    Advertised fruit parfait

Today I ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait from the Marlborough, MA location. I think using the "fruit" description in this item is quite a stretch considering there were 2 pathetically tiny blueberries and 3/4 of a strawberry artfully arranged in this treat. The contrast between what they advertise on the menu as opposed to what you actually get is just absurd. Have you ever heard the phrase that you eat with your eyes first, in this instance I wished for blindness. P.S. the chicken noodle soup was just okay, but at least there was some chicken and noodles in that. I want a refund!! Major disappointment.

Always a pleasure being served at any Chick-fil-a. There no better chicken sandwich around and no better service. Place is very clean and welcoming.

Chick-fil-A is the best!! The chicken strips are so good and they have FLAVOR. there is a park for kids in there and it's big! You can also eat outside or inside, it's your option! The chocolate milk for kids is sooo good I love it so much. If you want to eat fast food choose Chick-fil-A. It's my favorite fast food restaurant!!

Ordered the market salad and the chicken usually comes in one whole piece (filet). This time it's shredded. I mean didn't look like the photo. Shredding and cutting a chicken is very different. Did I ask you to shred it????? Did I ask for this dog food. Perfect example of lazy disgusting food serve. Put it in one whole piece or cut the chicken as it should be!!! And you gave me a knife and now why would you give me a knife when I can't even use it to cut my chicken when you already shred this piece of thing .

Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Large Waffle Fries

Came here for a light dinner. This location is the least busy of the four locations I have been to so far but quality is still good. Like other locations, they have a big parking lot and their app is good to use. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and large waffle fries. Both were good and tasted as you expect. My only complaint was the chicken in the sandwich was very small size. But extra points for the fancy bun. Overall, well cooked and assembled. Love that they offer variety of sauces to remix your sandwiches and fries. It is pretty awesome. Pro tip: drizzle enough sauces on the sandwich with each bite so the the sauce won't drip out. Chick-fil-A sauce is also awesome and very versatile.

Well, I'll admit I am late to the game. This is my very first time trying Chick-fil-A. I hear about it all the time. Saw the long line at airports when transferring flights. Never had the desire to wait in the long lines. So, it never happened. Not to mention, don't have any up here, except for in the Airport. I asked my friends and relatives what the big deal was, and they simply said, "Fresh, Tasty, and Service." Something I've noticed the old fast food joints seemed to have forgotten. So, I finished my meeting and was anxious to get back to Albany in time for my Friday night rendezvous. Was just high noon, and I was filling my rental with enough gas to get me to Albany, and make sure their was still the required amount in the tank when returned. We all know how that goes. As I stood there contemplating the to-go snacks I would pick up in the service station convenience store, I saw a familiar sign poking its head out just beyond the hill. "Ah, Ha!" I thought, in excitement. The opportunity presented itself, so I of course obliged the Chick-fil-A gods. First, I checked the menu on my trusty iPhone, so that I would not be that annoying person in the drive through saying, "Let me seeeee, what do I want to orderrrrrr.... I'd like the..... ummmmm.... hmmmmm." Instead I opted to go with their simple mainstay item... one regular and one spicy. Wanted to taste both and see, as I like both flavors, and really depends on my mood. The person taking my order was polite, and knew exactly what I wanted. One regular chicken sandwich meal, and then the spicy one by itself no pickles. Figure see if it makes any difference. Food came in nice wrappers. I drove for a while, and found a nice place to stop in the shade. It was about 10 minutes or more, and I was panicking my fast food would get cold fast. Always worry about that when ordering fast food to-go. Wow, was I surprised. Must have been the special wrapper, but the sandwiches were still piping hot. I mean hot like just off the grill. They were also very tasty, juicy, and fresh, just like everyone said. I tried the regular first, and ate it so fast, was ready for the spicy one next. Talk about addiction. I can now understand the craze. The spice was perfect, the breading crispy, sealing in the juicy white meat. The chunk of meat was just the right size. I wonder if this is what the original McDonald's burgers must have tasted like years ago, before they became commercialized flat bland pieces of meat. Well, there you have it. I am a fan, and will definitely try again, maybe their deluxe next time, and their nuggets and chicken strips which I hear are delicious. They'd have 5 stars from me, if they actually had one in Albany, and not stuck behind the airport security gate.

Jamaican beef patty with cheese was surprisingly quite good. The chicken itself was made really well. Crispy outside juicy inside. Good seasoning. Curly fries were made well. We asked for cheese on it and that was the only downside we found. Cheese wasn't heated up so it was like lukewarm cheez whiz on top of what probably was at one point crispy hot curly fries. Mashed potatoes were ok. It wasn't anything special. It was a lot of food at an affordable price. Would be interested in trying some of the fried fish options someday. Pretty solid place for fried chicken!

Rather than offering a large selection, the restaurant emphasizes consistency and freshly prepared food. We walked into a clean, well maintained space that was busy but organized, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line and a dining room that stayed comfortable even as it filled up. It is the kind of place to visit when you are craving crispy fried chicken without having to sort through an overwhelming menu. The chicken sandwich was the highlight of our visit. The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked to order with a crispy coating that stayed crunchy throughout the meal. The toasted bun, crisp lettuce, and Cane's Sauce complemented the chicken without overpowering it, making for a straightforward but satisfying sandwich. The signature Cane's Sauce is what really ties everything together, adding a tangy, peppery flavor that pairs well with both the sandwich and the fries. The sides are simple but solid. The crinkle-cut fries are lightly seasoned, the Texas toast is buttery and soft with a crisp exterior, and the coleslaw provides a refreshing contrast to the fried chicken. While the menu is limited, everything works well together and feels intentionally designed rather than offering unnecessary extras. Service was quick despite the restaurant being busy, and the food arrived fresh from the kitchen. The dining room was clean and well maintained, though this location can become crowded during peak meal hours. Even with the steady flow of customers, the staff kept the line moving efficiently, and the team handled the volume with a practiced rhythm that kept the experience smooth. Overall, Raising Cane's delivers exactly what it promises: fresh chicken, simple sides, and a signature sauce that has become a fan favorite. We think the quality is worth it so this is our newish go-to for wings. Perfect for takeout as they usually time things well if you order online. Not a ton of parking so the lot can get full if it's a busy time. Not a lot of seating inside and the place seems to be catered toward takeout. Had the original, honey garlic, and spicy galbi. All three were great (photos are of leftovers the day after, sorry). Love the pickled radish that comes as a side. We ordered three boxes for two people which was plenty. The half/half box might be worth it if you're eating alone and really want variety, otherwise, I would go for individual boxes since you get more for your money. Since I'm eating the leftovers as I write the review, I will say they are definitely not as good as leftovers (not surprising) since they lose their crunch. Still tasty though!

I almost gave up looking for this place until I saw a fellow yelper's review--which was very helpful. Google reviews sorted by most relevant--the first three reviews from this date has no mentions of it being inside the Protein House. SMH. Aside from the poor lack of direction, best way to get some fried chicken is to order online or delivery according to other review platforms. The online ordering was easy peasy though. Order was on time of scheduled pickup time We ordered a 5 pack of chicken, Mac salad, and cabbage slaw. The chicken pieces were huge. Super crunchy and moist on the inside. Nice and hot when we got it. I really enjoyed the chicken. Wife thought it was a tad too sweet. Mac salad she enjoyed but I thought it was alright. The cabbage slaw was pretty good combining with the chicken to balance out the sweetness. Overall the chicken was the main star and I give it a thumbs up. Just super frustrating to drive out of my way to hunt down this place when it's hidden in the Protein House. Reason for a mediocre 3 star review is the lack of direction to finding this chicken. I would have gave it a 5 since I enjoyed the chicken. Maybe it was posted on other social media platforms--but not everyone is active there. Cheers and good luck chasing this chicken down.

Spent 15 min walking around looking for the place! Grr! She said you have to place your order online only. By creating an online account. Pay over the internet. Cannot order over the phone. Takes 30 min for an "asap" order to be ready. Food was probably read on-time- but ya know - I COULDN'T FIND THE PLACE. So by the time it makes the trek home it was warm but at least not cold. Chicken was pretty good. Boneless, basically crispy. Would have been nice if the seasonings / sauce / toppings on the chicken were actually put evenly on all pieces. Top two had most. Ube was interesting with the coconut. I'm told the Mac salad was decent as well. Would prefer a hot side - so I guess I just need rice next time as the only warm side option. All and all an ok fried chicken with nice flavor, juicy chicken and not much fat on the thigh which is good. But hot meals need more hot side options too. Just REALLY wish this freaking place had SOME kind of sign on it ... or that the people working there would automatically tell confused people calling where to FIND them. (Bc id already ordered and paid for the food need to know where to find them!) Not going to be worth the 30 min trip over (happened to have been in the area) for fried chicken but not bad if ure in the area. Maybe it would be better as a sandwich.
