Mediterranean Bowl, need to request bread
    Madelaine A.

Easy simple cafe with fresh bowls and salads. I was in town and was hungry for something fresh. I came here and it wasn't busy. The service was friendly and the place was clean. The food was reasonable pricing for how fresh the food was. I enjoyed my ahi tuna salad!

Pesto & Sundried Tomato Chicken Sandwich

This is one of my favorite places to get a sandwich. My usual is the pesto and sun dried tomato chicken sandwich. It's served warm and just melts in your mouth. The staff are quick to greet you and service is pretty quick. Cookies are made fresh and just hit the spot for sweet cravings.

Needed something quick to eat before heading down to SD for game night at Petco. Didn't want fast food but didn't want to sit for an hour either. Urbane Cafe was just the ticket. Quick and healthy to boot! Stopped in after the lunch rush but before the afternoon barrage. A few other customers sitting and chatting, but definitely not busy. Music was playing overhead but not blasting. The team was chatting behind the counter but still attentive to our needs as well as other customers. Ordered a couple salads. Julie got salmon. Mine, seared ahi tuna. Hit the spot! Both bursting with flavor. Did I mention it was healthy too! Managed to be in dnd out in a timely fashion. Service was friendly and personable. Food delicious and quick. Oh, and healthy too! Keep on Yelp'n!

Kids turkey sandwich with side salad.

This was a nice find. I love that they have a vegan option on the menu. The Tofu Banh Mi was delicious. My husband had the Pastrami Tri Tip sandwich and loved it. The kids meals were a great size. Prices were on point. Everything was fresh and tasty. Customer service was great.

I ordered a protein bowl and paid extra for additional chicken, but the extra chicken was never added. Unfortunately, I didn't have time during my lunch break to go back and address the issue. My advice: don't pay extra for additional chicken it's not worth it if they forget to include it. If you do order extra, open your bowl and check it before leaving. Don't assume it's there just because you paid for it.

Chimichurri steak sandwich with cilantro dressing
    Christine D.

I am not a sandwich person at all but I like their sandwiches. Especially the chimichurri steak and salad. I like to order the cilantro salad dressing too. It is sooooo good. They give you just enough to fill you up. The staff is really friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the menu.

The price is so reasonably cheap given all the increases that we have seen lately in 2024 to 2025. The ingredients are really fresh and the portion really big for the cost. Very friendly service and efficient to the time that they say your food is going to be ready. I love that they do give you a free drink or cookie when you sign up on the app. Got the cilantro sandwich and salmon salad and both were just really delicious and seasoned really well. I love the outdoor seating area as well as the indoor space. Plenty of parking in the area.

Made it out to Temecula around noon and I was hungry but where my family met up there wasn't any gluten free options for me so I opted for here as I know I'm able to get what I want. I got my go to meditarrian bowl, needed something light but food that keeps your energy up and moving the rest of the day. It was delicious, ate it all up, I do wish there was more cucumbers in this one like other locations. I also forgot you get bread with it and I had to remove it from my plate as I couldn't have it. Inside was packed full of people so I needed up grabbing a spot outside to eat. It was a bit chilly but my food was hot so it made up for the outside cold factor. Then again I did pop in at lunch hour.

    Ahi salad

I've ordered takeout several times, consistently delicious. Fresh ingredients every time. I love the ahi salad, the dressing is outstanding!

Chicken Cilantro Torta (extra protein always) + chocolate chip cookie on the bag

I have been coming here maybe for the past year and half, and is one of my favorite spots! when I have to work in the area, the food is always delicious (I rotate between the cilantro chicken salad and the torta), and the whole place has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Naomi deserves a special shoutout, she always greets everyone with a cheerful "Hi, welcome!" and even remembers my usual order. That personal touch goes a long way, THANK YOU The rest of the staff is just as friendly and always aware when someone walks in. The restaurant is always clean, no matter the time. Even during peak hours, when the dish basket fills up, they're quick to clear it. Great food, great people, great energy love this place! Not sure why I waited to share my experience. "Keep it up you all"

    Santa Maria BBQ Chicken Salad
    Eileen G.

The ambience is overall very light , spacious , great seating and with a choice of patio or indoor seating , patio tables Are ALL shaded with is a big win for us Temecula people or anyone trying to stay away from the sun. The food was delicious. I ordered a Santa Maria Bbq chicken salad. The presentation was amazing . Portions and prices are adding everything is amazing until I realized the salad came with goat cheese. I asked a service member and angel came and verified the salad did indeed come with that goat cheese crumble on the top. I was prepared to by another salad because I don't like goat cheese. But angle brought me a new salad and was very polite and kind about it. Thank you guys . I Will definitely be ordering again

$7.30 charge for replacing chicken with salmon, cold and dry.
    Gaby I.

First time order, cilantro chicken salad, replacing chicken w salmon and the fish salad. They charged $7.30 for salmon replacement and they gave a very small, thin salmon portion, cold, dry and with barbeaue sauce -yikes. Vinaigrette is really poor quality. No cilantro. Overall charge: $28.95. I will never order again. I wish we would have California Fish Grill in Temecula. We used to go to Urban Cafe in Irvine, years ago. We had much better experience.

    Brandon T.

Absolutely incredible grub in this hipster spot. All the sandwiches and soups are super legit... The kicker here is the focaccia bread is ALL made fresh and amazing. Tonight we had the enchilada soup and chimchuri steak sandwich (10/10!!!). Great table service and love the poppy upbeat music reverberating throughout. Comfortable seating all over the place and a great fountain drink selection. WAY better than any of the other local sandwich spots nearby. I'll be a regular here.

Still my favorite dishes... STILL DELISH!! AHI SALAD

This 12-Inch Toasted Beast Just Executed My Sad Spinach & Nut Butter Smoothie Diet -- And I'm Not…read moreEven Pressing Charges Temecula, I rolled in a starving 6'4" disaster who's been choking down spinach-and-nut-butter smoothies like a hostage for weeks. Rockin' Jay's looked at my weak soul and said "bet" -- then saved it in the best way possible. Counter girl hit me with a smile so bright I almost reached for sunglasses. The entire all-female crew was straight beast-mode at the open sandwich bar, slinging subs like they were on a mission from the sandwich gods. Atmosphere? Spacious as hell, proper New York deli that moonlights as a 70s rock dive -- screaming reds and greens, green booths, wooden tables, tiled floors, the whole retro package you see in the pics. The playlist was gloriously all over the place in the best way -- Contemporary Christian one minute, 2019 pop bangers the next, basically spanning six decades of straight fire. "Listen to your heart" came on and I damn near did while they built my baby. Every single pick was gold though. I ordered the 12" Capicola & Provolone ($16.69). I yelled "the works -- no mustard, drown me in onions and olives." They dropped an absolute beast of a sandwich... and it came perfectly toasted straight out the gate the way it should be. No sad "can you toast this?" negotiation. Golden, crunchy bread that cracks like it owes you money. Meat stacked stupid high, provolone doing its melty thing, then they buried the whole thing under an avalanche of fresh, snapping shredded lettuce and threw in those glossy peppers on the side like a mic drop. This thing is ridiculously messy -- oil dripping, lettuce flying, pure delicious chaos in every bite. Pro tip: there's no napkin dispenser at the tables, so you gotta go full scavenger hunt by the self-serve soda machine to grab your own stack. Worth every greasy finger and napkin raid. It fed this giant for two meals and left me still full, slightly greasy, and weirdly emotional. My spinach smoothie PTSD? Cured. If your diet has been as depressing as mine, stop torturing yourself and drag your weak ass here immediately. Friendly as can be, killer vibe, and subs that actually deliver. Tell 'em the tall smoothie refugee sent you. I'm claiming a booth next week and bringing stretchy pants... and maybe my own napkin stash.

So don't come if you're in a hurry, but it's worth the wait if you can! Both of our sandwiches were excellent, I ordered the roast beef and it had tons of meat. The Italian dressing they have is delicious. My husband ordered the Mafia and said it was just great too. The 12in sandwiches are huge, definitely plenty to split or make two meals out of. We stopped here on the way home from Pechanga while charging our Tesla and since it was in the same plaza, we figured we'd check it out. I assumed it was more of a franchise bakery than a standalone artisan spot, so I came in with pretty low expectations. I was just planning to grab a cinnamon roll, a loaf of their Cinnamon Burst Bread and a quick sandwich for the drive home. To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. I was slightly worried because we had a second game in 2 and a half hours but I knew it would be okay. We ordered and sat inside. The staff was kind enough to let us move tables around. Then I'd say within 10 minutes our food orders started coming out. The orders then continued to come out at a very steady pace! We were shocked. Then we were shocked at how DELICIOUS the food was. One by one like a chorus of glee, each person commented on how much they enjoyed their food. The menu was so vast that no one had the same order in the adults and each person loved their food. There was only one hiccup. One of the parents order a canned drink but didn't notice that it was alcoholic. This was in no way the fault of the restaurant as it was obviously beer. The parent didn't complain he just opened it and left it. The waitress who was bussing our area asked him was something wrong if he didn't like it and the dad said, I didn't realize it was alcohol. The waitress walks over with the POS machine asked him is order number found the drink and refunded it to the dads card. She did this completely unprompted and strictly because she felt it was the right thing to do. THAT is how you provide excellent service! Thank you The Local Provisions for your gracious hospitality! This is a solid place for breakfast and anyone that loves a good pastry. The Coast is my favorite breakfast sandwich - ask for extra garlic aioli because it's that good. You can always request for a different egg temp, but their runny over easy egg is perfect here. Their coconut morning bun is amazing! That's probably our favorite croissant pastry there and you can't go wrong with their classic cinnamon roll either. My husband loves their peach cobbler cinnamon roll too (seasonal item). Minus a star because I've ordered their matcha here a few times just because maybe I didn't order the right matcha with the correct syrup - I don't know, but I've ordered their classic matcha latte and their seasonal mango matcha latte, and both times were disappointing. You can tell by the color of the matcha. It's a slightly grayish hint of green. In photos it looks like a dark vibrant green, but not in person. The mango matcha was slightly better, but not enough mango in my opinion - that could just be my personal reference. Everytime we come the service is always friendly. Everyone here is really nice and helpful if you don't know what to order. It's a cute little bakery with a bar top seating and a couple of tables tucked away inside, or you can hang out in the patio. Come early or later in the day if you want to snag a seat! We love Goat and Vine so we're glad Little Goat is here!
