The tofu soup was surprisingly bland even though it was very red. It could've used more umami flavor or spice - something to jazz it up since the tofu, egg, and beef itself were not seasoned. My favorite dish of the night was the steak tartare stone pot rice. It came with a lot of veggies that helped balance out the sauce and I'm a sucker for crispy rice. However, the rice itself wasn't seasoned thoroughly as some spots had absolutely delicious sauce while other spots were bland.
