Sadly, this day has come. I never thought I would refuse to come back to a Chick-fil-A location. Surprisingly now looking at this locations review status and it holds only two stars out of five, I understand why. I have lived in this area for over 25 years And it's always been a good location, but I've noticed this particular Loganville Chick-fil-A has slowly gone downhill with its service offering. It works to try to solve the congestion however, the sense of urgency seems to be limited at this location. Every time I try to get in the line, it always seems to get overly congested and gridlocked between the two entrances. Now I'm starting to see an issue where food is missing out of the bag that they did not put in the bag correctly, along with having to ask more than once for a receipt. Sadly, this day has come where I have to choose to drive to Snellville instead for Chick-fil-A. read more

I bought a 4-pc chicken finger a couple of months ago. They were too hard to eat. My wife and I returned home from vacation on Monday evening. I ordered a Cobb salad for her and fingers for myself. I wish 0 starts was an option. Not because of the food, or the busy lines, or even the staff working in the hot sun. It was the Franchise OWNER Matthew!!!! Hearing him yell and cuss at his staff!! With my 4 year old daughter in the car...not to mention in front of all the customers in line. We all know most of the staff are around high school age. I worked at Chick Fil A when I was in high school and had the great honor and pleasure of meeting Mr. Cathy before he passed. It was such a joy to work in a family oriented environment. This was not the same kind of environment I observed at this location. I feel so bad for that staff of young people. I will be following up with corporate about what I witnessed. Not even 1 star if I could leave a 0 I would. Went through drive through and ordered 3 Cobb salads, got charged for 3 and only got two including NO DRESSING for either of the two salads. Went all the way back to get my third salad and had to wait an extra 40 min when it was already paid for. I ordered my food at 2:25pm and just started eating my food at 4:15... oh and I called someone who said they would track the order through my app and give me a call back. Still waiting!!! The manager there at 6am started arguing with me about "I don't even know why you're here so early" or "I don't even know why you wait that long". I think I got there maybe 10-12 minutes before opening. I got there early and pulled into the second lane not knowing they were gonna use the first lane, and when the opened the first lane, someone had blocked me in the second lane with a cone and didn't even ask me to move to the first lane, so I had to pull past the menu and back up into the first lane to order, which was a little irritating and could've been avoided. I had asked the lady taking my order why they did that, and immediately she started fighting with me through the speaker, badgering me about why I was there early. She even continued at the window. THIS is where she said something like, "I don't care if I sound Asian, blah blah". WHERE AND WHEN did I say a WORD about race?? I didn't even know her ethnic background, at the very least, maybe Hispanic?? I'm not sure, nor was it even relevant. Then another employee came out to give me my food and even said, "whether or not you made an Asian comment, that's not cool" or something to that affect. AGAIN, WHEN AND WHERE did I say ANYTHING about anyone's race? I have it all recorded by the way. Maybe we can listen? 1. I do not appreciate a false testimony, as I assumed this place had "Christian values". 2. At that point I didn't even want the food anymore and it was subpar. 3. Would leave 0 stars if I could. I actually work at a Chick-fil-A, and know that 2 nuggets stuck together means that the spot on the 2 nuggets where they join is still a little raw. My brother got 3 nuggets like that in his 12 count box one time. Just recently in the same order I found a hair in my large fry and they were exceptionally soggy too. Also in that same order we ordered a Dr. Pepper and a Cherry Coke. We got back a Diet Coke and a regular Coke. I will admit to that, partially my fault for not checking the popped bubbles on the lid, but I can't understand how they can read an order on screen and then make 2 entirely different things. Either incompetence and ignorance or... I'm not sure what else but as a guy who works at a different Chick-fil-A, that is actually a really popular location, I know Loganville location would not live up to Truitt Cathey's expectations. read more

Not sure what is going on with this location. The organization of the drive-through is horrendous. It's happened to me multiple times to where I sit in the line with my food forever because you can't get out because the people in the front of the line are not getting their food. I'm not sure how that makes sense to them. The food is still great, but the service and the organization has declined so much. My daughter and I stopped here for a breakfast break on a road trip. It was clean and the staff were all friendly. They were very busy but we still received our food very quickly. The only downside is the parking lot is small for the amount of traffic the restaurant has and we had to wait forever to be able to get out of our spot when we were ready to leave. read more

I would say this particular chick-fil-a is poorly managed. It appears the Team members are not treated very well and always looked overworked. If I could rate the team I would give them a 5, but not the management. I witnessed a manager speaking disrespectfully to another Team member that appeared to be working very hard. I can't support a branch with managers that are rude or condescending to the lower level employees. That manager should have been embarrassed. If your food isn't great or you have other issues - this is not an employee issue. This is a management issue. Chick-fil-a send help because this branch is struggling. read more

Yesterday i had a mobile order pick up, nothing crazy a meal for two people and i stood at the pick up counter for no less than 15 minutes. this used to be a reliable place to come and get a half decent meal and not have to spend an hour. Normally a great place that gets things right however this years communication on Valentines Day trays falls disappointingly short. Was told I could pick up tray without pre ordering and when arriving at 10am on the morning of on the 14th I was told I had to pre order. Second CFA in Gwinnett that has has questionable service for the special trays. Seems to me management needs to up their staff communications. There is always different staff who don't seem to care , they are always distracted talking to each other instead of actually serving the costume. I usually do mobile ordering just to speed up the process but today there was an employee who didn't know how to confirm my order and instructed me to just join the line and they would have it for me at the window. I know that is a lie since I frequently do mobile ordering. I had to tell the cashier to confirm my order so that they could make it. They will ignore you if they are busy inside until you Finally say hello help me and your order will be in red for minutes before they finally start to work on it. On 1/5/2024 I placed an online order for my husband to pick up thru drive thru on his way home from a 12-hour shift since I was too sick to cook. When he arrived, he added a milkshake not knowing I had ordered him an ice cream cone to his order. Long story short they made him pull up and wait when we only ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, a chicken nugget kids meal etc. (The meal wasn't much). Although he waited in line for 10 mins, he also waits in front for over 20 mins for them to come out and ask, "what was your order?" WHAT?? So, he tells them what his order was they go inside to only bring out the kids' meal and say what else was on the order mins later, so he showed them the receipt and they went in again. Brings out a number one. By this time, he just wanted to leave, and he drives off without the ice-cream and just say forget it. Gets home and the fries are colder like ice. I have to say this was the worst experience our family has encountered with Chick-fil-A. read more

The Chick-fil-A in loganville is the WORST Chick-fil-A I've EVER been to. Repetitive poor service. Slow drive thru (which honestly I can deal with) but problems with the actual food? No. We went a few weeks ago and my grandmothers chicken tenders were burned. By burned, I mean blacks. Then last week I was very sick and came here to get some chicken noodle soup..I get home there's NO CHICKEN OR NOODLES in my soup! Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I have lived in Loganville for three years, in the last three years this location has gone downhill. It doesn't matter the time of day, you will wait. The fries are stale or they taste like old grease. I ordered 2 ice cream cones and 2 drinks, waited 20 minutes with not many cars in front of me. Got my drinks, but for some reason it takes forever for the cones. The Snellville location is further but so much better! Also, my kids said the ice cream didn't taste good today. I was scared for the lady holding a baby, the older gentleman in front of us, the kids thinking it was fun, and most of all my disabled veteran's safety.. Worst Chick-Fil-A experience EVER. Went in for supper last night. The lady in front of us got the wrong items than what she ordered, the cashier handed her off to someone else. The manager was "too busy" hanging out with staff who were on break around the corner to do his job. So, the lady patiently waited for her correct food and requested to be refunded for being over charged. Another 10 minutes she had to wait for the manager to do his job! Meanwhile, we are still waiting for our food. No one brought it, so we went and asked for it. As we're eating, we heard profanity from the group of staff members who were sitting in the dining room "ON Break." When we notify the manager of the profanity, he blows us off as though it's no big deal. From reading other's reviews, the owner, Matthew, yells profanities at staff across the dining room, so, I guess this is what we can expect from this Chick-Fil-A in Loganville GA. read more

Is this McDonald's? Today I experienced the worst customer service from the manager SUMMER at Loganville, Ga Chick-fil-A. My husband and I came through the drive-thru right after breakfast stopped serving so we can get hot&ready lunch. We ordered two #1's with bacon with large fries, a deluxe meal, and soup. The lady that assisted us in the drive thru asked us what sauces we would like and we gave her a list of different ones. We pulled up to the drive-thru window and notice it was a manager in the window that morning. She gave us our food, but we still pulled over to check it. We had all of food but none of the sauces we asked for. My husband went inside to get them and this is where it all starts... he is a black male with two arm sleeves of tattoos, walking into a predominately white establishment so he is already getting unwanted looks. He tells the employee that we came from the drive-thru and didn't get our sauces. She goes over to the manager on duty whose name is SUMMER and tells her, and SUMMER proceeds to says "no! They got their sauces in the bag!" And continues to say it repeatedly to the point where my husband now hears her. It's only sauces!!?? No big deal right? Just gonna eat my sandwiches dry, right?! So my husband gets turned down from getting sauces because SUMMER "claims" they're in the bag! As if he was lying abt having sauces. Eventually the employee gives him sauces because he started to get upset abt the manager basically saying he's lying about SAUCES. I come to this Chick-fil-a almost every week and never experienced poor customer service. Usually they give us more than what we ask for so for the MANAGER SUMMER to be so rude abt sauces that we didn't get initially because of her lack of attention,really puts a bad taste in my mouth. Panda Express drive through with 4 ppl= 13 min. Zaxbys drive through with 6 ppl = 20min. Yes me and my son were playing and decided to time it. Chic fil a drive through 13 ppl= 6 min. We couldn't help but laugh. Excellent & fast service. I'm surprised that the rating is low. I'm convinced ppl who work at Zaxbys are on here giving bad reviews. read more
