I frequent both the Sudley and Liberia locations and the only issue I have for both is that the bread and pastry selections are limited by lunch time. They are open until 8, so why can't we have a better selection during the last 8 hours of the day? They have a high volume of business, with a lot of loyal customers, and there's still plenty of seating and lots of outlets to charge your devices (which is very thoughtful). This Panera Bread restaurant is conveniently located near my job which is absolutely wonderful. I had the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, an apple, a chocolate croissant, and a crisp, cold bottle of water. Everything was perfectly delicious. I've been to this Panera location a handful of times and always have enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There's plenty of parking available since it's in a strip mall type area. Usually, I get the pick two with a half sandwich and salad (most likely either the Fuji apple or green goddess) Today, I decided to try one of their new flatbreads - I got the chipotle chicken and bacon flatbread. I also got a half Fuji apple salad with chicken. The flatbread was very tasty! As usual, so was the Fuji apple salad. Mmk, I made the mistake of giving this location one more chance for delivery. Order was missing our baguette and Mac and cheese. The receipt even has them both on it, but they just (once again) didn't bother to double check. Instead I received a broccoli soup, not even listed on the receipt. Won't be ordering delivery from here again. It really sucks, I want to love this place.... I recommend that IF you decide to order from here to do so over Door-dash and not the Panera app. At least you can report missing / wrong items on there and actually get credited for it instead of not being able to reach anyone from the store. I love most everything Panera! However yesterday I decided to try their new chicken sandwich. It could be an off day but I ended up throwing most of it away. The chicken was tough, dry and tasteless. The brioche bun was dry and crumbly. Very little sauce and a few sprigs of spring mix resulted in a tasteless combination. I attempted to rectify with a packet of mayonnaise but I just gave up and tossed it. I'd recommend avoiding this store. It's poorly ran. Always have issues. When ordering using rapid pick up via the Panera App, the items are never ready when it's marked ready. Last time it took them an additional 7 minutes to gather the order AFTER its marked ready. I'd avoid doing any delivery options for this location as well. This is a very clean location that is ALWAYS busy, though the strip mall it's in is questionable. Also, the people who take orders are very friendly (albeit one or two of them is a little slow) and the food comes out fast. The first thing he said to me was that he couldn't find my apartment next time I need to put the address on there, he was abrasive and had an attitude. This Panera Bread regularly is out of stuff but the online app allows you to order, and when you go pick up your order, they tell you at the counter that they ran out of XYZ. This is frustrating especially if you're picking up an order that isn't only for yourself and you don't know what the person would want instead, so you end up getting stuck there, calling the person who wanted XYZ and then have to wait even longer for Panera to prepare the new item. I wish someone could call the person who made the order so everybody would have more time to respond to a change in the order. read more

Panera is decent... always has been, but this location, I'm afraid, is a no-go. This location is down the street from my office so it's convenient, but from now on, I'm only going to be going for bagels and pastries... no real food. I went this morning to grab a bagel and decided to get their poppy seed/strawberry salad (the entire thing only has 280 calories, and they have it every summer, it's awesome) and hang on to it for lunch. The salad is supposed to have chicken, lettuce, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, pineapple, mandarin oranges and the dressing. Tell me why I found a lemon seed, a couple of corn kernels, and some other inanimate mysterious (and gross) looking something. Aside from that, one of my lettuce leafs was moldy. That's just dirty and disgusting. To further leave a bad taste (no pun intended, well, maybe a little pun intended) in my mouth, the woman that made it was one of the supervisors/assistant managers. If they're not careful enough to check out ingredients in the morning, their employees won't be either. Basically, I'm sticking to things that can't really go wrong - bagels, drinks, etc - from now on. I'd stay away from the food they "prepare" there... doesn't look like they're very clean or cautious. read more

Went here recently for a late lunch. Wife and I each ordered a lunch combo, which is 1) salad or sandwich; 2) cup of soup, and 3) fruit/apple or chips. They messed up my wife's order and instead of a salad, she got a sandwich, but we brought this to their attention and they corrected it immediately. Everything is fresh and tasty. Would return. When you consider spending $12-15 for two "value meals" at McD or BK, you can bump it up a few bucks and eat much healthier here. read more

Friendly staff, very clean dining area, and quick turnaround for food! I came in as I was passing through for a quick bite with my son. A necessity for the potty almost immediately after we got our food (in perfect kid-like fashion) ended up with us returning to a completely empty (and very clean) table where all our food, full drinks, etc. had been discarded.
