fil-as like the one in Reston does not have as nice of staff. I feel the leesburg store gets more of the high-school student employees and reston gets more of the bored house wife type crowd. read more

Drive thru does stack up around 5pm. For me, I'm usually here around 3-4pm, so no big deal. It's fast food done right in my book. Friendly attendants, they all speak English, they repeat my order back to make sure they have it correct. Great nuggets, great tea, friendly people. Great place for shopping pick-me-ups or late afternoon munchies. I'll be back every time I'm in Leesburg. Thanks guys for building one here. read more

This particular chick-fil-a has some of the nicest staff I have ever encountered. The service is impeccable and it feels like family bringing my daughter in to play on the indoor playground. SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW Chick fil A is ALWAYS great (except on Sundays!!). Seems no matter which one I go to, the food is consistently and sublimely delicious. The only thing that differs from one location to another is the time spent waiting. This is supposed to be FAST food, not service that makes you fast (as in fasting). The Leesburg location is by far (like a factor of 10) the slowest CFA I have ever been to. 20 minutes in the drive through is not fast, it's just annoying. read more

Food is excellent and servers are friendly but the drive through can be frustrating. If you want all those bad feelings you have in a traffic jam, go to this chick fil a. Its an instant traffic jam when you get in line. They try to move it along. There is no good solution for it as its such a popular place. read more

Never felt the need or point to rating a fast food place but after eating here today this chick-fil-a definitely deserves a great rating. My friends family and I decided to eat here real quick before going back home from the Leesburg outlets and the quality of service we got was superb. We were mainly taken care by I believe to be one of their managers Stephanie (the one w/ the Australian accent). We were a large group but she was very patient and attentive with our order. She even brought all our drinks to our table and even brought us napkins because we forgot to get some for ourselves. Chick-fil-a has always been a place to have very polite workers but I've never received caring service like I did at this chick-fil-a. read more

Thank you again to all staff at Chick-Fil-A, Leesburg, especially Stephanie. When we volunteered to feed the cast and crew of JL Simpson Middle School for the upcoming performance of the "Wizard of Oz", there was never a doubt who to call. We ordered 70 sandwiches, 60 large fries, and tons of sauces. The food was ready on time, hot when we arrived, and devoured by the 60 kids waiting in the cafeteria. They even let us borrow 4 large heating bags with built-in ovens to keep everything toasty. Chick-Fil-A made it easy for everyone. We made a quick phone call to place the catering order and picked up the food the very next day. They really treated us like family, and the kids appreciated every last bite. read more

We love Chick-fil-a & we mostly love this location. However, probably 9.5 times out of 10 when we use the drive through, they always forget something in our order. Sometimes it's someone's meal, sometimes it's the salad dressing. The point of a drive-thru is so you don't have to get out of the car to go inside the store. The workers are always friendly, but the inconvenience of either having to run inside to correct the order, or getting home to find part of it is missing is what is bringing the rating down for me! read more

I will always love chick fil a, but there have been countless times over the past couple of months I've gotten home only to find that I was given only one sauce! I understand the place is always packed, but when the order is clearly for 2+ people, one chick fil a sauce just won't do. It's especially hard to check if I was given what I asked for when the workers are trying to keep the line moving so quickly. Food is typical Chic-fil-a, but the drive thru stinks. I went on a Thursday at 10 am, hardly an "AM rush" hour and it probably took us 10 minutes to get through. The food wasn't even ready when we got to the window after already sitting for 8 minutes or so. Maybe going inside is a better bet, or driving to Ashburn. read more

I'm not a big fast food person however Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the better ones to enjoy in a pinch... The chicken breast is fresh it's always hot and I love the spicy chicken sandwich... The chicken strips are fresh made and they offer a plethora of sauces for dipping... Their fruit parfait is wonderful and nice delicious light option... The kids meal comes with quite a bit and then A surprise for the kids... As far as fast food goes I think three stars are the best that can be given... My only complaint is they are closed on Sundays... read more
