Over all it's good for fast food but I feel like the sizes/portions are smaller than other Chick Fil A locations. Got the chicken on biscuits for breakfast the other day. Again was ok not complaining about quality of the food but the over all size is smaller than past breakfast sandwich's I've had at other locations. Service is on point 99% of time and top tier. Staff is alway friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Have not got a chance to go in this location yet but it probably the same as all the others, plus or minus the kids play area. Who doesn't love CFA?! From their delicious food (the best cookies & cream milkshake ever) to their amazing customer service....... I'm pretty sure the only downside are the long lines in the drive-thru that wrap around the building. They move quickly! So no complaints from me. The restaurant is always clean, restrooms are always well stocked and maintained. I love ordering on the app and having the food delivered to my table. This is probably one of the most convenient features as it allows me to sit with my rambunctious kiddos (lol). I know they're known for their chicken but they have an amazing sausage egg & cheese breakfast biscuit that is soooooo good. I always feel so awkward ordering it but it's the best out there! This location is VERY VERY inconsistent. One day they are great, the next they are AWFUL. The past two times it has been BAD! Last time they lost our order, had to remake it and then forgot part of it. It was AWFUL. This time the buscuit sandwiches were the issue. The mini sandwiches were fine but the normal sized sandwich's chicken was SOOO small (PLEASE see picture). We just had Chik-Fil-A in Venice Beach, FL a few weeks ago and their chicken on the sandwiches were triple the size. This location is just a struggle bus. There have been items missing from our orders. The drive-thru is slow. Twice we have had to go up to the window to ask where our order is. On one occasion, we ordered a milk shake. It was just sitting there, melting. Rather than offering to make a new one, they just handed it us. We would have asked them to re-make it but were already annoyed & pressed for time. read more

What I ordered: 8ct chicken nuggets, small superfoods side salad, and small waffle fries. Food was delicious, as always. Love the superfoods salad, just wish it came with more. Bathrooms, facility, and tables were clean. Went on a Friday around 2:30pm. Getting drink refills was a pain, waited 5+ minutes without being attended to. I'm usually on here reading reviews, but never really intending to write one. Tonight was worth writing about. I have went to this particular restaurant several times and have always had great service, but tonight was upsetting. I decided to treat my son to dinner at one of his favorite places. Ordered and paid for my food with a friendly team member outside. Then confirmed that my food was paid for by another friendly team member outside. I asked for my receipt from that same team member and he stated to get it from the window if I didn't mind. I happily agreed and proceeded to get my food from the window. I asked for the receipt from the friendly team member, but it took some time b/c it was extremely busy. Another team member walked up behind him to restock items and said "OMG, it smells like gas. It smells like a Grand Prix." I knew she was talking about me and I really just wanted to pull off b/c I was so embarrassed. My son then asked me "Mom why does our car smell like that?" I try to keep my struggle as far way from my son as possible. My car is an 06 trailblazer (it needs work) though it gets us where we need to go and I'm grateful for what I have. Car payments just don't fit into our family equation right now so to shine light on an already sensitive area is painful. I called the director and he stated he was sorry it happen and that would find out who it was, but never got my information just to follow up to let me know the outcome. The only downfall is the drive-thru which can get pretty backed up at times. I love the chicken sandwich but my favorite thing on the menu is the chocolate milkshake. The wonder of waffle fries and strips or sandwiches for lunch or supper or perhaps their minis or biscuits for breakfast, either way it is good stuff. I love this chain. This location really has their stuff together, with two lanes and people waiting with iPads to take your order, everything runs smoothly. They are efficient and polite. Above all, even through a sea of customers ( some of whom are perhaps a bit cranky) this group is genuinely happy to serve... and not in that smarmy way that a used car salesmen is. When they say "It's my pleasure." They mean it. This is hard - especially dealing with some of the everyday customers that you get in the restaurant business. We continued to wait for a good 5 minutes at that point without being able to order. Finally, we ordered. We had to pull into a parking spot to wait for our order, and still, it came out wrong. I've been coming to this chick-fil-a for a while. The employees here are almost always friendly and the food is good (as is every chick-fil-a's). I would probably say I've been here around 50 times total since it's so close to where I live and probably about 5-10% of the time the food just takes forever to come out for one order. I usually pay separately from whoever i'm with and it usually ends with one person being done eaten before the person even gets their food. It's not a huge deal and it's not like waiting for an hour, but 10-20 minutes for fast food is a bit too much. And usually they don't really acknowledge it taking so long. If they apologized about it every time or let you know beforehand it would take so long it would be completely fine. But really while I harped on that a bit that's the only negative I have and it happens fairly infrequently that it doesn't really ruin the place as a whole for me. I will say as a caveat that I normally come for breakfast, they seem slightly less friendly the few times I come for lunch and dinner but if you see how many people they are serving I think it's understandable (And even then they are still pretty friendly). read more

Chick-fil-A quality food (which is good) and convenient (next to the outlets, and the outlets do not have good food), but the place is too busy and the service does not live up to Chick-fil-A quality service (usually spectacular). Despite having two drive-thru lanes, the service is a little slow. The staff taking my order seemed to be more preoccupied with the amount of people and orders there were to provide the super-polite service that I am used to receiving at Chick-fil-A. Even the manager didn't seem very cheerful. It's possible that the staff simply needs more training or experience since this location is so new. read more

The food here is fresh and on point for the most part however this chick fil a gets one star because some of the employees there need an attitude adjustment and simple need to be taught some manners. I recently went to this location this evening and before ordering food, this young lady in line at the drive thru in front of me ordered her food. How can you not like Chick-fil-a?!?! As far as fast food goes, it's the best choice. The kids love it. I love it. My wife, not so much. Only because she is gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. She basically just eats plankton. So, she doesn't count. The rest of us love it!!! The only problem is the wait times either the drive through and sometimes inside. It's a newer location adjacent to the Tampa Premium Outlets with an absolutely massive drive thru. Interior dining room is large and bright and had lovely mums on the table when we were there before shopping at the outlets. But...I really don't get the hype over Chick-fil-A in general. At best I can say that my chicken strips were tender and moist and the waffle fries were fresh. Flavours and inventiveness of menu items are nothing to Yelp about. AND...for a cool Florida day I was very disappointed that neither of their soups were available. Was forced to have fries. They told me it wasn't done and to pull up and they would get it out as soon as possible. 3 different workers came up and asked me the name for the order.
