This Chick-fil-A location is perfect for most of my work days in the Manassas area. It's great to have the confidence that I can either swing inside or go through the drive thru and be taken care and on my way often in 5 minutes. My food has been delicious and they often send treats on the mobile One app that keep me coming back. I may be an addict haha. Also, the staff has been friendly and focused when handling my orders. The outside servers taking orders during high traffic times have been cheery and polite no matter what time in the morning or afternoon I have come by. read more

My husband and I took 5 kids to this place for a lunch. As soon as we sat down, a person behind our table spilled orange juice but didn't clean up the mess or called somebody to clean up. So my husband told one of the workers that someone spilled on the floor. When we got done eating, my kid got up and slipped and hurt his knee. Finally someone came out and clean up the mess after my husband told a cashier about my son slipped. My son didn't get hurt much but what if he slipped and hit his head on the floor. I can't believe I'm about to write a review for a fast food chain, but here we go... I didn't feel like eating my usual of a salad for dinner tonight, so I decided on something that was low-cost and yet still tasty: the greatest fast-food chain of them all, Chick-fil-a. So boom, I pull up and the drive-thru line is wrapped around the doggone restaurant, I contemplate going inside, but I changed my mind because the music on the radio was good. I get in line and it's moving so quick...I look and they 2 people working outside. That's right, no speaking through an intercom, a worker took my order via an iPad, then another grabbed my payment method as I pulled slightly forward. As I talked to him about my amazement of how unique the experience was, he said "this is more personable right?" Yep! By the time I got to the window, they were handing me my bag. I mean whoa! Fastest & most personalized experience ever. I think this tops the time I ate inside a chick-fil-a and they had workers walking around like waiters, refilling drinks and etc. My experience was so positive I called the store and spoke with the manager about it. read more

Today is National Chick Fil-A day. This place was PACKED! The drive thru line wrapped around the building. Chick-Fil-A was more than ready. They had employees taking drive thru orders in the parking lot! Inside was organized chaos. They had five register lanes open. Even with all of this chaos, I was able to get in and out with hot food in 10-minutes! It was amazing! With such a large crowd, Chick-Fil-A was still paying attention to detail. The cashiers were still smiling and friendly, the restaurant was still clean and well stocked. It was the most amazing display of good management I have ever seen! Bravo! read more

I love Chick-Fil-A so much already. Every time I got no matter where they have consistently good food, service and clean restaurants. As an example of good service I came in this one 5 min after breakfast ended and they still served me. They even checked to make sure they still had what i wanted + hash browns before telling me it was okay. Then they brought me the wrong sandwich. Lol. But they realized the mistake before I did and switched it out fast. Sorry I can't speak how well they cater to kids because I don't have any and I've never been in the play area to see how clean it is. Since we are heading into March Madness, I'll use a college hoops analogy: If Chick-Fil-A were visiting my home court, my fans would be chanting "O-VER-RAT-ED" Their chicken sandwich is OK, but extremely overpriced. I do like their nuggets and strips. Their waffle fries are rather bland, but there is something about Chick-Fil-A mayo. I don't know what it is, but that stuff added to fries is awesome. But none of that makes me want to sit in the ridiculous lines that you see at Chick-Fil-A during lunch and dinner. The service is typically nice but it can be slow, especially in the summer when the teeny-boppers are getting ice cream and shakes. And I've gotten some of the worse service in my life at the Chick-Fil-A on Liberia (not this one) The lines are more manageable at breakfast however, so I decided to give them a run for breakfast this morning. I ordered two breakfast burritos - one sausage and one chicken. The service was super polite and quickly brought my food for to the table. The chicken burrito was OK, but they should use grilled chicken. The breading on the fried patties gets lost in the filling and just adds calories with no extra flavor. The sausage burrito was a bit better, but still a bit on the boring side. Both burritos needed salsa AND buffalo sauce to add flavor. Now before I get assaulted by all the CFA fans, please remember that 3-stars is "A-OK", and CFA is definitely OK. I'd come back for breakfast ... although if it were a choice between CFA and McDonald's for breakfast, there's no question that I'd choose the golden arches over the cartoon cows. read more

Are you kidding me? Who does that? AWESOME GUY AT CHIC FILA DOES THAT. THAT'S WHO. Next. I've noticed them doing this thing lately where they put employees on the outside to take up your order. Ive found it speeds up the ENTIRE process. The people are well dressed, and their personalities and attitudes are awesome. They ask for your name. I was, "Mr. Tim". "Have a great day, Mr Tim!" Thats awesome haha. They make everybody feel like a somebody. Which if somebody was having a terrible day, that could be the one thing to turn it around. This location is fantastic! Jason and Mani are great, the staff is attentive and overall good people. They come outside rain or shine, hot or cold, to take orders via tablet which speeds up the drive-thru exponentially. I've seen them go at speeds up to 115 cars per hour! I was surprised by the very friendly service but I knew I would like the food. It's about 99% chicken here but its all good. I actually had chick fil-a for breakfast as well and that was really good too but this lunch was impressive. They've got a little play place for the kids and the atmosphere is very bright and friendly good job all around. When I go to Chic-fil-A, I head into the experience with pretty high levels of service excellence expectations.... I mean, McDonalds service would be unacceptable there. I wasn't in line for too long before I was able to place my order. I took the kids to settle in at a table and before I could turn around, a server was at our table with the tray. wow. The food was great, everything was fresh. nice. a short time later another employee approached the table and asked if she could refresh our drinks.... the kids ran off to play.... she returned and offered to clear out table..... thank you so much! This Chick-Fil-A is not just an ordinary fast food restautant. All the workers here who interact with customers are professional. The cashier will make sure that he/she understands your order correctly before making the payment. They also deliver the food to your table once your order is ready! When I was looking for a place to sit, I found some of the tables dirty - seeing my expression, a worker immediately told me that he is going to clean the tables for me although I was fine with sitting wherever. This is a fast food restaurant with fast order and cheap sandwiches(& other food) but it cannot be compared to McDonalds and Burger Kings. I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until tonight. They usually have great customer service and I love that. Tonight, though, was a completely different story. I went to the drive thru and they had 2 employees outside with the tablets to take orders. There were 2 cars ahead of me that had already placed their orders. The one girl told me that the male employee would take my order (maybe she didn't feel like taking any more orders...I don't know). So instead of taking my order, the kid walks around the building. When the girl saw that he wasn't taking my order, she did not take my order, she just went to the car that had just pulled up behind me. So I left the drive thru line, and as I drove around the building, the kid was back there drinking a soda. Had he said something like, "I need to get a sip of my soda and then I'll be right with you" I would've been ok. But the fact that he just walked off and was chilling behind the building, and the girl didn't take my order either, really ticked me off. That isn't the typical customer service that I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. On the positive side? I saved myself some calories and money! read more
