I visited Jersey Mike's on Coleman Blvd in Mount Pleasant for lunch. My birthday was yesterday so Mike gave me enough points in my app for a free regular sub of my choice. This location is in a plaza so lots of parking. There is indoor dining and two tables and chairs outdoors. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. It was very busy at lunch time, but the staff was able to move everyone through the process quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered the Italian sub. They have this wonderful hot pepper relish that takes the sandwich to the next level. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh for each sandwich. I added some salt and vinegar chips and a drink to my order. The sandwich was very fresh and delicious. I recommend this Jersey Mike's location. Good food and good service. We stopped at Jersy Mike's on Coleman Blvd, Mount Pleasant. Yesterday was my wife's birthday and as a result she received a free regular size sub. Thank you Jersy Mike's!!! The service was fast and friendly. We got the Italian sub with pepper relish. The meat was cut fresh, the fixings were crisp and the bun baked to perfection. read more

We waited 40 minutes for an online order and they would not tell us when it would be ready. For the first 20 minutes there were 2 people in the store and 6 people working but they still were very slow. Would not recommend doing an online order because they will not make it. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Rudest staff and dirty location. I love Jersey Mikes and won't eat it due to the staff especially the so called manger. He is rude, snide remarks, loud and always rushing the customer or flat out ignoring them as he talks about personal matters. read more

Jersey Mike's is perfect for when I'm working from home and need to grab a quick bite to eat. It's right around the corner and with the online ordering system I can go pick up my lunch and be back at my desk in 10 mins... if only they delivered... I'm joking... kind of. They've now updated their online system so I get Shore Points towards free subs when I place my online order. If I'm getting a cold sub, it's likely gonna be a turkey and cheese with bacon. I love that they cut the meats fresh for your sub, but when you order a regular, you sometimes get the short end of the stick (stick of bread that it). Hot sub has got to be steak and cheese. All toppings are optional and I get extra meat if I'm really hungry, which means always. The staff is always great and I think they only screwed up my order once. They realized it before I left the store and corrected the issue right away. read more

Service was fast. Food was very good. I had the roast beef. My brother had #2. The only down side was they put the pickles on my sandwich instead of on the side. Also asked to cut it in 4 pieces so it would be easier to eat while driving, both were not done as asked in the special request section of order section. read more

When I need to grab something quick and want a sub sandwich, Jersey Mike's is the place to go. Always fresh bread, meats carved to order, and they have white American cheese that I can get instead of provolone! The manager, Daniel is a great guy and always makes me feel welcome when I stop in. My husband and I love Jersey Mike's, however, we have had 2 bad experiences with this location. The staff has no attention to what they are doing. I ordered a hot chicken Philly which when opened was soggy with oil and vinegar that had been placed on part of the sandwich probably by mistake. Additionally it was also sprinkled with oregano. It was awful and I threw the bread away. Similar instances have happened on at least 2 occasions and we won't be ordering from this location again. read more

Last night my dad and I went to pick up dinner for him, my mom and myself. As soon as we walked in the crew was very friendly and had a great attitude. The sandwiches were made with sincerity, care and to order. They suggested the point system to get free sandwiches, my dad and I happily enrolled with my number due to having crazy hours it will be nice to get sandwiches through the app too! I love Jersey Mike's. I always make a point to go to the one wherever I travel. But this is definitely the worst so far. I wouldn't say it was awful, but at almost $50 for two and three kids, I expect a little more than sandwiches with brown lettuce. The kid's meals are supposed to come with a cookie and they even charged us for three additional cookies and WE STILL NEVER GOT A COOKIE! I'll probably never make my way back to this location again. read more

Just came from this JM location and the lack of customer service from the unenthused lazy employee that didn't even attempt to help me was shocking! I placed an online order (my first time) to avoid the wait & any crowd. When I arrived I was told no order under my name. It appears I accidentally ordered it from the other store in Mt P. When I asked what could be done, the young lady said, you have to drive to that location and get it... WHAT?! I then stated that that was not an option for me and she then said, nothing they can do if a customer orders from wrong location. WOW!!! I asked what kind of customer service (or lack thereof is this?) I then proceeded to tell her what to do. Call the other JM and cancel my order. At that time it was my intention to walk out and never return to this location, but the other worker there started asking me what I ordered and proceeded to make it. WHY WASN'T THIS DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! There weren't any other consumers there, so it's not like they were busy, I saw 3 employees, standing around. & one cleaning the front door. The main complaints I'm seeing about this location is regarding the lack of customer service. Owner/Manager/Supervisors need to teach their staff about servicing the customer. I came back to the office and told EVERYONE about my poor experience there, and come to find out the other order I picked up from there was incomplete! (chips weren't included) "Research has shown that 50% of angry customers spread the bad word about their dissatisfaction." It has been spread!!! read more

This place is awesome! My husband and I took our boys for dinner after a day of touring downtown Charleston. There was no wait, the atmosphere was friendly and decor was fun. We enjoyed the vintage albums, posters and Atari video games that hung on the walls. We sat in a booth inside but there is also a courtyard out back. The food was outstanding! I had the Fried Green Tomato BLT with Pimento Cheese...this one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten! We all enjoyed this spot. We will visit again! read more

It all started back in 1956 in the sea-side town of Point Pleasant, New Jersey and was originally known as Mike's Subs. The original owner, Mike, thrived off the seasonal tourist industry and a small population of year round residents. In 1975, Peter Cancro, only 17 years old at the time, purchased the business with the help of his high school football coach. When the company began franchising in 1987, Peter renamed the business Jersey Mike's Subs. Today, there are 1,500 Jersey Mike's locations open and in development nationwide.

It was incredibly juicy and flavorful, especially considering it was cooked on a griddle instead of a grill. Meals come with the main item, and you can order sides separately if you want them. The menu is extensive, with burgers, sandwiches, salads, build-your-own options, and even breakfast items. The only downside is that if you come during the lunch rush, you may have to wait for a table. Even so, the food made it well worth the visit, and I'd definitely go back for that burger.

Lots of dust on the top of toilet tank and the handicap bars. Then residual dried water spots under the paper dispenser and wall where the trash can was sitting. No effort here. I really don't like giving a review like this, but it was disappointing. I have visited Groucho's in the Columbia area and they were much better. While food taste and value usually come first, the appearance (cleanliness) also contributes to the experience. I've read other reviews that share similar experiences, so this is not a solitary moment. Hopefully feedback helps, maybe owners/managers will see the need to react to concerns. Unfortunately, I will not likely return.

This location has friendly and fast service. They are very polite and know their menu inside and out, which is what makes them fast! #9 Mike's Way with bacon is my favorite. They also have hot sandwiches which I have not tried. One day I shall have to indulge. But the flavors are fresh, the bread is chewy, and the veggies never look withered.
