"So what's the deal with Chick-fil-A?" I ask my husband. Not being a conoisseur of fast-food, I'd never tried it. People seem to rave about it though, putting it on par with the elusive In n' Out Burger, so when we drove past one, hungry, at 8:00 one night, I couldn't help but find myself intrigued. "The deal is, it's awesome," he replies, "the chicken is really good quality." Quality chicken is important to me in my limited fast-food endeavors, so we pull into the drive through and order a 12 piece nugget box and an order of fries to share. "You want Chick-fil-A sauce with that?" the dude in the window asks me. Never one to blindly accept mystery sauce from a dude in a polyester uniform, I ask, "what is it?" "It's pure awesomeness. It makes everything it touches amazing." That's a pretty bold statement. I decide to go for it. The verdict: WHAT THE EFF ARE YOU PEOPLE THINKING!?!? Really? This is the Holy Grail of fast-food chicken? While I will concede that the chicken did appear to be actual white-meat chicken and not the processed, reconstituted, sponge-like, mechanically-separated chicken gruel that makes up a typical fast-food nugget, it's far from being ANYTHING I'd ever call "awesome." The breading was weirdly soggy and somehow... sweet? What IS that? And the fries (waffle cut? really? that's a personal affront to all things fried-potatoey) were flaccid and barely even warm. Don't even get me started on their so-called Miracle Sauce. It's exactly the same as Good Times' "wild sauce," which is to say, Thousand Island dressing with a tiny kick of spice. I am ashamed of all of you. And doubly ashamed of myself for falling prey to the lies. "Eat Mor Chiken" they say? I'm siding with the dude in Vermont (or wherever) that Chick-fil-A is suing over his Indie-manufactured "Eat More Kale" tee shirts. I'd eat 10 lbs of kale before I'd touch another pathetic Chick-fil-A product. Kale kicks ass. read more

Let it be said that I rarely eat fast food....except for Chik-fil-A. This really is as good as it gets. I have been to this location 3 times now and it is consistent. Whoever does the hiring and management training here should be in charge of the Affordable Health Care Plan, in terms of pleasing all of the people all of the time. Chik-fil-A has always had great food. It's fresh, different, super tasty, and as affordable as any other quality fast food place. I have eaten at many locations of this chain, but this one at C470 and Kipling is the best by far. The people are super polite and friendly (we are even talking teenagers here), the place is always clean, and the service is fast. If you are in the drive thru, they have someone standing outside to expedite your order, and if you eat in, a manager comes around to make sure everything is good. If you want a refill on a fountain drink they will get it for you. My favorites are the breaded chicken offerings, whether it's a biscuit for breakfast, a sandwich, or the nuggets. Unfortunately I can't eat that stuff very often, so I settle for the healthy salad or soup nowadays. The Market salad has greens, apples, strawberries and blueberries, with grilled chicken and your choice of about 10 dressings. I don't think I could make it this good myself. This was my very first time trying Chick-fil-A. I've heard friends, family, the Woody Show, etc. rave about the food and finally got to see what the hype was about. Literally tasted no different than any other fast food joint, thus I won't be making this review for the food being any better. The staff was super efficient with orders during Covid, they made sure we were taken care of while waiting for our food and afterwards. I also like that the company stands up for what it believes in and doesn't back down in this day and age of people bullying others and companies to conform to beliefs that don't match theirs. I fully support their being closed Sunday's and appreciate there are still businesses that see work is not everything. Any Americans who have an issue with businesses being closed Sunday's should avoid Europe as this is a standard even for Grocery stores, so I was quite used to it. Pretty much like all the other Chick-Fil-A's out there. This location stays busy and the drive thru entrance is tricky as far as the traffic pattern. There is no outside eating area at this location. There are a variety of places to grab food in this general area such as: Noodles, QDoba, Burger King, Chili's, Freddie's, KFC, Taco Bell, Arby's,and even more across the street. Chick-Fil-A has courteous employees as always. Food just ok in my opinion as it relates to any Chick-Fil-A. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A as it is. One of the best fast food places. It's a little pricier than the average fast good place but definitely worth it. However, this location is especially special. We've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A locations over the years. The food and service is always consistent no matter what location, but I've been very impressed by the management at this location. They are always improving their drive thu service and are extremely fast inside and out, even when packed with teenagers from the high school around the corner on their lunch break. Let me start by saying I LOVE chick-fil-a. Have always had the best experiences, and the best customer service. Which is why I am sad to be writing this review. We went through the drive thru, the young boy taking our order had a terrible attitude from the beginning, was sighing at us as we made our order, taking a very suspicious amount of time to type everything into the ipad. We get our receipt and see multiple things incorrect. When we got to the window we explained, and they asked us to pull to the side and wait. After waiting they brought out our order, which was still incomplete and incorrect. When we went back to fix it for the third time, they were talking smack about us as we approached them. So disappointing and so unprofessional. Not the customer service I expect from Chick-fil-a. We also realized after getting home they gave us no salad dressings, no toppings, and no condiments. read more

Chick-Fil-A's anywhere are good, but this one trumps all others in the Littleton area. The one at Southwest Plaza has had many management upheavals, and is not as focused or concentrated on customers as they should be. Occasionally, this Chick-Fil-A has a free breakfast item on Fridays from 7-9 A.M. Completely free, no strings attatched. They also give out free coupons like mad. For example, if they forget to put a french fry in your order, they might give you a lerger fry, and then a couple coupons. Don't count on this, but they try so hard to serve their customers right thaty they'll do anything to bring you back. Plus the food is AMAZING. Especially the strips with their signature Chick-Fil-A sauce. Mmmmm. The only downside is that they're closed on sundays, like all Chick-Fil-A's, but that's ok. Also, the place is pretty full on saturdays for lunch. One time I couldn't find one single empty table. That's not a bad thing, though, because people come and go prettty quick, and there is always drive-through. This place is amazing! read more
