But today i was absolutely shocked by how rude the worker that took my order in the drive through was. He wouldn't let me finish my order and just had the nastiest attitude. Probably the only time I will give a fast food place 5 stars, this place has the best customer service I have seen at such a busy location. All of the employees go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I once even dropped my fries when a car flew around the corner and they even gave me a fresh new batch free of charge. This place is so awesome. All the staff are so kind. It's amazing. We go there often. I went there 2 days ago with my husband. We both were so happy with their kind service. I mean their service is better than service you receive at doctor's office, banks and high end restaurants. There was a young gentleman who might be the manager who made sure we were very satisfied. They even brought our food to the table. They wanted to throw the trash in trash can themselves and I snatched it. I want to clean up my trash myself. Esp. if I am not giving them any tips. I felt so bad about not giving them tips but my husband said they don't take tips. Is that true? Are customers allowed to tip Chick Fil A staffs? I mean they deserved it. stopped this morning on my way to a meeting, as I started up the ramp to Rt 66, i took out the box of hashbrowns and as I was getting it out of the bag, a cup of brown soda rolled out of the box of hash browns onto my clothes, ruined for work and as you know there is no turning back once on that ramp to Rt66. i opened the box and the hashbrowns are soggy with brown soda on them. I ordered a lemonade and a bacon egg cheese biscuit and what I got was soggy breakfast and ruinned clothes for work today. The stickems from the brown soda is all over everything in my car, my steering wheel, my gear shift panel--everything. ONE STOP THAT I WISH I HAD NOT MADE TODAY. Chick fila on Sudley Manor drive in Manassas, VA---sloppy delivery and sneaky methods--because they knew and handed this off to me, whoever is preparing the drinks knows he/she dropped that in my hashbrowns, they knowingly boxed it up and passed it along to me the dumb customer in the drive thru who got her clothes ruined and a soggy 'un-edible' breakfast with stickems in her car that now has to be cleaned as well. Chick-fil-a you ruined my morning, my clothes, my car interior, and my breakfast that I paid for. I have called them 3 times but my call keeps getting dropped. They answer but then hangup. Good food period! And for a fast food, their customer service is bananas. In 2 weeks Saturday, they are having family game night. All Chiks have promotions going on, and its not cheesy! Its worth showing up! My boys got free sandwhich from their schools. Great organization. The kids play place is a bit small but kids still have fun. the waffle fries dipped in Chick-Fil-A sauce is the bomb! Even poured on the sandwiches! They invited the chicken sandwhich, so they say! Which is what I had today and yum!!! Oh they are closed which sucks but to honor God and give their employees an extra day off is always great! What can I say? It's Chik-fil-a! They are super clean, have a play area for the kids, and the food is yummy. I am still always surprised at how buttery, moist and delicious the biscuits are for the morning sandwiches. The drive-thru moves quickly, and the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. I actually did not order any food today but I need to rave about this particular location...... I work in the rehabilitation field and I came in with a client today who is learning how to drive again. When given the choice to drive wherever he wanted to, this is where he chose. Eduardo was ready to wait on us upon entering and was extremely kind and patient and recalled my client from his previous visits. He went above and beyond to ensure my client understood his order in full and brought the food over to him himself. He went on to thank me for my job in helping this client regain his independence and return to the community. It is not every day that you can see such a show of genuine kindness and compassion. In the future, I will be sure to make this location a regular on my stops! Definition of efficient. Went on a Saturday at 1pm when the line for the drive thru was wrapping around the building. They had an employee outside grabbing people's orders while the other grabbed the payment. When I pulled up to the window all I had to do was grab my food.
