The normal stellar service here must have had a major hitch. I ordered 30 nuggets. When I got my order I asked of it was everything and was barked at that yes, the order was complete. I mentioned it looked a bit small for 30 nuggets and she walked away. It was NOT my nuggets. It was a chicken sandwich. Since I was home when I looked in the bag and was on a time crunch trying to get dinner and leave for a function, it was disappointing to the entire family. Queue DJ Khalid "Another one"... Yes, another poor review for this location. On 9-9-23 (Sat), I came here around 6 pm. I was hoping to get a small light dinner since I wasn't too hungry. It was raining, so they had no people outside to take orders (which is understandable). We had to place our orders on the speaker instead. The wait was ssoooooooooo long. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive-through. Here's where it becomes a shame... I ordered a SOUTHWEST chicken salad, and for some reason, I get home and see they basically just made up some new salad from Chick fila because it was a mix of a market and southwest. Like why does my salad have corn, beans, apples, strawberries??! Of course I would have loved to go back and get a refund, but then again it'll take 30min to get that too! Pulling up to this Chick-fil-A, I notice there's one line only at the drive thru. Cars are backed up course. The day I went there were also no employees outside taking pre-orders. But the line did move along. I did like that there was a browser board set up 2 car lengths before the order board. I feel more fast food drive through lines should have this set up. I can't remember all the options available when I want to eat outside my normal combo. So I appreciated the browser board. My medium fries were stuffed full into their box and overflowing! My #1 chicken sandwich was great! Why give me all that love and only 1 tub of sauce!? It's OK I had an extra in my desk. ;) It all worked out. Food was hot and delicious as always. I've been coming to this location regularly during my lunch break, and the customer service continues to be disappointing. Employees consistently avoid interacting with me, and during my last visit an employee walked around checking on every table, except mine. It's frustrating to feel intentionally overlooked. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because of Kathy. She is the one person who consistently delivers great service, and she's the reason I've continued giving this place a chance. Huge respect to her, I truly hope she's being recognized and compensated for how hard she works. read more

I have dinner at this Chick -fil-a once a week. Went in today at it was daddy daughter date night and about 2/3rds of the tables had pink table clothes and fake candles. When I ordered my meal I jokingly asked if I was going to be able to eat here without my daughter? They jokingly said yes! After my order, I was given my table tent so they could bring me my food. I looked for a table that was not for daddy/daughter and there were none. So I began to sit down at one of six open tables for daddy/daughter. Before I could even sit down, 2 employees told me I could not sit there and they would find me another seat, but I told them there none. The looked and there were none so I was given the choice to eat outside. The GM got inColby's and had no solutions, it was more important to keep open daddy/daughter tables than to allow me to sit. I ate in my car and there was no "it is my pleasure". I think I was discriminated against because I did not have a daughter with me and could only sit outside. It did not even seem like they wanted to solve the problem. Couple more years and Chick-fil-a will be like McDonalds! read more

The food was as to be expected. The service wasn't however. Twice now in the past month I've been missing items. Ranch was missing from the salads and today the chocolate milk was missing from my toddlers kids meal. I wasn't going to go back either time for these items. I went through the drive-through both times and didn't want to have to wait in line for missing items and purposely didn't want to go in. I called tonight and all I got wqs an apology. I've learned though that if you do the mobile order you can run in and pick up your meal with little wait. The staff here are so friendly and nice. The owner of this Chick Fil A is a nice, friendly, old guy, who whenever you see him, he's nice to talk to. He also makes sure your order is taken care of right. This is possibly the slowest chick fil a I have ever been to. I was craving chick fil a last week and came here. The line was fairly long which was fine. In total maybe it took me about 30 minutes to get through as I was in the middle of the long line. The small fries I ordered only came half full... that was very disappointing especially for the time I invested. Today I was craving chick fil a again. It is rare that I crave it but I made another mobile order for rapid pick up for one sandwich. The line was massive when I got there, I mean it is summer. However, I decided to do curbside pick up. Bad choice. This just means they're okay with you sitting pretty while the drive thru moves along. I would recommend going to Sudley rd. Over this one. This is the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. They're so horribly slow; I placed a mobile pick up and waited inside for 20 minutes. I kept eyeing a bag that would have my salad, and I saw my drink sitting there as well. The employees there didn't work with any urgency, and they were also ringing each other up for their food and chatting. One employee (who looked like she was on her break) noticed another customer who was waiting longer than I have, got up, and gave him his order (a bag that was ALSO just sitting there ready to go). Eventually my order was called too. The salad was warm, which is gross considering when I order salads at different locations, the vegetables, cheese, and egg are cold besides the nuggets also included. Some of the lettuce was old and brown/bruised. The drink I ordered got watered down from sitting there for too long. I'll never make the mistake of coming here. This is by far the WORST Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. I have been traveling the US for over 4 years now, and have visited over 80 different Chick-Fil-A locations. I stopped here on the way back to my hotel today, and nicely asked for Chick-fil-A sauce in my bag, as I went through the drive through. They never put the sauce in the bag, so I ended up having to go back through the line. As I went back through, just 5 minutes after getting my food, they REFUSED to give me any sauce, and said I would have to ORDER ANOTHER food item, just to get some damn sauce. I understand you need to get pay for something to get the free sauce, but that is what I just did!!! What in the world!!! I had already spent over $50 in food, I just wanted 1 freaking sauce!! Ordered curbside one salad. Once I placed my order it took 12 minutes to be brought out. The drive thru line moved a lot faster and all cars that were there when I arrived were long gone while I was still waiting. I would not order curbside here again. Was quite unhappy with my cobb salad that cost 9.11. The was lots of romaine lettuce, a bit off slice hardboiled egg, tasteless super cold grape tomatoes and the worst part was the fried chicken nuggets were so salty I felt like I was just eating plain salt. If I was dining in I would have definitely returned it and asked for my money back. Chikfila chicken tends to be salty but this time it exceeded their normal as if when it was made it got accidentally more salt than the recipe required. It was really inedible. So I got there at 4:00 I didn't leave the drive thru until 4:29 on the dot. I'm not sure if it's because they were understaffed but I have lived in Bristow for a couple years now and I've always used that excuse I don't know what goes on in that place. Well....this location isn't bad. It's just not the best that you can get at the other ones. It's always busy as the others, but it's the brand that sustains this. The portions are smaller and the seasoning is spicier or more so on their food. I know that after I ate a Cobb salad, my tummy temp was hot. Why is that? Other than that, it's kinda weird getting financial counseling from the drive thru guy. I mean, it's Christmas and I used a card that's been busy these past few weeks for the points, so it declined. But, I didn't expect to be told, "that's why I use cash." No problem, I gave the bank card with all my big bucks in it. I was super excited to visit Chick-fil-A this morning, because I hardly have time to get to Chick-fil-A before Chicken Minis stop being served. And as always, I was not disappointed. The Chicken Minis were amazing, and I ordered fries (even though it was 8:30 am!) and they were happy to make me a fresh order since they didn't have any made yet. Still, the food came out pretty quickly and was nice and hot. The best part of my meal though was our cashier David. He was extremely friendly, even though it was super early in the morning. I know that Chick-fil-A employees always say, "it's my pleasure," but David really made it seem like it was! He joked around with me, really loaded me up with sauces, and threw out my tray when we were done eating. He was awesome! read more

My credit card number was stolen by an employee and re-used five times, till I caught it. Called both this store and their national HQ in Atlanta, was told we will get back to you and nothing. I paid by credit card drive thru at this store, so I still had the card, but the number was re-used to eat at five chick-fil-a places in the next two weeks, all at one town several miles away from this store. So it had to be an employee because any other use of the card would have been caught, all they had was the number and I gave it to the employee to pay. I'm very happy with Chick-fil-A. The other day I went to McDonald's and went inside to a kiosk. I ordered a Quarter Pounder NO CHEESE meal. This is a fast food restaurant that feels like a 'sit down' restaurant. Where else can you go and everyone greets with you with 'hello' when you walk in the door? I placed my order and the lady brogut me my food. She even stopped by my table to bring extra napkins. Came here for a quick bite. There was an issue with equipment in the drive thru so the quick part went out the window. The efficiency of the staff during this period was remarkable, though, and they pushed vehicles through. I ordered 6 tenders and a salad and my meal was good. Tenders were hot and tasty and not over-breaded and the salad was fresh. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will be back. read more

Very disappointing visit to Chick Fil A this morning for breakfast. They were having an issue with the fryer and smoke filled the back portion of the restaurant. There was no hash browns available. We gave our order for my son's family and ours. A Trainee was taking the order. We were told there was no hash browns but were offered parfaits. We really didn't want them. We wanted potatoes. We were never told there was an up charge of $2.34 for each combo and were surprised when the total order was over $70. We spoke to a manager about this and she could not understand that we really didn't want parfaits and that we ordered combos with hash browns and their substitution was to up charge us. That doesn't make sense. Anyway she offers no resolution or an apology. So disappointed in Chick Fil A. Worst experience ever and it was not handled correctly. We were never told that we would be charged more and they left the poor trainee and to deal with all the customers. read more
