Order the subway sandwich online from this establishment paid for it online. Got to the subway. They said they do not have internet so they could not place. My order showed them my receipt online and paid for they said. I would get my money back from the bank in a couple of days. So they said they would honor the online if I pay for it again inside the store. Try to pay for it again inside the store. They turned round and said, I'm sorry, but we don't accept any credit cards or debit cards. At this time. We have no internet. There's no warning, there's no note on a glass or door saying that they have that kind of problem. I wasted my lunchtime to get a subway sandwich that I could not get even though I have a receipt. I would never go to this establishment again. And the manager is an egg head. He could have honored the receipt, but he refused to do so for $7. And 95 cents 99 cents, they would not honor my receipt, even though I could show it to them on my phone. I will never deal with that Subway again. And they said, this happens all the time. This subway is probably my favorite one in Manassas. It is run by a korean family. All the korean girls are really friendly and super nice. This location is very clean and was just actually remodelled. I have not been there since the remodel.. but I'm sure it's even cleaner now. I'm reviewing this subway to compare to the one on centreville road in Manassas. All subways are franchises.. so they are all a little bit different. read more

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered off the new subway app. 2 sandwiches. Made exactly how I requested. App allowed for instructions such as "less or extra" and I just the desired level of veggies, which usually doesnt happen. Overall no complaints. Meat seemed fresh as did the bread. Stopped here tonight for a personal pepperoni pizza. The service was fast and friendly service but the people working their all had trouble understanding English. I'm not sure what's wrong with this location. I went for breakfast 2 days in a row. The first day, I told the kid behind the counter I wanted a footlong egg white sandwich on flatbread. He responded, "What kind? What length? What type of bread?" Okay. . .I think he was being trained, so I went back today. As someone else noted, the employees are surly and act like it's a bother to make the sandwich. If it's true that it's all the owner's family, he should consider hiring outside of his family. Choose this Subway in Manassas first. During several visits, I found 1) best sandwich, 2) friendly owner and workers, and 3) clean store and tables. I am very scrutinizing of Subways because too often I find their portions too small and sandwiches flat. I hate being able to count the onion slivers, black olive pieces, or strips of pepper, which is what I can do in many Subways. Not here. I get a quality sandwich with a respectable amount of toppings. The owner and staff are "cheerfully" friendly, they "smile," and are courteous. Oh, they take coupons, and in some way have contributed to my loss of 35 lbs. The average 6" sub is 400 calaries while the great tasting burgers are 1000, more filling, and half the cost of the burger. The best Subway in the area! The owner of this franchise seems to have members of his family work there. All the vegetables is cut perfectly and the bread always baked just right. My daughter and I came here tonight since we had coupons. Everything was polite and fine until he went to ring us up and told us the ham was excluded from the coupon (which it DOES NOT) say. Okay fine, we had a miscommunication cool. We go through the process again ordering a sandwich other then ham. The owner who's always seemed to be very polite rang us up this time for both two subs until I explained what happened. When I gave him the coupon her clicked his teeth and tossed it on the back counter with other papers and receipts I guess. While paying I asked to see the coupon again and he stands with his hand on his hip until I hand it back. He then FLUNG my receipt almost off the counter. Before I left the register I told him how rude he was and it was just a mix up. He then says something about how there was nothing wrong with the food and for him to take it back! one of the worst subways ive ever been to. i understand its fast food, but the quality of the food and staff, makes me want to drive an extra 10 miles to ANY other sub/ sandwich shop. the few things that were bad: -the bread was old and stale, and it was only 11AM. so its not like it was sitting around after a long day. it was as if they thought "this bread is only a week old, we can still use it" -the "sandwich artisan" put minimal toppings on, and when i requested more of that topping she tried to "pretend" to put more on there! for those wondering how you "pretend" to put more on here is how - step one grab a hand full of onion - step two close your hand so none of those onions get away -step three spread the (already added) onion around, on the sandwich, into a new pattern -step four put back the same amount of onions you took out of the tray. -the "sandwich artisan" couldn't help me because she didn't understand what i was saying. forgive me if i seem a bit bigoted at this point, but when i am trying to explain that i was a chicken sandwich and you point to the tuna salad, you may need to take a class or two in English. -the store it self just seemed gross. the place seems like an old 1980's k-mart that hasn't been kept up with. dirt all over the floor, dirty glass (where the veggies are kept), dusty old fans blowing dust onto everything i ate... gross man! that being said i love subway at times. i enjoy getting a sandwich made "my way," and a happy, hard working staff. I have visited this particular Subway multiple times and have ultimately decided I will not be back. The employees act like they can't hear your order so you have to tell them multiple times what you would like. The most annoying part of the experience is how they try to cheaply dress your sandwich. I mean lets get real - how much do cold vegetables truly cost? And truthfully I don't like to tell someone "more lettuce please" .... "more oil and vinegar" and the list goes on. Most importantly when I bring my family inside a quick restaurant and buy $30 worth of sandwiches I don't want to feel awkward asking for more of this and more of that.
