This location is the absolute worst I have ever been to. I ordered ahead and arrived to pick up my order. Since there was no option to order a cup of water, I asked at the counter and was told "water cup out." I waited for upwards of 30 minutes for my meal and, at that point, had to go to the bathroom. I was told that "bathroom code out." On top of this, the sauces we ordered were not in the order, and I had to grab them myself. I tried to speak respectfully and kindly to the workers here. Cons: - Food was prepared hours ago and was cold when served. It must have been sitting around for at least 4-5 hours because the queso separated out - Floors were stickier and more disgusting than a frat house. I always stop by here when i need a quick breaksfast right before work. They open up at 7am which makes it very convinient for me when i enter at 8am. I always order it through the app for pickup and its always ready when i get there or they are just packing it up. The staff are always friendly and quick. Happened by this place late at night and it was Poppin! There were a ton of people, but I appreciate that most people were masked and keeping distances. I was impressed they kept the sauces, napkins, etc in stock given the high traffic. There's a free restroom for customers here which is nice. The dollar menu items are actually dollar menu items here, too, which isn't even true in the burbs. The menu items made for me were above par for Taco Bell, and especially impressive for such a busy location. The real issue I have though is that it doesn't serve alcohol. I thought that's what made a Cantina a Cantina? And not just another Taco Bell? That was kind of why I came here and so I left a little disappointed. I also ended up waiting more than 10m for a single drink cup until I reminded them again. Overall, great location! I didn't bother to get any food. I went there with my 6 year old and asked to use the bathroom they told me I could only use the one upstairs, when there was one right on the ground level. This brand new Taco Bell cantina is super convenient, super clean and friendly service. It is just as nice today as it was on day 3 of its opening when I went after a first date at the gingerman. You order at one of the touch screens. Be sure to check for new items, value menu items, and shareables, which are cantina special items. They have some special slushy flavors too. the alcohol cabinet is not yet full. There is also seating upstairs and a second drink machine up there too. My Mexican pizza looked exactly as expected and my Crunchwrap was pressed down perfectly --------- Alright, let me be the first to say that I LOVE Taco Bell so the fact that this one opened up right near my path station got me super pumped up. Let's set the scene, last week I finally stopped in to get my usual order - Crunchwrap supreme (sub beef for beans), Mexican pizza (sub beef for beans), and mini shredded chIcken quesadilla. I placed the order on the self service kiosk and waited in a crowd of other patrons and food delivery workers waiting for their food. Five minutes goes by, 10 minutes goes by, and when 15 minutes passed; I finally got my food. In that time of waiting, you could tell that the workers in the kitchen and assembly line were working quickly to get the food out during the late dinner rush. However, the woman who was calling out orders and handing food over to the delivery people was kind of rude. This is a customer facing job and yes I know food service can be stressful, I've worked it too. But when people ask questions, at least dignify them with a response and don't make an annoyed face before checking on an order. Whatever, this is Taco Bell; not a true sit down eatery. I just get irked when people are rude to each other. The reason why I took of two stars is because my food did not look so great when I first received it. The Mexican pizza was only coated about 65% with the toppings, the crunch wrap supreme was just about ready to fall apart and the contents were severely lacking. It felt like I was eating mostly tortilla. I wanted to leave my thanks and a glowing review for the manager/supervisor and staff at this location on Thursday, August 6th around 7pm. I had put in a mobile order on the app, but when I showed up at the store it seemed like they hadn't received the order or couldn't find it. But without missing a blink, they offered to make my order right there on the spot. No hostility, no dismissive comments like "try again" or "well it's not here" - something you come to expect when places have issues with mobile ordering, especially fast food places. Anyways, it's clear the staff and manager here have a policy of both kindness/hospitality while also being super efficient with getting orders done. So kudos to them for that! read more

Nothing compares to the beautiful glory that we call the steak quesadilla. Spicy, everything. Cheese, everything. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of MEAT in my Supreme. The only reason I'm being generous with the stars is the fiery hot chaotic mess of doritos locos tacos I downed. I got the 12 pack and it was meaty and beautiful. a new taco bell cantina opened last month on 6th ave and the corner of 37th st and its not bad at all. no more the bland unappealing interior, as now its modern with stylish communal type tables , cool abstract art on the walls and easy to use self service kiosk tablet like screens to place your order if you dont want to wait on line . the upper level has more seating and provides more privacy as the main level is a bit tight space wise and who likes to munch on a americanize burritto or taco while folks are walking by and staring as you try to eat in peace . i am simple this morning and will place my order with the taco bell gal worker and this is the first time i am ordering from the new breakfast menu. 6 breakfast burittos and 4 mini skillets which i will bring to work and put on the eating room table and watch the vultures go crazy . its not bad at all and its inexpensive compared to most food joints in the area .next time i will get my regular lunch menu picks and the diet mountain dew as always .good move by taco bell to open in this area . read more
