As far as my order, I requested a burrito that I believed came with guacamole but apparently it was extra for it. The cleanliness was a bit questionable. They did add a free bag of chips but it was stale. My burrito was okay. Not the best experience. I give it three stars for being open after 10pm. So many things in MP close early... Especially in the way of a slightly healthy fast alternative to a burger & fries. Love that this location stays open til 11! The queso is actually pretty solid, not too bland nor too spicy but just right! And they don't skimp on the chips... they toss in a massive bag of them. The salad are key too here.the red is classic. It's easier here if you have allergies as well bc they will change globes after each order. I ordered two bowls through the Mo's app and picked them up at the Mount Pleasant location. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how incredibly small the bowls were (picture included). There is absolutely no way this could be considered a meal. We had to add ingredients to it to make a meal of it. Chips were good. Customer service was surly and not welcoming. Half the lights in the dining area were not turned on, so it was very dark. Tables were broken, dirty and wobbly. Trash on the floor. Not busy at all, so I would have thought they would have had time to clean up. read more

I love queso and Moe's is delicious. I prefer to mix in some salsa as well so it's great that they have the salsa bar and you can get as much as you want. I'll sometimes stop in and pick up a queso and chips to go because it's way better than any of the queso blanco you'll get at the grocery store. I used to always get burritos but they're so huge I can never finish. lately I've been getting tacos instead. They're pretty big once filled so if you're not that hungry, one would totally be fine. The key to Moe's for me is the shredded pork. I think it's the best protein option the offer. This location stays pretty busy and sometimes the tables aren't all wiped down and they seem a little understaffed. Otherwise, I've always had positive experiences here. read more

The drive thru could not have gotten my order any more wrong. Service was slow and inaccurate. Asked for a meal with drink and queso and the queso was added to my burrito instead. When I noticed it wasn't in the bag and mentioned it, I was told it wasn't rung up that way- it was added to my burrito instead. No apology- no offer to fix it. One of the best burrito spots, as far as quick Mexican goes. I always end up splitting a tofu home wrecker with my wife. They have really fresh ingredients, a little on the bland side though. The absolute WORST experience of my life! I have never EVER had an employee treat me so badly. This was my first time at Moe's and I wanted the nachos. After listing my toppings I realized the employee making me nachos never added any queso. I asked the girl at the register (she had reddish blonde hair) if she could add queso and apologized that I didn't ask for it because it was my first time here. I then added a 10% tip because I felt bad. She asked if I wanted it on the nachos or on the side and I said that I wanted it on the chips. She then just drizzled the cheese on top of all of the toppings. I then apologized and asked her to put it on the chips. I thought putting queso on the chips was common sense, but apparently it isn't. She then started YELLING AT ME because she had asked if I had wanted it on the side. I told her that I didn't want it on the side and I wanted it on the chips. Like typical nachos. She started throwing her hands up in the air and freaking out and turns to her coworker and repeatedly says "I can't handle this! I can't do this." And was having a full on mental breakdown. The coworker is so confused and just tells says to her "it's okay. I got this. Calm down" and then topped my nachos over and added queso to the bottom. Which fine, that solved it. But I was left with the destroyed nachos (which is okay because they are messy anyways, and just completely shocked. I even added a tip at the beginning of the whole ordeal because I felt bad about the queso thing, but I am so upset that I even paid for the nachos after she started yelling at me. I have literally never been treated so poorly in my life and am shocked that this woman even has a job. Also I feel the need to note that it wasn't crowded or packed at all. I was the only person in line. If it had been incredibly packed, and she had an anxiety attack I would be more understanding. But even still you should never yell at a customer the way she yelled at me. Especially because I was being incredibly polite and apologetic. Still stunned honestly. The whole thing feels like a fever dream. I love Moe's food, but I stopped going to this location due to how unappetizing the food looks on the bar. Not only that it seems to be run my teenagers who lack customer service. When you walk in it's an absolute mess. The tables are filthy the salsa bar is always a train wreck. Always have to wait for someone to even acknowledge that I'm waiting to place an order. Half of the workers are sitting at the tables with coworkers eating as I wait for one of them to get back to their job so I can eat. Never friendly they all seem to hate it there. read more

I have ordered fajita boxes from this location for daytime client meetings 6 times. Every other time I was given utensils & cups for the lemonade/tea with no issue. This time, the staff refused to provide, causing me to have to make an additional stop and be late for my important meeting. If I'd bought a $10 burrito bowl I'd get utensils with no complaint but a $150 catering order and it doesn't come with essentials? When I questioned how to drink the Lemonade I was rudely told "when you buy a jug of lemonade at the grocery store it doesn't come with cups" I even showed the FAQ question of the app to the staff to explain why my impression was I'd continue to receive these essentials as I always had. I will never order from this Moe's again and will tell anyone I can in this very small community how terrible their customer service skills are. read more

Friendly service and nice staff plus an abundance of ingredients salsas and toppings to round off a 2 pound burrito!!! featuring two soda machines with every soft drink Coca-Cola has to offer... properly cleaned system! i haven't had a fresher tasting dr. pepper in ages! the complementary salsa bar and endless nachos hit the spot! not fancy in any way but clean, fast and efficient... it did take ME about half an hour to eat the whole "home wrecker" burrito i ordered... loaded to the max! if you get a craving for an ultimate huge tex mex family overload i can honestly recommend hitting up this place! casual flair that turned my frown upside down! read more

Terrible. We've been coming here for 10 years on "Moe's Monday" and the service has gone seriously down hill the last 2 years. First they got rid of a lot of items on the menu and half the time they are out of things- now they are telling us we only get the Moe's Monday special if we order through the APP. Walked in this evening and they were only taking online orders- so we had to sit in our car while we figured out the APP for a half hour then wait another half an hour to get the food. We've tried to give them chance after chance but sad to say it we are done with Moe's. Another great restaurant gone to crap. read more

WELCOME TO MOES Although moes is a "food chain" I know their food is fresh and delicious. Of course I always get the same exact thing every time I go there. But that is what makes me go back right?? This location has gone very far down hill. I am sure that staffing may be an issue, but the interior of the restaurant is junky, full of boxes and feels dirty. The hardest part of going to Moe's is, at least at this location, the weak sound of "Welcome to Moe's" by just one person who unfortunately is having to fix the food as the first person in the door as he also takes your order. I had a funny name meal but it was called something chicken club which was absolutely over-the-top with everything on it. It was a 10 inch tortilla flipped over in half with some good spicy chicken pieces which I had with sour cream lettuce tomato and a bit of everything else. Cut into pie size pieces. This place is under new ownership and apparently they could care less. Been a regular customer since it first opened and over the last 12 months it has steadily gone down hill. This review is for the drive thru since that's all I'm doing now thanks to Covid. The young woman working the drive thru window at night wears a mask on her neck and not her face. She also seems very annoyed she's having to work. Other employees can be seen walking around without masks on, including a big guy that looks like he may be a cook. Orders are thrown together, looks more like Taco Bell than Moes. Drinks are half full with no ice. Not expecting a 5 star meal or 5 star service but during these times every precaution should be taken. It ain't happening here. It makes me wonder what goes on out of public view. I won't be back until they get their act together and I will warn everyone of what I've seen. read more

Ok, I went through my college years in love with Moe's. I used to always get the moo moo mr. cow with sour cream and guac... the portion on it was perfect for me. I moved to California for 5 years where Moe's does not exist. (at least not that I could find). I had it once again 10/12 in Arkansas, and it was again amazing, albeit a little salty. So, after moving to Mount Pleasant, I was super excited that Moe's is just up the street from me. Visit one: The moo moo mr. cow is more of a taco. Ok, the price is cheap, and I learned they now have a homewrecker jr. Ok, so I'll know for next time. Well, I got home, it was still enough food for me with a small side of queso. Where was the cookie? NOT in the bag or anywhere else. Ok, not terrible since I don't really eat cookies anyways... but still flawed service. Visit 2: The homewrecker burrito... BLAND! Where is the seasoning? The rice had no flavor other than... bland rice. The chicken had limited flavor. There wasn't enough salsa in the world to mask it. It was just unsatisfying. Dropped into this Moe's for lunch today, as I had a gift card that I have been holding onto for a while. Parking lot was pretty full; got the last space. Went in and there wasn't a line waiting to order, but the dining room was packed to capacity. I was greeted by the "Welcome to Moe's!" standard greeting we have all become accustomed to when entering a Moe's location. The service here was great as far as taking my order, making my burrito, and getting me checked out.
