    Free birthday sub!

I have been coming to this store for several years and they have had consistently friendly and quick employees. I have never had an order made wrong and everything is ready on time or early when I do mobile pick up. This store is clean and well stocked. The food is fresh and good quality. I like that you can customize so much on the mobile app and get the calorie count. Their rewards program is pretty good and I like getting the free sandwiches every so often. I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes location.

Great experience every time I come here! My go to order is the #9 club supreme bowl with avocado. These bowls really are so underrated & need to be talked about more. They always make my bowl filled to the top with fresh ingredients & tons of flavor. Highly recommend trying this order out you won't regret it! Location is easy to find & very clean. Staff is always friendly & food always comes out fast & efficient. There is indoor & outdoor seating available. I recommend placing your order ahead of time on the app since this location is a popular one.

Amazingly good sandwich experience. I change up my order here and there. I've gotten the sandwich in a boat. I always request mayo and banana peppers. I always order from the app.My sandwich awlays tastes awesome, and the people working there always go out of their way if I need something, and their nice.

Love this sandwich place. Chicken Philly Steaks are always fresh and delish. They also serve cold cut sandwiches! Definitely on the healthy side of fast food chain. I like their outdoor seating as well as indoors. Drinks and fountain bar has variety. Chips has variety, they have baked potato chips too.

I hate to do this but a warning label must be put on all items!!! WARNING - HIGH SODIUM - EAT AT YOUR KIDNEYS OWN RISK Not one item I ordered was under the daily maximum - if fact my gluten free turkey giant is 7500mg & a jersey favorite normal is 4000+ mg- I wrote a great 5 star review for taste and friendliness of staff - this has not changed! The kidney stones I have now have 100% soured all the money I spent here this year.... PLEASE BE CAREFUL do not eat here habitually like I did or face the consequences - 2 times a week :( - nothing needs that much salt! And your staff should maybe begin telling your regular patrons the consequences of eating here

There is a Langers parking lot that's not too far away diagonal from the restaurant. It is a 1.5 hour parking with validation. We went on a weekdays so the lines weren't that long. I can't say the same for weekends and paying some money to park may be inevitable. Now the food. I was able to try the famous hot corned beef sandwich and I was able to snag some hot pastrami sandwich from my sister. They both had a looot of sauerkraut on the sandwich which gave it a nice acidity and freshness to the dish, but I wish the ratio was a little better with veggies to meat. I was expecting more meat in the sandwich. The meat was delicious though. Super tender, flavorful, and smoky. The sauce on the side was a nice touch. Also got the chili cheese fries and those are always good. Overall, I don't know if I will drive all the way to LA just for this. I am glad I did get to try this place out. Would like to try other things on the menu if I'm around the area.

We had a nice server, Daniel, who was very attentive and helpful. My sister ordered cheese blintzes and they were served cold in the middle. Daniel took them back and when they reappeared at the table they were hot enough but not piping hot. Sister said they were very good. But two not very large blintzes for about $16, is kind of high. Friend had a Rueben which she said was delish. She also ordered a container of matzah ball soup and the matzoh ball was huge! I ordered a hot corned beef on rye and it was indeed very good. Large enough that half was enough for dinner and the other half was another meal on the next day. I also ordered onion rings. Very good! My dining companions enjoyed some of them too and there were still a few left to take home with my sandwich! I had a few of my friend's steak fries, they were good also. The prices are high here. Guess you have to go with the flow in a world-famous place! There is a small bakery counter near the front door. We bought two danishes to take home. OMG, the chocolate and almond danish was absolutely a 6 on a scale 0f 1-5! Also got a bear claw and it's terrific too. But the other was great. Notice I said was; my sister and I shared it. Didn't tale too long for us to decimate it! This was an experience for sure. If ever I get to LA again, I will be sure to get a chocolate and almond danish!

The matzo ball soup was fine, not super flavorful and didn't have enough salt for me personally (the saltine crackers did help though). The sandwich was not bad at all, good sauerkraut tang and the pastrami was well seasoned. The rye bread also have a crunch. I think the main issue I had was just mainly the price: for around 25 bucks for the sandwich I would have expected a larger portion but it wasn't too big. I haven't been to many other Jewish deli spots before and I know Katz is more expensive than here but the sandwich I had when I visited Katz was easily twice as large . Overall, i did think the sandwich was serviceable here it wasn't my favorite considering the price.

Luckily I had my fan to help cool off my soup. I did add a little salt and pepper. Other than that it was total comfort. $15 We shared a club sandwich and got French fries instead. All the condiments, Russian dressing, ranch come in prepackaged little containers. Ranch tasted fresh and homemade. I used a little of the Russian dressing. Is that a Brent's thing? $22 + $3 for French fries. I wanted a little sweet and got the blueberry cheesecake. That was the best cheesecake ever. Actual blueberries inside the cheesecake. So creamy and delicious. $11 Pickles are always my favorite. I got bagel chips with my matzo ball soup. I ordered corned beef and cabbage for my 99 year old mom. She said she didn't like the cabbage, no taste. She's 99 ‍ It's been a while since I was there. It feels the same. Booths and tables. Same decor. Our server Laura was super sweet and patient. Helpful in our decision making. Ricardo cracked me up because he brought a small soup container for my friend's cabbage soup. She was a little perturbed it was too small. I love the exterior look of the building with their iconic sign. When you step inside it feels like being transported to a simpler time. They have a couple fun phone booths against a side wall and an analog Photo Booth that --depending on the time of year-- will print strips that have the words "Go Dodgers" on it. Because Philippe's is also known to be a place that Dodgers fans can congregate. The line gets quite long, but the staff does their best to get people through as quickly as they can. There is plenty of seating that can be found on the ground floor, as well as upstairs. Although it has been disputed if they are indeed the originators of the French Dip, I must say that have not had a French Dip that has even come close to being as good as the one I had here. And I am a HUGE French Dip fan. You would think that dunking the roll in the au jus would make it just taste soggy, but instead the bread holds up and the au jus packs it with great flavor. The Godmother is good but disproportionately acclaimed, and I'd never wait in line to get it. Thankfully, it's easy to order ahead. I did this through DoorDash on the drive over to Santa Monica, where we were already headed to catch a Sunday afternoon play. We walked in and saw the zoo at the deli counter, then learned that DoorDash pick-ups were in a different corner of the grocery. There was a confusing sign that indicated "catering & on-line pick up around the corner to the left," which in its ambiguous phrasing, led me to a place I wasn't supposed to go (it was apparently only for catering orders, but what about "catering & on-line pick up" excludes DoorDash orders?). A snippy employee cast me out and completely ignored my explanation about the sign. But other than that, the pick-up was quick and painless, much better than waiting in that line. It was like going to the DMV with an appointment vs. without (one of my favorite Broad City gags). We looked around the store, which was quite nice, a sizable gourmet grocery with lots of wine, deli goods, tinned fish, etc. My husband bought a lemonade and learned that Bay Cities doesn't take credit cards. (He was able to use an ATM card.) We took our pick-up order, bagged in a maximal amount of plastic, and grabbed one a handful of shaded tables in front of the store. We'd planned to take our sandwiches to a park, but this was a pleasant place to eat. I got the Godmother with the works: prosciutto, ham, capicola, mortadella, Genoa salami, and Provolone; hot peppers (you can also get mild), Italian dressing, mayo, yellow mustard, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles, all on a fresh Italian roll. The bread was great, sturdy with a good crunch, and I liked the sandwich well enough. It was OK+ for sure, just not really a standout in my map of Los Angeles sandwiches. I also ordered a side of snap pea salad, with fresh snap peas, mandarin orange, black sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt. I love snap peas but I guess I don't love them quite this raw and underdressed. This was a disappointment. If I lived in Santa Monica, I might go to Bay Cities more than once every 16 years. But unless I'm still missing something, it's not really worth a drive.
