Decent food. But not very organized. The order is ready on the table and yet they made me wait for long, until someone else(may be the manager) checked upon me and gave my order.

We are visiting New York City and pass this CFA on our way to Central Park. The kids are missing their CFA so we decide to take their lunch break here and order their 8 counts nugget meals, strawberry milkshake, and mac and cheese. The food are good and the service were fast. The director of hospitality came and greet us at our table. She was very sweet and helpful. We love how CFA restaurants are consistent with their wonderful meals, drinks, friendly atmosphere, and cleanliness! Way to go CFA for our good dining experience in Manhattan, New York!

The interior decor is clean and spacious. Plenty of space for seating and enjoying the meal. The meal however is alright. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was alright. Pretty standard: bun, chicken patty, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Similar to wendy's except meat patty it was chicken...

Like any chick-fil-a service is top notch. I usually come here on my way to Hell's Kitchen so that I can have some food in my stomach. But I gotta say, they never let me down. The food is always consistent, and they are really friendly. Also, the line in never terrible but it's always packed inside. That goes to show how fast they are at serving. The inside has plenty of room too.

Hopped off an early flight with the idea to grab food at the first spot I saw. As soon as I left the subway exit at 7:30am Chick-fil-A greeted us immediately above. Flying from Seattle night really threw my internal clock off which meant I overlooked the fact that it was the breakfast menu. Anyways with all of this in mind, our cashier simply did not care nor want to be present. I get that it's the morning, but Chick-fil-A has a reputation of excellent customer service and it was a pretty harsh welcome to New York after that long flight. Ordered a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Muffin meal subbing my drink for a Frosted Coffee. Overall, an average experience due to the awful welcome and mediocre breakfast. Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Muffin - I mean it's exactly what I expect but more warm than hot. Pretty meh but I should've expected this. Hashbrowns - I've never had Chick-fil-A's hashbrowns so this was my first time. They were pretty good and hot too, potentially indicating the freshness. Small pieces almost like tater tots but flattened to be hashbrowns. Frosted Coffee - this is the saving grace. I love Chick-fil-A's cold brew coffee blended with their Icedream soft serve. It's mixed well and creates a creamy, milky iced coffee without ice chunks that fill up the cup and remain after you drink the coffee.

For a New York City fast food chain, this location is spacious and clean, and service is top notch. The employees are so kind and patient, even with a location that can get busy with dine-in and takeout orders during peak hours. I came for an after dinner cookies and cream milkshake - so creamy and delicious!

What is not to like about Chick-fil-A? Easy pre-ordering via their mobile app? Check! Amazingly deliciously fried chicken sandwiches? Check! Friendly customer service? Check! In times of COVID, the ease of picking up a quick meal with zero hassle is key. Chick-fil-A definitely delivered on both ease and taste. My go-to here is the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Don't forget to ask for sauces to complement your meal. I especially like the Chick-fil-A sauce as well as the honey mustard. If you are in the area and are looking for a quality fast food joint, Chick-fil-A is a must.

Solid but expensive. I got the peach milk shake and waffle fries with the dipping sauces. Soooo good, but portion size is small. Maybe thats a good thing for portion control. Would only come back if desperate and craving "healthy" fast food. Very spacious seating area.

A classic NYC hole-in-the-wall, this place is almost designed to be missed. Blink, check your phone, or dodge one too many pedestrians, and you've walked right past it. Try not to, it's worth the stop. Pricing sits a little on the higher side for a combo, but let's be honest - this is New York. The burgers are bold, satisfying, and built to impress. I went for the chicken and veggie sandwiches, both dressed with a mango lime sauce that genuinely were very flavorful. The tomato aioli on the side was another win. And the fries? Crispy, golden, and dusted with a Cajun-meets-Indian spice blend that somehow makes complete sense and zero sense at the same time - in the best way. Rowdy Rooster is a must-visit: come ready for real Indian heat and flavor.

The food was actually really good--we got the chicken sandwich, which features three chicken tenders with lettuce and their special sauce, served with french fries and a Coke. Everything was delicious and very well priced. Getting a seat and having such quick service made everything work out perfectly. I also loved the ambiance of the store, they play cool music and the decor is great, especially the disco balls! I ordered the three finger combo. What came out was just plain sad looking. Tiny chicken fingers, barely cooked fries. The Raising Cane's sauce was good but the vessels to that sauce were so lacking. The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. I know, I know, it's Penn Station, it's supposed to be a little grimy. Honestly, if these chicken fingers weren't so tiny and my fries were properly cooked I could deal with a little grime. This location has cute Raising Cane's merchandise. The energy inside is wild, but the real question was: does the food actually live up to the massive hype? I came straight here chasing that legendary crispy, saucy bite--and it did not disappoint. The chicken fingers were piping hot, incredibly tender, and practically standard-issue vessels for that iconic Cane's Sauce. The classic crinkle-cut fries were solid, but the real sleeper hit is always that buttery, pillowy Texas toast. When you assemble the ultimate bite--chicken, sauce, toast, and a fry-- it's devine. Get ready for some messy eating. But also get ready for some dry ass chicken. There's a reason why I only cook chicken thighs at home instead of breast. One is moist and juicy, the other is not. Fluffies was not able to make their chicken breast any less dry than I could. I had to drench each bite with sauce to mask the dryness. Remind me to only buy chicken sandwiches that use thighs only in the future. The crunch on the fry was a little hard, the sauce did work, but overall I felt like I ate saucy and fry rather than a chicken sandwich. The fries are aight. Very well seasoned -- that was the best part. But I felt like I was eating a toss up with each fry. Some had the perfect crisp on the outside, others felt stale? Like rhymes with the feeling of cold McDonald's fries, obvious not as bad as that but hints of that texture every few fries. It's like I got a fresh batch of fries mixed with an old batch of fries. The good fries were gooood. The bad fries were ugh. Maybe it's cause I went at 11pm but there was still a stready stream of customers. Coleslaw -- nothing special. Got it cause you gotta eat your vegetables for $2. This would be the first time that my slaw is so one-dimension in color though. Sandwich so underwhelming. Dat fry seasoning tho. And let's just say... the house won. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Wings, Fries, and the 3-sauce flight. The sandwich? Dry, old, and looking like it clocked out an hour before I arrived. The chicken itself was hard on the edges and somehow soggy in the center -- a combination I didn't even know was possible. The mayo situation looked like someone whispered the word "sauce" over the bun and walked away. The Spicy Wings were no better -- overcooked, dark, and tasted like they'd been sitting in the warmer since lunchtime. Not spicy. Not fresh. Just... tired. The fries? Burnt, cold, and absolutely done with life. They didn't even pretend to try. The only thing that saved this meal from being a total loss was the 3-sauce flight. Credit where it's due -- the sauces were actually solid. They added enough flavor and moisture to make the rest at least edible. Without them, this review would've ended a lot sooner. I get it -- it's Penn Station, it's late, everyone's hustling, and the crowd is nonstop. But even with that, freshness shouldn't be optional. Overall: If you're starving and desperate, grab the sauces and hope for the best. Otherwise? Keep walking. There are better options within the same block, even during off-hours. Go to Gardenia. Gov's Take: 2 stars One star for the sauces, one star for being open. That's the fairest I can be.
