Very disappointed at the employee at the window today with her mask sitting on her chin as she proceeded to yawn and talk to the people handing out food. First off, if a health inspector walked in this place would probably have been shut down. Second, during a pandemic? Really? When I pulled up to the window (yes she had it on her chin from at least the time I pulled into the lot all the way to when I got to the window) I said that the people whose food she is handing out would greatly appreciate her putting her mask on. This location never has my order ready when it's supposed to be. I placed an order for a small nugget tray and a small fruit tray on 12/14 to be picked up on 12/23 at 1:00pm. I called back several days ago to cancel the fruit tray as I didn't think it would keep until Christmas Day. Apparently my entire order was cancelled as there was no record of an order for me today when I arrived to pick it up. Their answer was to give me someone else's order that hadn't picked theirs up yet and a gallon of tea. Will never order from this location again. read more

The workers at this location (at least today around 6pm) were probably some of the rudest I've come across at a Chick-fil-a. Not all of them--there were a couple who seemed engaged, but most were shuffling around and ignoring customers waiting to be helped. I ordered on the app and when I went inside to pick up my salad, it was missing the tortilla strips that were supposed to come with it. So I waited for about 10 minutes before someone came over to drop food off at the pickup location--the girl saw me standing there but didn't ask if I needed help and was about to walk off so I had to ask her as she was walking off for the tortilla strips. She just turned her back and walked off without acknowledging me--so much for "my pleasure." Clearly, she was annoyed that I would ask for something that was supposed to come with my order. She had a name tag that said "trainee" on it. There were others who came and went through the opening behind the counter but none of them acknowledged that I was standing there, nor could I get their attention--I should not have to. Customer service starts with the franchise owners, then is up to management to train their employees properly. We are from out of town, but I would completely avoid this location if I lived here. read more

I Work at The Racetrac Down the street from this location . I stop here everytime i get off. And when i tell you my experience here is always on point. Theres this one manager who work weekdays and only in the mornings and she is the best i seen smiles every time i come through the drive-thru. My fiancé and I ordered at this one today and did it by mobile. I work at a Chickfila and when we get a breakfast order, we set it out. We don't sell it or give it away... we wait till the person comes and picks it up. This one apparently doesn't do that. We get here and the girl doing outside orders, makes it seem like they still have it. We go to the window and she says they don't have it anymore. They sold it to someone. The woman then says to us that they have 1 chicken minis. How's that gonna help? We ordered 4 chicken biscuits, 2 hash browns, and two large drinks. My fiancé was mad. She didn't give an attitude but instead said to just cancel the order. They asked us if we wanted the drinks but said it in a rude way- If you don't want them, we're just going to throw them away.... We took the drinks but it's just sad that this Chick-fil-A doesn't hold to the promise of keeping one's food for the person. read more

The service is great. Been here dozens of times, and I'm impressed. Accuracy is its only downfall--enough to cost one star. In a fast food place as popular as this one, I understand the chaos during lunch rush and breakfast. Great food and even better service. The people are always considerate and cheerful. The food is always fresh and hot. Their Lemonade is the best anywhere. The sandwiches are hot and the chicken seems to be the best pieces of meat. The nuggets from here seem to be bigger than what you get at other Chick-Fil-A's. I took my grandson in this store. We were the only ones in there. He went into the play area to play. A man came over and started banging on the glass. He was yelling something I couldn't understand. I asked him what the problem was. He said he is too tall. I said no other store has said that. He started saying he was climbing on things (he wasn't) and said we need a sign as he walked away from me and went out the door. I inquired who he was and was told he is the operator for this store. I have since heard many complaints and negative things about him. Should it be okay for him to treat a child that way? Last time we go in that store! read more

this is my frist bad review on here yall can check. i came here today and had a simple order. after waiting in line for like 15 minutes at least, i get my bag and leave. i drive all the way home, open my biscuits and they're all wrong. i ordered egg and cheese biscuits and got chicken and cheese biscuits. now chicken costs more than eggs here and i shouldve known something was uo when i saw the charge but i was so ready to go home i didnt even really think about it. i called and the girl on the phone was super nice and told me i can come back or get coupons through the app. being that i dont eat meat & i was hungry i went back. the line was TWICE as long at this point and i had to wait in it again. i got my food and asked the coworkers if i could get a partial refund because i was overcharged for something i didnt even order and they refused but the best part was that they tried to give me coupons... for chicken sandwhiches. like girl i literally came back because i dont eat.... nvm. anyways i'm annoyed but i'm still being super nice to these ppl cause i'm really not the type of person to draw attention to myself. but every single of those employees was looking at ME crazy? like yall overcharged me, are refusing to give me at LEAST the difference back but i'm the one yall look at crazy. they really shouldve given me a full refund and kept it pushing. the biscuits were thrown tf together & gross anyways. so in conclusion i had to do that 30 minute drive twice, wait in a line wrapped around the building twice and got refused my money back for THEIR mistake. aye at least i got some dessert coupons tho right ? i hate yall. read more

On several occasions I've dealt with a younger gentleman by the name of "Robinson" in the drive thru. He's not only rude, but very combative in regards to providing standard customer service and taking simple orders.. As much as I hate to admit it, I am not the biggest fan of Chick-fil-A in general, but this last experience is starting to persuade me otherwise. The food was wonderful, not too greasy like I have experienced at other locations. The restaurant was by far, one of the cleanest I have ever been in. They had an ample play area for the kids. It was great. But the icing on the cake for me was the service. Yes, every Chick-fil-A says my pleasure, thank you, etc... but these folks actually meant it. If you choose to go inside do not expect speedy or friendly service. Plus on two of three of my inside visits my order was wrong. The drive thru is speedy, friendly and always correct. I am not sure why there is a disconnect is from inside to drive thru. Lastly don't bother to complain they do not respond to emails or complaints through the Chick-fil-a Cares website. Called 2 days in advance to check on order, said it would be there on the date sharply a 6 pm. At 6:15 my husband called to find out they "forgot. After over forty guests and one hour later, they arrived. No discount and no apology from the manager. We requested a call from there corporate office the following Monday. No call. I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A for several years now. The service has steadily gone down hill unless you are one of their favorites. There is a definite shortage of staff in the mornings(the only time I go) and an appearance of apathy with the staff. The food does not come out consistent. The chicken biscuit is often times thin and the bagels are usually still cold. I feel staffing could improve from the kitchen to the counter. The service and attitude of the employees are what you come to expect from Chick-fil-A. They always very friendly. I was introduced to a spicy grilled chicken sandwich at this location, which is not on the menu, and I love it. Been to other locations to discover they do not make them, so I am very impressed that the Loganville Chick-fil-A goes out of their way to make special requests like this. Great place to eat. Would be nice if they could open a satellite drive through next door. At lunch time it feels like everyone in Loganville eats at Chick-fil-A. Let me start by saying Chick Fil A is my favorite fast food chain. It's practically the only one that I even eat at anymore, and that's mainly because they are usually fantastic....But this one disappointed me. Went to the drive thru, and when we pulled up to the window, all the employees were chatting it up and not really paying attention to their customers. I don't mind a little chit chat, but we had to ask for straws, then sauce...twice, then when we thought we had everything, we pulled away. Little did I know that they forgot napkins as well. We were driving with a small child, so I had to wipe mine and my kid's hands on my shirt after feeding her pieces of chicken and fruit. I normally have wet wipes with me, but this one particular time, I didn't...my mistake. We didn't get any forks with our fruit either, which normally isn't a big deal- we can eat it with our hands, but that was just icing on the cake. I gave 3 stars because the food was good, as per usual, but I'm definitely disappointed in the McDonald-quality service I received. You're usually better than that, Chick Fil A! read more
