Last time I got a sandwich there the chicken only covered half the bun. So, I had a bun sandwich.

Same great food as all the other Chick-Fil-A's but the employees are super slow. I suggest the owner of this business take a look at the McDonalds drive-thru down the street. That's how you should operate for fast service. Hold your employees accountable! Make them do their job or fire them and get better employees. Maybe pay them an extra buck an hour after 6 months if they're a hard worker. Don't become another Sonic. That place is a dump and everyone can see why. They're employees don't care and management won't address it. read more

Regardless of what everyone says about this Cick Fil A, they are the kindest staff that I've encountered. They are new and I'm sure getting used to all the traffic that comes through here, they have ALWAYS got my order right. So I am glad they are making sure our orders are good and thorough! Their food is great! No complaints whatsoever ever. It's chick fil a, so how can you expect it to be super done and ready when they make it there on the spot! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I never thought there would come a day that I'd ever give a Chick-fil-A a bad review but this location is AWFUL. The very first time I went was for breakfast and there were only 2 cars in front of me. 23 minutes later and no "sorry for the insanely long wait with only 2 people ahead of you" I drove off with my food. I've gone two or three times now for breakfast and every time my biscuit is smashed and covered in SO much butter that I thought I was at McDonald's. Clearly they don't change the oil for the hash browns often either because mine were a dark brown color and tasted odd. I must have gone to CfA for breakfast in Orlando and Jacksonville almost every day but now, I won't be going. This location is crap. On top of that, I go in to order 4 peppermint milkshakes for my nieces and nephew and I'm told they're out of peppermint. What in the world? They just came back out with those things, they're super popular and you run out of peppermint? The response I got from the manager was an automated "sorry for the snag" with a coupon for a free shake. Clearly doesn't even care enough to make it look sincere. After waiting in line for more than 30 mins, I was asked to pull to the side. Waited another 5 mins when employee brought my meal out but left all condiments. Get home only to realize that my 8 piece chicken was a 4 piece and my spicy deluxe meal was not a spicy or a deluxe. I initially called to have the corrections made, auto system directs you to corporate. Corporate tells me they will upload correct meals to my account. Couple weeks go by and that was not done. Call back, rep says they put in wrong email and will correct, another week and not done. At this point, I have asked to be called back by the store manager as there is a lot of issues with this location. Still have not gotten a call back, a replacement for my incorrect meals or my money back. Does chick fil a Mayfield really care??? Nope. This is a franchise so Corporate is not much use. I've had my order messed up many times hear and just sucked it up but if we keep not saying anything, it will keep happening. read more

I live the food from this chain! However this locations drive thru needs significant improvement. Over 12 min in line. Which was only 3 cars deep past the order screen. Arrived at window for nuggets and lemonade. LOTS of people working and talking about friends etc behind the person serving the window. Lemonade was not poured. Nuggets were Luke warm! Waited to get drink. Needs some serious process improvements in the back office. read more

CURBSIDE IS AWESOME!!! This restaurant's curbside service during this time of social distancing has been pretty terrific. My order has been accurate and brought out promptly. I didn't give 5 stars because our chicken nuggets were hard today, and frankly, tasted as if they were served after their expiration time. That's pretty unusual for this restaurant, so hopefully that won't be the case next time. The young lady who brought my food out was very pleasant. read more

This location is offering meal kits, as well as offering delivery during COVID. Of course nothing beats the in person experience, but delivery is a great second option right now. We love this Chickfila and their delicious food! read more

I've always had good experiences at this location. I think the staff is great, the food is always great and I've been here several times they've never forgotten or messed up my order. The drive-through does take some time, but I don't mind blood by food comes out piping hot and fresh. And actually my last visit here after sitting in the drive-through line I realized I did not have my wallet with me, the girl at the window covered my meal! I kept trying to give them a chance but they are extremely slow. 30 minutes in the drive thru line at 10:30 am? That's ridiculous. Sometimes you have to wait up to an hour in the drive thru line and once your in you can't get out. They are as slow inside as well. They need to hire more people. read more

This is possibly the slowest Chick Fil A on the planet. Don't plan on grabbing a quick meal through the drive thru-it's a minimum 15 minute wait. Staff was friendly enough, but please work at moving quicker. Too many other choices on this busy road to deal with the wait. read more

Have been very disappointed with this Chick-fil-A. Sevice is extremely slow, especially the drive thru. At first I gave them the benefit of doubt, thinking it was just a bad day. The last visit, which will be my last, it took 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. No stars please. I like the food they serve. They serve protein meal at a reasonable price that kids find edible. I went there over 50 times. The staff are professional courteous and well mannered. In the fifty visits I made, not a single time I had my order served correctly. Every time, one or two items were missing. I had to go back and claim what was missing. One time they asked me to park. They forgot all about me for 15 minutes while serving tens of customers. They served people who came and parked after me. Finally, I walked up to the window, they had the food sitting there. They did not remember me. They never saw me before. They forgot all about the customer. Every time I went there, my blood pressure went up and was frustrated and ended up not enjoying the meal. Bye Bye Chick fil a. Bye, Bye. Raising Cane's chicken is coming to town and I can't wait. Meanwhile I will start experimenting in making better chicken meals at home. read more

Went to this location at 11:20 on March 27th. Only a few cars ahead of us in the drive thru yet we waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and ice cream cone. The sandwich was great but most of my lunch hour was spent driving to, waiting in line at and drive home from this location. Not even an apology or explanation at the window. Based on other reviews I'd say this is not an isolated incident. read more

They forgot the sauce :( other than that they're pretty good. I've been there twice, and the first time was AMAZING. I got a 12 piece and they loaded me up with at least 20 nuggets. It was pretty great if I do say so myself. read more

This location gives Chick-fil-A a black eye. Very poor attention to detail, overall. I'm reviewing, after 6 visits during Jan. & Feb. 2019, both inside and at the drive-thru. The 2nd time in 10 days that the Superfood Salad did not come with the pkg. of mixed nuts (found out at home). The wait time at the drive-thru is unacceptable, when compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. The employees who walk the floor pay minor attention to detail, or proactively attending to customers' needs. Just because you wear the company's logo doesn't automatically get you high marks, nor does the repeated "my pleasure" get you a pass. Management at this location had better get team cohesiveness in line, stat . . you'll never make it through the summer with such poor service. I'd suggest sending your employees to the Willoughby location (on Euclid Ave.) to work for a couple of weeks, to see how it's done in keeping with Chick-fil-A corporate's high standards. For now, I will not be revisiting this Mayfield Hts. location anytime soon. I seriously question the judgement of Management in selecting some of these current employees from the available talent pool to staff the Mayfield Hts. location.
