Came here when in the area and craving a healthy meal before a workout! Thankfully Sweetgreen was conveniently located and I was able to score a parking spot a couple of blocks away in the area. The restaurant was about half full when I arrived, with plenty of tables available to sit at. The employee there was very friendly and guided me through the ordering process. Thankfully I have been to a Sweetgreen many times before, so I am familiar with their offerings! But surprisingly, I had never been to this location! After I got my meal, I sat down at a table and thoroughly enjoyed the crisp and freshness of all of the veggies and the heartiness of the chickpeas. The spicy cashew dressing is a must for its creamy deliciousness and I'm so thankful it's dairy-free/vegan! I told staff this was my first visit to Sweetgreen and I was looking for suggestions. My first experience at Sweetgreen was an excellent one which exceeded my expectations! The location is on a corner in Westwood. Parking seems to be a challenge Nice location, walk up friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decor is clean and streamlined. Update 7/18/26: They responded to my review telling me to contact their "Hello" email as if they actually cared. I emailed them the same day I posted this review, and after four follow-up emails, I still haven't received a single response addressing the terrible portions I complained about. Their public replies are clearly just for show. They want to look like they care while doing absolutely nothing behind the scenes. Their complete lack of response proves they have no intention of fixing the problem. Just look at the reviews. More than half of the negative ones are about the exact same issue: charging around $20 for embarrassingly small portions. I just love one can be the master of their creation here when it come to creating your own salad. I went with that option; I created my own gourmet salad with assortment of greens, quinoa, and vegetables. I had lemon and lime squeezed on top of my meal. I've always walked past by this business and today I finally gave it a try. I ordered the harvest bowl or what I thought was a harvest bowl. It was just a bowl full of greens with little or no sides as the description indicated. Beneath the ball were apple slices, sweet potato, bits of chicken and what appears to be almonds. I opted for hummus crunch salad with salmon and a second hummus crunch salad with tofu for my fiancée. The food on its own was good. Salmon seemed pretty hard (possibly from sitting for a long time? Not sure, but it was off-putting). Flavor was great, though! I get a bit frustrated every time I visit a Sweetgreen because the ratio of dressing to the *huge* bowl or salad, but I was particularly annoyed to discover that my fiancée was given only one side of dressing. Just a few bites in and it looked like she was eating a dry salad. Overall, this experience was disappointing. I totally get that ingredients run out, but cutting off almost the entire menu with a full half-hour before closing in a college neighborhood? I watched at least 8-10 people walk in and instantly leave upon hearing that they were out of everything. I've placed a couple of orders here and both times they weren't ready at the scheduled pick up time (a warning in case you were thinking about parking illegally and dashing in for your order). They have some salads that are only available by ordering through their app or their website, so it's worth checking out if you're looking for more options. Most salads are around $14. The salads feel pretty healthy, which is probably why I'm not as thrilled with this place as other reviewers. I'd rather go to CAVA, where I can load my salad up with so much stuff that it doesn't look like a salad, and is a few dollars cheaper. The last time I came here, the tofu was missing from my Shroomami, which made eating that kale even more painful - especially since I only ordered one dressing. I personally enjoy the miso bowl with sunchokes and thought the Harvest bowl was alright, but I've never gone wrong with a build-your-own bowl either. Usually you'd be able to park in Whole Foods, about a block away, for an hour. The food was good. Lots of customization available, similar to that at Chipotle. A healthy choice when you need it quickly! I am trying to work on eating healthier, and so ordered delivery from Sweetgreen. I am not a salad girl and was a bit surprised at how quickly I ate my bowl from Sweetgreen and how much I wanted another. What I love about Sweetgreen is the number of choices. No, I don't love salad, so I was able to add a ton of stuff, including rice, eggs, sweet potatoes, chicken, etc. to offset the greens I included in my bowl. It was a "fun" salad, if you will. Because of the option to make your own bowl, everyone is able to find something they like here, even kids. Definitely a little pricey, but I think it's worth it for a healthy meal on the go. Unfortunately, I've now ordered delivery from Sweetgreen twice, and twice my order has been incorrect. The first time, I ordered Little Harvest plate and instead received the Ranchy Chicken & Rice plate. More recently, my make-my-own bowl was missing the egg I paid extra for. I was wary of this one due to the parking, but I became lucky one day when I saw a meter out front. .25 gets you 30 minutes which is more than enough time, as I was placing my order in-store. Guy who helped with was some sort of variation of 'Ed/Ned/Ted' from what I could tell, and he was great! I always feel bad when I try to go in order with what I want so they aren't running back and forth down the counter, but he was friendly to talk to, and did his job well. He helped apply a credit I had on their app, and he showed me where the utensils, bags, etc. were across the way. Someone did leave their bread (the one you pay for) over in this area, and I brought it back to the cashier but they asked if I wanted it, so I ended up getting some unexpected focaccia as well. The space itself is airy, clean and spacious, a welcome addition to the Westwood area.
