What is not to like about Chick-fil-A? When I lived in Vegas Chick-fil-A's opening was as if the Circus was coming to town. Although I wanted to go that first day the crowds there were insane. Hour long lines and fun running out went on for the first week. So glad to have one not far form my house. Being a Southerner to me Fired Chicken is somewhat it's own food group. Not sure where on the food pyramid it fits but it does have it's own spot. Their fried chicken sandwiches and tenders are so awesome. I'm not really sure what to say, it's a Chick-fil-A, much like all the rest. Growing up in California I NEVER went to Chick-fil-A. Ever. It was a cardinal sin. Now that there is one around the corner from home with an indoor play area, I had to go. There is nothing special or terrible that really makes this location stand out. I do wish they did a better job of monitoring the play area because on my last couple visits REALLY big older kids have been climbing all over the equipment, in a way it wasn't meant to be used. Sure, I'm a little uptight, but I would like to be on the other side of the glass and not worrying if my 3 year old is getting ran over. This was the absolute best customer service experience that I have had at a Chick-fil-a ever, and I know that's saying a lot! I was visiting my girlfriend in the area and walked in for a casual lunch date, and I was immediately greeted by one of the managers (possibly the owner but not sure) who made a joke about my Red Sox shirt. He asked me what my name was, and we spoke briefly with him actually investing in our conversation, and it really stuck out as being an above and beyond experience from what I normally get. The woman who took our order was equally polite, although nothing more than I would expect from Chick-fil-a. Food was typical, good Chic-fil-a food, not anything special but still quite good. My initial greeting is what still sticks with me, however, and this will be the Chic-fil-a that I bring my business every time I visit. Although our order was correct, the experience was more than lacking. The gentleman taking our order was less than friendly and never asked us if we wanted sauces (which is the normal at every chick fil a in the city I live in.) There will almost always be something unsatisfactory about the meal I receive. Wether it be a cold, soft filet to my entire order being completely wrong. Sadly, this Chick-fil-A restaurant has really gone down hill lately. In the past three months, two out of three times going through the drive-through, we have gotten the wrong order. When we get home and realize we have the wrong items and have to return to the restaurant to get what we ordered, they do not seem the least bit concerned about our inconvenience. Yes, I love the food, but this place in Mt. Pleasant has people all outside in a double drive through so I thought going inside was better...Nah. The service, two times in a row, leaves a bit to be desired. So when I visit a Chick-Fil-A I have sky-high standards. Not to mention, my best friend works for corporate to this very day. I expect things to be done by the book. This is my resident Chick-fil-a. It's the one I go to on an almost weekly basis. This is where most people would say a Chick-fil-a is a Chick-fil-a; you know pretty much what you're getting. I would agree accept this is a SPECIAL Chick-fil-a, not just because they now know me by name, but that it's a test market location. So they offer a few items that most Chick-fil-a locations don't. I just looked on their website and saw that they currently only have 52 locations in 4 states offering these new items they're testing out. So I feel pretty lucky that my Chick-fil-a is one of them! A few months ago, I first noticed they were offering peach iced teas and cranberry lemon limeades. I've tried both and while I thought the peach iced tea was good, I keep going back to the cranberry lemon limeades. They're pretty sweet (maybe a little too sweet) and really tart but so good! They also offer three flavors of smoothies: pineapple mango, berry acai and strawberry orange. I've only had the pineapple mango but I will definitely work my way through the other flavors. I like that they're a smaller size and you can even add spinach or carrot if you want that added nutritional boost. And just yesterday, I saw where they're now offering Iced Frappes! Oh my word, yes please. And now a salted caramel frappe is calling my name. read more

This location uses employees in the drivethrough line to take orders during busy times, with another employee taking payments before you get your food. It helps ease the congestions of two ordering spots converging into one line to pickup. read more

Must have been 30 cars online(no kidding) & they have workers standing around taking orders throughout the line. & you can pay before you even get up to the window! Amazing! (I love efficiency ). Went through the Chick-fil-A line on 9-12-19 at 8:27am. I order the four count chicken mini meal with a Sprite drink and also 2 biscuits. When I tasted the sprite it was awful. It tasted like poison. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager the carbonation was may be off. She asked if I was able to back by. Told her I was on vacation. Overall, this Chick-Fila is good. Today me and my fiancé got 2 spicy Chicken sandwich combos. All was good and we asked for 5 chick-Fila Sauces, 2 ketchups, and 2 ranch. The one thing I do not understand about this location is why they are so tight with their sauces. It's like they have a quota on how many sauces they keep they get a raise or something. We got 3 Chick-Fila sauces, 1 ranch and some little tiny ketchup sauces. I've tried going to CFA and ordering one chocolate chunk cookie before, but they offer an option of a six pack which looks so much better, and I never walk out with one. I'm so weak. The cookies are amazing though. Of course, the real reason to come here is for the chicken. Whether it be nuggetized or sandwiched, the chicken is one of the best out there (non-franchise-chains excluded). As for this location, I came here late in the evening needing to satisfy my daughters craving and the drive through was quick and easy. However, I received one bag the first time (which was a partial order), then went back to get the rest of my order, only to realize after I left and was on Interstate 26 heading out of town that my two Spicy sandwiches turned out to be one regular chicken sandwich. I can honestly say this was the worst time I have ever been to a Chick-Fil-A. I won't ever return to your store and the sad part is that I know several of the owners of other franchises in the area and they are appalled to the quality of service. I visited this Chick-Fil-A recently after I was given a gift card and I was in the area. It was around 11:30am and there was a line from the Frontage road and into the plaza, which is insane. I've never seen a fast food restaurant look so busy. I opted to park in the parking lot of the supermarket and take a stroll into the building from there, and the line inside was to the door. Talk about packed! I understand that a place being this busy can impact the service, but they should be used to it by now, as it seems they're always very busy. You could actually open up another Chick-Fil-A next door and they would still be slammed. When I finally got to order, instead of the usual friendly service I get at Chick-Fil-A's around the country that I've been to, the lady was very short and not friendly at all. I had to repeat the order several times because she was rushing and not getting it right, and she seemed frustrated. When I went to pay, I handed her the gift card and she said that it wouldn't work because the "system is down." The whole purpose of my visit was to use the gift card and they didn't have a sign posted or anything saying this, and didn't let me know ahead of ordering. I love the honey roasted BBQ sauce that they have, so I always wait until I receive my food so that I can ask for extra. Upon asking for extra sauce, the guy (who looked like a manager) handed me one packet. I told him that I wanted EXTRA sauce, and he handed me one more packet. They're so stingy with the sauces! I understand that this is fast food and they were very busy, but Chick-Fil-A typically sets itself apart with customer service, and on this particular day, I saw a total lack of awareness around customer service and a focus on getting people in and out instead. I'll visit this Chick-Fil-A a few more times and maybe I'll update this review if I see some changes. read more

Having a severe allergy to *cough* gluten limits me to where I can eat and unless I want to eat each burger I get wrapped in lettuce when I hit up a fast food joint, I tend to avoid the whole experience altogether. However, Chick-fil-A actually has a GF bun option that is surprisingly delicious, which has made this restaurant a destination to regularly visit. It puts a bit more money on an order but it's worth it to not navigate a lettuce wrapped concoction. There isn't much different with this location than most others, Chick-fil-a is always a safe bet for a quick lunch. This location is in a great spot in town, can easily access it within 10 minutes from wherever you are. They do have a playground, which will attract younger kids. Always a clean restaurant and the staff meets the Chick-fil-a standard. Only complaint might be the drive-thru. Being that it's a very popular location, the drive-thru can get very crowded and hard to maneuver. Probably a good problem for CFA. read more

Very busy and fast drive though service , but declining food quality. Their sausage and egg burrito for example, first declined in size and now should be renamed to a potato burrito since potatoes are the primary ingredient with only a tasting of sausage and egg. We gave up on their sausage eggs and cheese biscuit a long time ago because of a decline in taste. There is a saying that pigs get fat but hogs get slaughtered.
