I am a loyal Chick-fil-a customer. Using the mobile ordering, drive thru, in restaurant and also using delivery to my home. And I will co to use to give this location chances to get it together, but this Chick-fil-a does not have it down yet. They do not have the same work ethic or the same training as the other Chick-fil-a's in the area. Not sure...but check your order before you leave the store. They constantly forget something on your order. So you have to circle back around and go in, go back up to the counter or make a request in the app when it is delivered without all the items. The Bad 1. When I order a soup and salad, I want both. Not just my soup. Delivery order clearly had both items on the ticket. Delivery driver dropped off the soup only. (See photo) 2. Ordered in house, tenders and kale salad. Asked for hot sauce and honey. Neither on the tray when delivered. 3. Husband ordered a shake with his meal, had to wait 20 min for the shake. We were done with our food, and he had to go up to the counter to get it second shake incident - same Chick-fil-a; ordered a shake, server brought it out went to take it off the tray and spilled it all over us and the table. And I know accidents happen, but put the tray of drinks on the table, then disperse from there. 4. Ordered in restaurant a to go order. Stood waiting, food was sat on counter no name called out, nothing. Second order sat on counter, same thing. Finally had to go up and ask if that was my food...they were like for "Name" - yeah this is yours. I want hot food. Not food to sit around, and why would they not call my name? They ask for it when you order. 5. The place is always a mess. Every time we eat in the restaurant, I have to go grab a wipe and clean the table. Or ask for a wipe to clean the table to finally get someone to acknowledge the dining area is trashed and needs to be cleaned, Trash taken out, etc. 6. And let's talk about this parking lot. The entrance is hot trash. Connected to the gas station and the car wash, people everywhere. If you park in the back you will get blocked in by the drive thru. Whoever designed this lot was not thinking clearly. The Good 1. A moment of praise for the afternoon/evening shift manager. I ordered catering. When I arrived, they put the large order together. Only waited about 5 min so was super happy about that. Manager carried the items to my car and was super helpful in making sure I had all the items I needed, plates, cups, silverware, tongs, etc. this is the how Chick-fil-a should be. read more

This particular location is the newer one close to me. I must say the food is always fresh and pretty good. It is sorta a weird location to get to if you're traveling south on Preston as you'll have to drive through Thorntons parking lot to get there. But as long as they keep the food hot and tasty, I'll make the trip. read more

My daughter wanted to come to Chick-fil-A after her volleyball game on Saturday. We went in first time being dislocation was very clean organized and nice. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. We had no problems whatsoever really enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely come back to this location. read more

Finished my meal and immediately went to the reviews. Best Chick-fil-A meal I think I've ever gotten at one. I asked for extra pickles on my chicken sandwich and they gave me EXTRA pickles and the fattest, juiciest piece of chicken I've ever eaten. I often place an order for pick up for simply fries and a lemonade. Every single time half of my fries are crumbs. I mean, this is every time with Chick-Fil-A in general... but if all I order are fries, why can't this be acknowledged? I'm not eating all the crumbs... kind of impossible to enjoy the crumbs with ketchup. Just annoying and probably won't be back unless I'm desperate enough for their fries or a lemonade. read more

Funny thing I've never seen a mobile line before so I pull into the first what I thought was drive thru but it turned out it was the mobile only line. I pulled up to talk to drive thru folks they said they couldn't take my order I had to pull back around. The really funny part of that is there no where to go except thru drive thru and of course I'm sitting in my car behind several cars. I get to where there are bringing food out and I explain to young people what happened one said to bad then out of no where the kindest young lady stepped up and took my order and really gave me faith in society again. Just one act of kindness over a grilled chicken sandwich proves that God works in mysterious ways. Thank you young lady for your kindness in the sometimes dark world we live in. The food is absolutely amazing. The only meal I was disappointed in was the Chicken Strips although the flavor is out of this world the portion is TOO SMALL for the price. Those are some tiny pieces of chicken strips. My mom and I have decided to stick with the sandwiches and the 30 pc nuggets. The strips are too expensive for the tiny portion that is given. Everything else is just fabulous! The service is always GREAT and the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. Great place to eat just need to add more chicken strips to the high price that is in place. read more

This is not your typical Chick-fil-a. If you have a choice, you should go to the one on Outer Loop - much better service, speed, accuracy and friendlier. If you go to this one, expect the following: - a long wait in the drive thru - incorrect order I've been to this one three times (hoping to give them time to figure things out since this is a new store). On my first visit, I placed a mobile order for a salad. When I arrived, there was one car in front of me. I waited over 15 minutes and received the wrong salad (not even close to what I ordered). Second visit - exact same - 15 minute wait, and wrong order Third visit - mobile order, no one in front of me in line. I waited 16 minutes and received my order. It was correct!!!! But the tea was sour (aka old). How could the tea be bad at 9:30am? This place should change its name to Popeyes. read more

Best Chick-fil-A around! No questions asked all the people leaving bad reviews just don't know Chick-fil-A. Always great tasting food always fast and friendly employees serve with a smile. I come here at least 3-4 times a week best bet is to always go inside to see All the friendly people. Parking lot is a little small but always parking available in the back or all the way to the side we all could use some more walking also the mobile thru lane is a corporate thing not a local thing and I think it's a good idea. No other Chick-fil-A compares to how good this one is. read more

I realize this is a new location but the drive thru is not your typical efficient Chick-fil-A drive thru. They are only utilizing one drive thru lane while the mobile app lane is completely empty. The drive thru line has been to the road on the two occasions that I have visited this location. Food was good and the staff was pleasant as always...only commenting on the wait time. We visited Friday 19 2024 went to front counter the girl was at front register ordering her food never acknowledged us or said we'll be right with you nothing. We waited about 10 minutes some guy got my son refills and had to tell him we were waiting to order. Very bad and slow service, "it's my pleasure" must have went out the window with that store. Every restaurant on Dixie Hwy is substandard, if the food is decent the service is below the lowest standards. The las time I was there the were taking car-side orders and the little girl was upset that I wanted to look at the menu. I can say that the morning shift gets 2 stars and the catering people get NO stars as they mess up our office lunches EVERY TIME. read more

I've been through the drive through a few times now since they have opened and am really disappointed with this location. If you go through the regular line you're in for an at least 10-15 minute wait. I started using the mobile thru, which is faster, but the last time I went they gave me the completely wrong order. I'm hoping this is something that fixes itself with time because this is such a new store. I will keep going to the Outer Loop location from now on even though Preston is the closest location to me. read more
