I don't eat much fast food - so when I pulled up to the person standing out front to take my order I noticed she was about 20 feet before the menu.. I said I was unsure what I wanted and apparently i am the only person who has ever needed to view a menu.... She eventually walked over with me to the menu and I ordered.... But this could be easily solved with a small menu or moving the people taking the order. The system is good just need to clean up the execution. read more

This last trip to Chick-fil-A was around my birthday(so last month, and I had a freebie to redeem for my birthday through the app). You would be amazed at how many apps I have, but for this adventure it was through my Chick-fil-A app this time. For my birthday ladt month I had the chance to redeem for a free dessert for my birthday. So, my hubby and I went out for dinner one evening and did drive through. He got traditional nuggets and I got grilled with a large side of fresh fruit, and a chocolate shake for dessert( I gave him the shake, because I had dessert at home that particular evening, so he was happy as a kid in a candy store). They got our order wrong and gave us an extra entree which they also charged us for. We went through the drive through. By the time we discovered it, it wasn't worth going back. I had never been to a Chick-fil-a. We went there for breakfast. Yea I get it, they act like they are really goody-two-shoes and all that, saying, "You have a blessed day." While we were leaving. Whatever, If that was true, how do you explain them stealing my mama's biscuit recipe? Oh my gosh, I don't know how they got it but they got it. I know those were my mama'a biscuits, she passed away years ago, bless her little biscuit-making heart. I'm sure she is making biscuits for the angels now. The biscuits we ate this morning, tasted like they were rolled out on an avacodo green formica table and dusted with WR Flour. I could picture mama wiping her hands on a calico apron standing on her new linoleum floor while singing along to "You Ain't Woman Enough to Take My Man" as it played on the crackling AM radio. What can I say that hasn't been said? It's Jesus' chicken sandwich and it lives up to the hype.

Ordered the 8 count chicken and it came out brown instead of golden brown. The grease coming off the chicken was also brown. I don't recommend eating at this location. read more

Its chick-fil-a! What happens Sunday? It still excellent fast food. This one has a two lane drive through. It is also on an entry/exit road into WalMart. You can eat lunch or supper, go to the big W, and then stop for ice cream on the way out. All this while getting out of the car only once. Eat well, tip well. (Don't drink the water.) read more

While visiting family, I stopped here for dinner on a Friday night. For chick-fil-a I was not impressed with my experience. I go to cfa quite often back in my hometown and have never had bad experiences. The employees didn't seem that happy and as friendly as usual. For being pretty empty, most tables in the dining room were dirty and the trash was overflowing. A customer was even wiping down a table to sit at, but then decided to move to a whole other table. The food was not as good as usual either. The chicken was not very crispy and parts of the bread were soggy. Overall was not pleased. read more
