Decent food. But not very organized. The order is ready on the table and yet they made me wait for long, until someone else(may be the manager) checked upon me and gave my order.

We are visiting New York City and pass this CFA on our way to Central Park. The kids are missing their CFA so we decide to take their lunch break here and order their 8 counts nugget meals, strawberry milkshake, and mac and cheese. The food are good and the service were fast. The director of hospitality came and greet us at our table. She was very sweet and helpful. We love how CFA restaurants are consistent with their wonderful meals, drinks, friendly atmosphere, and cleanliness! Way to go CFA for our good dining experience in Manhattan, New York!

The interior decor is clean and spacious. Plenty of space for seating and enjoying the meal. The meal however is alright. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was alright. Pretty standard: bun, chicken patty, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Similar to wendy's except meat patty it was chicken...

Like any chick-fil-a service is top notch. I usually come here on my way to Hell's Kitchen so that I can have some food in my stomach. But I gotta say, they never let me down. The food is always consistent, and they are really friendly. Also, the line in never terrible but it's always packed inside. That goes to show how fast they are at serving. The inside has plenty of room too.

Hopped off an early flight with the idea to grab food at the first spot I saw. As soon as I left the subway exit at 7:30am Chick-fil-A greeted us immediately above. Flying from Seattle night really threw my internal clock off which meant I overlooked the fact that it was the breakfast menu. Anyways with all of this in mind, our cashier simply did not care nor want to be present. I get that it's the morning, but Chick-fil-A has a reputation of excellent customer service and it was a pretty harsh welcome to New York after that long flight. Ordered a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Muffin meal subbing my drink for a Frosted Coffee. Overall, an average experience due to the awful welcome and mediocre breakfast. Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Muffin - I mean it's exactly what I expect but more warm than hot. Pretty meh but I should've expected this. Hashbrowns - I've never had Chick-fil-A's hashbrowns so this was my first time. They were pretty good and hot too, potentially indicating the freshness. Small pieces almost like tater tots but flattened to be hashbrowns. Frosted Coffee - this is the saving grace. I love Chick-fil-A's cold brew coffee blended with their Icedream soft serve. It's mixed well and creates a creamy, milky iced coffee without ice chunks that fill up the cup and remain after you drink the coffee.

For a New York City fast food chain, this location is spacious and clean, and service is top notch. The employees are so kind and patient, even with a location that can get busy with dine-in and takeout orders during peak hours. I came for an after dinner cookies and cream milkshake - so creamy and delicious!

What is not to like about Chick-fil-A? Easy pre-ordering via their mobile app? Check! Amazingly deliciously fried chicken sandwiches? Check! Friendly customer service? Check! In times of COVID, the ease of picking up a quick meal with zero hassle is key. Chick-fil-A definitely delivered on both ease and taste. My go-to here is the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Don't forget to ask for sauces to complement your meal. I especially like the Chick-fil-A sauce as well as the honey mustard. If you are in the area and are looking for a quality fast food joint, Chick-fil-A is a must.

Solid but expensive. I got the peach milk shake and waffle fries with the dipping sauces. Soooo good, but portion size is small. Maybe thats a good thing for portion control. Would only come back if desperate and craving "healthy" fast food. Very spacious seating area.

The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. I ordered the Claude the Claw ($18.99) with medium spicy sauce on the side. The sandwich is pretty huge. I like how they wrapped the sandwich around the claw sticking out from the bottom. I did take it out of the wrapper for the picture, but suggest you keep the wrapper on as it gets messy to eat. The spices and flavor is delicious and the chicken is crispy and tender. It's a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich overall. While the claw is insta-worthy, it's not quite worth the extra $4 (plus you can't really even eat it, so it's all for show). And let's just say... the house won. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Wings, Fries, and the 3-sauce flight. The sandwich? Dry, old, and looking like it clocked out an hour before I arrived. The chicken itself was hard on the edges and somehow soggy in the center -- a combination I didn't even know was possible. The mayo situation looked like someone whispered the word "sauce" over the bun and walked away. The Spicy Wings were no better -- overcooked, dark, and tasted like they'd been sitting in the warmer since lunchtime. Not spicy. Not fresh. Just... tired. The fries? Burnt, cold, and absolutely done with life. They didn't even pretend to try. The only thing that saved this meal from being a total loss was the 3-sauce flight. Credit where it's due -- the sauces were actually solid. They added enough flavor and moisture to make the rest at least edible. Without them, this review would've ended a lot sooner. I get it -- it's Penn Station, it's late, everyone's hustling, and the crowd is nonstop. But even with that, freshness shouldn't be optional. Overall: If you're starving and desperate, grab the sauces and hope for the best. Otherwise? Keep walking. There are better options within the same block, even during off-hours. Go to Gardenia. On this occasion, KFC had a promotion to try out the 3 Piece Original Recipe Tenders Box, which came with fries. Since it may not be enough, went for the "Taste of KFC 2 Piece Deal" that included a drumstick, thigh, mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit. My order went through KFC's app, which I downloaded now for the 1st time. This location, a block from Penn Station and MSG certainly gets a lot of customers, keeping the KFC busy behind the counter. That being said, all the tables had crumbs and, while I'm eating, some guy came in rummaging through the trash foraging for something to eat and exited with a discarded bucket - making the experience less than optimal. Putting that aside, here's the other reasons this meal dropped from 3 to 2 stars: While I enjoyed KFC Original Recipe Tenders more than a chicken nugget, they gave me Buffalo Ranch sauce instead of the KFC Sauce I ordered. They corrected it, but having now tasted also their Comeback Sauce, I'd order that in the future over the KFC Sauce. The biscuit and was much smaller and drier than I remember, or get elsewhere. The fries were also not something to write home about. Oddly, the 2 Piece Deal ended up with 3 pieces, but the drumsticks were more like drumettes and the thigh was possibly from a runt - so, I guess it was equivalent to the amount of meat I'd expect from 2 normal size pieces. Perhaps these kid's "tea playset"-size components are how they're able to sell this (value) Taste of KFC 2 Piece Meal for $5 - shrinkflation? Would I go back? Not likely to this KFC location due to the other more appealing nearby options, but open to try elsewhere something else on their menu again if the opportunity permits and I'm nearby.
